We put our precious children in car seats to keep them safe in case of an accident. So it makes sense to choose a car seat based on it's safety ratings first and foremost. We bought the Britax Advocate for our granddaughter based on it's stellar safety ratings as well as it's easy to use features. The seat is very easy to install in just about any car. It's heavy at almost 30 lbs but you know that you have a solid seat that going to hold up in case of a crash. Hope we never get to find out just how good these seats are in a crash but after reading the reviews from people who have, I am confident that this seat will do it's job in a bad crash. The price we paid for the Limelight version of the Britax Advocate seat was a bargain at $230. I mean, for a top rated car seat that has the best safety ratings on the market, even compared to models costing $400 or more, what more can you ask for? A lot of people complain about the cost of better quality seats, but what price do you put on your child's safety? I would gladly pay $400 or more for a seat that's been proven to keep children safe in a bad crash. Thankfully we don't have to with the great price that Albee Baby has on this seat!.... Our 16 month old granddaughter seems to be very comfortable in the seat and she never fusses like she did getting into her old car seat. To know that she's seated in a top rated car seat is just icing on the cake. It's a little on the larger side and a little heavy but that's not an issue for us. Keeping her as safe as possible and comfortable is our main concern and we believe we have the best of both with the Britax Advocate car seat. Putting her into and taking her out of the seat is easy too because the belts can easily be pulled out of the way after relieving the tension with one poke of your finger on the release button. The Britax Advocate is a top quality seat, very well made with quality materials. We will definitely recommend this seat to our friends and family.

My husband said this was hands down easier to install than any other car seat. It's heavy and sturdy and my child is safe but comfortable. I love that it comes in the safewash fabric so we can avoid toxic flame retardants. We plan on purchasing another Britax carseat for our second child.

I love Britax, I had the Britax advocate non click tight version with my now 9 year old, years ago. I love the ease of the click tight & love the added safety features the advocate offers for my almost 2 year old. I like how compact it can be front to back, I plan to rear face as long as possible and I think we can get to 4 years old easily in this car seat. This seat fits very well in our 4 door BMW & in our Toyota Sienna.

Great car seat! The only thing I have that I do not love is pulling the string the tighten the harness is a little hard. It could be user error so I did not want to give anything less than a 5.

Love the car seat . The sticker is peeling a little , but it's just a sticker . I wanted a car seat that had enough cushion in it for when we drive to grandmas house (60miles away) I drive a volt, had to scoot the passenger seat up just a bit in order for the car seat to be positioned rear face just right for my daughter, but still had enough space for passenger .

I’ve been using Britax brand car seats since my first baby (now 8 years old). Never have I ever had an issue. This car seat is solid and works so well that I bought it a second time for my new baby girl. As usual a great experience with Albee, seat was shipped and delivered in a timely fashion.

I absolutely LOVE Britax car seats! The quality is fantastic and the materials they use are so cozy and comfy. My kids love their seats. I was extremely excited when they came out with this fabric option. The fact that it can just be thrown in the washing machine is amazing!! It makes cleaning it often SO much more manageable. I love the weight and height limits of the seat as well. My kids have been able remain rear facing for a long time, which makes me feel better knowing how much safer they are. I wild recommend this seat over and over to anyone who asked.

This is our second Britax Advocate ClickTight! Had to purchase a second for a second car. Love Britax and knowing how safe my children are riding in their seat. This is my 5th Britax car seat and the only brand I will Purchase due to their safety features. They are also super easy to use!

I LOVE the convenience and security of the clicktight seats. I feel safe with just about anyone installing the seat and feel that my baby is in the safest seat possible. The only negative thing I'd mention with this specific model is the recline handle keeps coming off, but other than that, it has been perfect!

I love the installation, sometimes when it clicks it’s not actually tight enough on the harness but as long as you pay attention it’s not worth knocking a star.

I love the ease of this seat. Easy to install, easy to use the only thing I don't like about it is that their is no cup holder and the one you purchase is EXPENSIVE and NOT user friendly AT ALL, not user friendly and cheaply made! Granddaughter Loves it and I love that she is comfortable and I know she is safe.

A very attractive and easy to install car seat. I feel safe having my baby ride in this. The only thing that is missing is a cup holder and the add on ones that Britax sells are expensive and don't work well. If you don't care about a cup holder this is an excellent car seat.

Seems really comfy for my daughter! I really love how when she falls asleep her head does not go forward, because of the adjustable recline. Really is fairly fool proof install considering I have basically no prior baby experience. Only drawback to me is latching the quick latch, otherwise awesome product, and gorgeous color!

