I just received this seat but I like the improvements from the Boulevard I already own. The seat inserts are more secure and the click technology is very nice. I am happy with the improvements for side impact and the seat cushion seems very soft. I love the print as well- it is very girly!

I started using this car seat rear facing with my daughter when she was 14 months. It fits in the car great and fits my daughter very well with the body insert that came with the seat. I am extremely happy with thus car seat! I had a chaperone car seat that my daughter was in until 14 months and the advocate was a great step up. It is very easy to use and very comfortable.

Even though officially techs say all car seats are equally safe and all pass the same official safety tests, I got the Britax Advocate because I read other independent safety reviews and it looked comfortable and cushioned. After using it for around a year (my son is now 2 years old and still rear facing) I can say that it is, in general, a very good seat. HOWEVER: It does not allow for extended rear facing in general (my son is thankfully not tall) which is the safe option (children should rear face until 4 years old for safety, this is science-based). It is not the most comfortable option for rear facing as it makes the toddler sit more crunched, not enough leg space and the sides are high so he feels kind of cowered in the seat. It is certainly not his favourite and he often prefers to ride in his father's car where he uses another very good brand of car seat (also rear facing). Also, the side protection foam has broken very easily just from getting him in and out of the seat. Overall it is a good seat but i would go with another option if I were to purchase a seat again.

We just got this seat yesterday. Even though my son only sat in it one time, he seems to be okay in it.

I currently have two children and two Advocate car seats that I have used since 2010/2011, and they are hands-down the most comfortable, easiest to use, sturdiest/safest car seats on the market (and I am a picky momma!) We have had many children in and out of our vehicle with various other brands of car seats, and nothing else even comes close to our Britax seats. Britax stands behind their products and has gone above and beyond on several occasions helping us keep our seats in perfect working order. Highly recommend!

I bought this for my first grandson, but the second one the side head protection broke when I took the cover off to wash it. It was cheap foam material. Our Britax Frontier on the other hand was sturdy plastic with a foam cover on it.

We have been using Britax products for more than two years and they do not disappoint. We have been in car accidents and they did their job well. I love how sturdy and secure the advocate feels and it is comfortable for my small 20 month old who is still rear facing. It is average to install as far as ease but is NOT for a small vehicle.

The seat is nice and soft. There are a few little things I would change. The head restraint is a little confining for a toddler. Also there is no indicator for the reclined position so we had to guess if it was in the proper spot for rear facing installation. She also misses the cup holders she has in the other car seat.

This car seat is so substantial, I feel like nothing could hurt it or my child!!!! Great seat...easy to use....we are just a Britax car seat family and always will be!

I have piece of mind when my children are riding safely in their Britax car seats!

Like most first time parents.. we wanted the best.. after countless hours of research and conversations, we decided on the Britax Advocate 70 G3.. Fast forward 20 months, and there is another family member on the way, without hesitation, we bought another one. It feels and looks solid and secure. It has EXCELLENT reviews from any review I've read/seen. Yes it's a bit bigger than what most people want, and yes it's not something you want if you move car seats from vehicle to vehicle.. and yes it's not something you can pop out to carry your sleeping little one around... but that just means less parts to fail... Have we been tempter to get a cheaper, more mobile car seat so we don't have to wake the little one? NUMEROUS times!!.. but the trade off of safety for convenience just isn't worth it to us. We recently moved 1800 miles across the country.. the spouse was worried that after a trip of that distance, the little one would NEVER want to get in her seat again.. not even close.. in the last 20 months she has spent a LOT of time in her seat.. and she LOVES getting in it still. So even the little one gives it a great review!

Only issue we've had with it is our daughter broke the chest pads last month.

I am so happy we purchased this car seat for your little guy. The quality of the product is top notch, but what really got us was the superior safety. We did a lot of research and looked at many different car seats before purchasing. After we saw this seat, all other convertible car seats we looked at felt like a compromise of our son's safety, and that was something we won't compromise.

Advocate is sturdy, solid, safe. Harness is durable, strong, and comfortable for baby. I feel safe using Britax.

I bought this (G3) before it was even available. LOVE it. We never used an infant seat. I couldn't justify buying two car seats when I could invest in one that would last from day one (5lbs 10 oz leaving hosp) through 70 lbs. Love it so much I just ordered the G4 for 2.0 arriving in Sept 2014!

sure it's huge, but along with it comes the protection. when researching I wanted to buy a seat that made me feel confident and this is the one. Customer Service is also great. they sent me a replacement part for something that broke, no questions asked. perfect for a growing child.

AFTER REVIEWING COUNTLESS RESTRAINTS FOR COMFORT AND SAFETY THE VIDEO DISPLAYING THE ADVOCATE PRODUCT AND DESIGN JUST SETTLES THE SOUL AND EASES SAFETY CONCERNS. AFTER AN EXTREMELY SIMPLE INSTALLATION THE RIGID STRENGTH AND SECURITY OF THE SEAT IS CLEARLY FELT AND PLACING OUR CHILD INTO THE SEAT IS LIKE PLACING THEM INTO PROTECTING HANDS OF TECHNOLOGY AND COMFORT.

We tried several other seats, and finally we were given a recommendation for Britax. We are so glad we bought this seat! It has all of the features we were hoping for and many more. Ultimate comfort and super user friendly! Safety ratings made us feel better too!

This car seat is so well made & sturdy. I love the extra side impact protection. It is a little heavy but I would expect that with all the safety features & would be skeptical if it was lightweight that it would fail to protect my pride and joy. Was not difficult to install rear-facing with the LATCH system & the directions were straightforward. We did affix the tether to the fixed part of the frame under the passenger seat for additional stability. Definitely worth the extra money. The "Manhattan" pattern is nice. Not sure if the foam inserts are worth the additional $10 price tag compared to the other Advocates. Highly recommend.

I just bought this car seat for my 2.5 year old. His grandmother has been using his infant carseat in her car and we decided it was time for to be in a bigger seat so I bought this one for my car and gave her the one he's been using in my car (which is a nice Graco). So far, I love this car seat. Was super easy for me to install and adjust alone. It is heavy but very sturdy and does not budge in the car even when my son is not in it. I am looking forward to our first long trip to see how he does. He's never had a problem riding in his car seat and he doesn't seem to mind still facing backwards but I think this seat will make it an even more comfortable experience for him.....and safer!

I really love this car seat! I initially reviewed the Advocate but the Ultimate Comfort Series is the one I purchased. This car seat appears to be extremely well made & very sturdy. It makes me feel a little more at ease knowing that my little one will have a great deal of protection in the event of an accident. It is a little heavy but you don't carry it around and a car seat that is lightweight surely can not be as safe. I love the "Manhattan" pattern. This car seat is quite easy to use and installs fairly easy as well. The directions were easy to follow. I was nervous at first wondering if it would fit in my standard mid-size sedan since I'm planning on getting a bigger vehicle shortly, but it fits perfectly! Definitely worth the money! I believe Britax is a quality brand so I got a Boulevard for the second car.

I really love the Advocate I purchased for my little one. I feel like it is the safest thing around. Yes it's a little heavy but you don't carry it around and you really can't get that much safety in a car seat that is very lightweight. Installation is not too labor-intensive and the directions were easy to follow. I also got a Boulevard as well for the second car since I really trust the Britax name. Would definitely recommend!

Quite expensive, but worht it... Easy of use and confortable for the baby... It's the second product of Britax, after de B-Ready Stroller... So far, We are pleased

The car seat is very good, it looks excellent safe . but the baby's shoulder belt is a little short ,I am soooo wondering it can't use when my son 40 pound. So can your company solve this problem? thanks.

We have had this carseat for a little over a year. My daughter loves it and we were excited to have it grow with her ... she also loved choosing from all of the neat print/color options! I give 4 stars because I was a little disappointed that the cup holder would not stay attached and also one of the hugs straps snapped in half. Also, I was hoping my daughter could use this carseat for a couple of years since I used the fit test on the Britax website to fit her ... but she's at the maximum seated height now and since this seat is an investment, I don't like having to make another one so soon. Hoping to find a Britax product to transfer her to with great ratings!

The videos online really make it easy to learn how to install the car seat. There are various ways to install the car seat, all which provide a sturdy and solid base. I was really impressed with how sturdy and solid the car seat was once I installed it.

The car seat was comfortable, easy to install and adjust as our daughter grew. We researched extensively before buying and felt this would provide the safest ride. It also looks great, despite being a bit clunkier than other models. The car seat was put to the test during an accident in which the car was totaled but my 2 year was completely safe - not a scratch on her and not even a complaint of any kind of soreness or bruising.

I bought this today because we bought the prior model last year and our child feels very comfortable in it. More importantly, the Advocate offers safety features not found in competing brands and our child's safety is our number 1 priority.

We have been using the Britax B-Safe since we brought our son home from the NICU, we LOVED that seat, but now that he's almost 8 months old, it was time to move up. We just got our Advocate today and it is so nice and I LOVE all the safety features! I can't wait to try it out. We love all of our Britax products and will continue to be loyal customers and recommend to all.

We bought this for our daughter last year. She is now 2.5 yrs old & still happily rear facing! My daughter had an large illness happen while riding in her seat & it had to be fully taken apart, cleaned & reassembled. I have to say it was pleasantly easy to put back together. I discovered that the foam head wings had been broken at some point. I called Britax and was ready to pay for the part. It was replaced free of charge! I couldn't have been happier with their customer service. We have bought 7 Britax seats between both of our children and I always feel my babies are safe and secure riding in the car!

Both of my girls have an Advocate and they are so comfortable in them. The safety features are what sold me on the seats though. We are in the car a lot and with all the distracted drivers out there, it makes me feel better knowing that if we are in an accident my babies are protected by Britax.

I love the ease of use. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because these seats have a short shell and minimal leg room for rear facing. I'm lucky that my daughter is small with short legs so she can remain rear facing longer in this seat. Britax, please address this design flaw so thati can once again give you 5 stars.

Love this car seat! It's like a tank and I feel so good knowing my baby is safe in it. It's big and comfortable for my baby and he loves it!

Bought one of these for my girls (and another without the side impact for the center seat so they could sit together in the middle row) love that we can change the height of the harnesses fast so we can change out who sits where quickly and easily with no fuss. This seat is big and heavy and a slight pain to install but once it is in there is no mistaking the fact that it is one of the safest on the market. Love that the seat fabric comes off without having to completely uninstall the seats! We feel good having our kids in these seats and spending the extra money for quality in the event they are ever in an accident!

We have had our 2 advocate car seays for a little over a year now, and I absolutely love them. We keep one in dad's car and the other I move between my car and truck. The ease of moving the seat and knowing it is properly installed is such a relief. It is also very easy to clean and always protects his head when he falls asleep (no floppy head/ kinked neck). I absolutely love love love them.