Ordered this for my car for my granddaughter. I bought because the advocate has the most side impact safety and Britax car seats have the steel frame. So far I like the seat. Super easy to install with the clicktight. The car seat doesn’t move at all. Easy to be confident that child is secure and safe. Pro: safety, comfort, easy installation Con: advocate seat covers are hand wash , needs a built in cup holder I have ordered the advocate in black for my daughter’s car. She was worried about the light color.

The car seat is good overall. I do agree with some reviews about the difficulty reclining the seat when it is rear facing. Also mine makes the click sound almost instantly when I pull to tighten the straps. So I still have to check to make sure they are tight enough. But other than that it has been a solid car seat.

We love this seat! It has great padding and I love that the cover is machine washable (Otto Style only). Seatbelt install is sooo easy. Lower anchor install not recommended. Get the anti rebound bar for added safety!

I chose this car seat after tons of research because of the high safety ratings and that you could get an anti rebound bar with it. My baby seems comfortable in the car seat which is good, but I’m very disappointed in the features and overall quality of it. Making seat angle adjustments is next to impossible when it’s rear facing since the lever is pressed up against the back seat of the vehicle. You have to unbuckle, move the seat out a little, try to get the lever to work without the handle popping off (another big complaint of mine), then reinstall it and see how the level looks once it’s secured down. The click tight system is easy to use and install. The headrest is another disappointment as far as ease of adjusting. It has a cheap plastic feel and doesn’t work easily. Much fiddling around is needed before it’ll adjust. A relative has the Nuna Rava car seat and it’s a much much nicer seat with better features and ease of use and a lot higher quality. Only problem is it does not come with an anti rebound bar in the USA. Very disappointing as I like that seat WAY better than the Britax. However, I’m not disappointed in AlbeeBaby at all, they were great to work with and wonderful savings buying through them.

We have other Britax products and have been very happy with them. This is the first convertible seat we have had and so far it is great. It is the EASIEST installation ever, I love the clicktight. If you are concerned with getting a correct install this seat makes it about as simple as can be. The manual is straightforward and easy to read. The seat seems to be comfortable for our child that is at the top of the charts in both height and weight. The seat is heavy and takes up quite a bit of room, but that is to be expected with the steel frame and extra side impact protection. Surprisingly front to back it does not take up as much room as we were expecting, which is nice. We are still getting used to the click & safe snug harness function, but I feel that we are getting fit with harness.

I’m so glad a friend recommended this car seat to me. I absolutely love it and can’t wait to my little one to be able to use it. Unfortunately he came early and only weighs 4 pounds. This car seat can’t be used until he weighs 5 pounds.

The carseat was super easy to install and fits well in our '12 Forester. We returned a Maxi Cosi Pria 85 Max because it didn't fit well. I appreciate that the multiple recline options give us more opportunity to get a perfect fit. While big and bulky, it doesn't bother me. But with no carry-hold on the back it is a beast to maneuver. I can't imagine traveling with it, but the fact that it's so easy to install would be a bonus to putting it in a rental car. We've only used it a couple of times, so I can't speak to how our LO likes it. But the install was so easy, she'll learn to love it no matter what! :-)

We purchased this seat for our youngest after he outgrew his infant seat by 9 months. We already have 2 Britax Boulevards for our older 2 kids in our van so we new we wanted another Britax. This time we went with the Advocate and decided to try the clicktight feature. We also purchased an anti rebound bar for rear facing, which I highly recommend. I have mixed feelings about the clicktight feature. You have to get the slack on the seatbelt just right. If it's too tight the seat won't lock in place or if it does the seat will start to tilt to the side. If it's too loose the seat won't be secure and will wobble. The latch system may be "more difficult", but I trust the installation a lot more. I also find it quicker to install with latches because I'm not having to repeatedly readjust the seatbelt. The seat itself is heavy which is why you buy britax to begin with. The padding is comfortable, but the cover is such a pain to take off. I've also found with all of my Britax seats the cover around the headrest doesn't stay on the seat and that's what helps keep the styrofoam secure and in place on the headrest. Aside from any flaws I would definitely purchase any Britax seat again, but I would probably not buy a clicktight again.

We have been thru many car seats in the 18 years since our first one. We’ve had mostly Graco but this time, after a recent car accident, I shopped based on top safety features. Not only is this seat top rated in safety, the Click Tight truly is an awesome, sturdy, easy installation!! And she fits so comfortably (she’s a tall 3 yo). Adjusting the buckle and harness was very simple. If you’ve got the extra to spend it is definitely worth it.!!!
