This is a must have with a new born if you are going to be out most of the day. They can stretch out and makes a nice place to change a diaper.

You have to use the frame from the regular stroller seat to use this, and all seats are currently sold out which means we can't use the pram. So frustrating

Disappointed on how the canopy fits. It doesn't make sense and having to take apart the seat to put this together was another disappointment. Also wish you sold covers for the insert

i really love this pram, but i think it's a bit silly that you have to use the metal frame from the normal stroller seat in order to use it. when it comes, it's just a floppy shell so you have to completely disassemble the other seat and hook up the metal frame to this bassinet. that being said, my little one loves it, so it's worth it in my opinion. she's about 10 pounds now and she will fit in here for quite a while now. it's nice to detach from the stroller and use as a portable shelter outside for her too!

Hard to assemble, have to disassemble an existing seat to be able to use this. Do any of the people who make this have kids? Because no one who does has 20 minutes to spend disassembling these while juggling responsibilities. It's expensive. All the parts should be included. Really disappointing.

Easy to put together! I wish the sun shade went down lower. Easy to snap into the stroller. If you have an infant and are strolling around this is amazing. When they fall asleep you can remove from the stroller and carry inside!

The product is great. Although it took a little extra elbow grease to assemble, the tightness of fit seems worthwhile. That said, there are two poor design elements, as other reviewers have mentioned. First, it is frustrating that you have to deconstruct the seat to add the pram. A more functional design would have allowed users to simply plug and un-plug. Second, it's also frustrating that the only way to fit the second seat with the pram is to have the second seat face the pram. My toddler will hate this. A redesign of this product should allow the front seat to face forward, rather than backward.

Super easy to put together and well-made. For a few months my two year old will have to face me in the double seat while using this pram for my newborn. That's the only slightly inconvenient thing and honestly who can complain with how nice this stroller is

You have to use your baby jogger seat to make this work. There's nothing to cover your baby's face. It is a lot of money for what seems to be an incomplete product.

Love having the option of laying my baby down flat for a stroller ride instead of cramming him in a car seat always. Since I keep the stroller inside the bassinet has also served as an additional baby holding station if I need to put him down for a minute (and I don't have to bend all the way down to the floor). This has been a great buy for us!

Several snaps broke off and I had to super glue back on.

We just assembled this yesterday and are very happy with it. We were having the issue of everything seeming too tight (which other reviews mentioned) but then we realized that the frame was upside down, which caused that issue. Once everything was correctly oriented, I assembled it in less than 5 minutes and it all fit perfectly. It's also extremely easy to swap out this pram and the second seat when we want to change configurations. I just wish the pram could be used in more configurations but it's still workable for our needs. Looking forward to using this once our second baby arrives.

We love this pram for our little babe! She enjoys going on walks with us so much more now that she can lay down and have full mobility. Definitely our favorite purchase since having her. And it was not difficult for my husband to assemble.

It's silly to have to disassemble your own seat to make this, especially at the price point.

We love our pranks bassinet. Our son cannot stand his car seat and this bassinet allows us to take him out and hes comfortable. It's a life saver and super comfy. Also works as a personal diaper changing station!

I love the idea of the pram, I did not mind that I needed to use the seat frame and canopy but it is extremely hard to put together. We been trying to snap the buttons and it feels that we are either doing something wrong or that we bought it incorrectly, I keep checking to make sure that I bought everything correctly and googleling videos or how to's. Most likely I will return it..

Really good quality and the cushion is super soft. We love it! Despite what some others have written, I don't think it was difficult to assemble.

The Pram kit is amazing. Really easy to put together and seems to be great quality. The hood does not come with the pram you use your own. Just be aware of that. Ofher than that highly recommend

I bought the product for the 2 month old. It works great. The only thing I don't like is that you have to use the same frame as the sit. It is not an easy conversion. I have a 1year old nephew that we do a lot with. So it would be nice to be able to put the seat easily back on as I have a 2 year that uses the second seat. The pram should come with it's own frame. I kinda wish I wouldn't have spent the money.

Although, I haven't used this yet (due in July), I did assemble this myself (at 30 weeks pregnant) and it was a challenge! First, the directions that came with it were useless, and made no sense. I had to YouTube a video on how to assemble and learned to use a part of an existing seat. Once I watched the video, assembly took about 20 minutes because the snaps were so tight/tough to snap. Now that I got through putting it together, I think I'll enjoy using is this summer for baby to nap on walks comfortably. However, it would be nice if they created one that folds up to fit better and take up less space in your car. Improvements to this product could be a compact/portable design, and clearer instructions.

This pram conversion kit is awesome. Assembly was a piece of cake. The baby loves it. It literally saved her life! Some maniac clipped the stroller with their SUV, knocking the wheel off and causing the entire stroller to pitch up. Luckily my wife held on and the baby rolled but didn't fall out.

We had this with my first-born and loved it so much we got it for our twins. This is a thousand times better than traveling with the babies in car seat travel systems, they are much more comfortable since their spine isn't meant for long periods of sitting. Easy to install and looks great!

I am so happy Baby Jogger had the charcoal color in stock, even though it was a bit more then other websites having the correct color was important because you use part of your seat (or second seat) and the umbrella from the seat is used with the bassinet. It took me a few tries (and you tube videos) to assemble as the instructions that come with the seat are not clear. Overall I am excited to have this for the new baby, but bummed because with the bassinet the second seat can ONLY face inward towards the parent. I don't think my two year old will like this!

Really hard to snap all the snaps in place, almost feels like it doesn't fit the frame. The mattress is very soft and bassinet looks really nice but you do have to take a seat apart to make the frame for it. We bought the second seat kit already so could sacrifice a seat otherwise this is useless. For the price, this pram should come ready to use with own frame.

Don't read the reviews that say you have to take out the stroller seat! People must not have read the instructions properly. It absolutely can!

I passed up on the Uppababy because I liked the configurations of the city select Lux. However failed to realize the pram could only be used when taking the main seat apart. Why don't you make a foldable pram just like you make for the city tour lux??

I live in an area where you can walk to almost everything. I can't wait to use this with my newborn. I think it will be so much more comfortable for them than being stuck in the car seat.

Same problem as the other reviewers. Cannot use this unless you take apart the seat. So you always need to buy a second seat or it's useless and you can't buy the parts separately

Unless you want to take a part the existing LUX seat to use this, don't buy this. The only reason I bought this pram was so that I could use the existing seat for my son and the pram for the new baby. Can't use both and it is not clear in the description. Did not realize this until going to install. Will be returning.

Awesome for traveling! We took it to Disneyworld with us and used it for my 3 month old for everything. She slept in it nightly making it easy to go in the mornings

I love this bassinet! My son doesn't always want to be in his car seat so this is a nice alternative. He loves laying down for our walks and looking around. Highly recommend!

I purchased the Bassinet Kit for my son when he was a newborn. He was very comfortable in the bassinet and it was great to have for him when he was too small for the stroller seat.

I recently purchased the City Select Bassinet Kit and I am in love! It is gorgeous, turns my already amazing City Select in to a pram for newborns and young babies.

The Baby Bassinet Kit fits well and lets my little one sleep in a comfortable position. We love it and recommend it all the time to other new parents!

The stroller is only for ideal roads. for all other surfaces it's not good as there is no shock absorber at all. Kids are just shaking inside the stroller. Very strange that producer didn't think about it. I got it cause I need to carry 2 kids at same time. I wouldn't buy it for 1 baby and wouldn't recommend for friends who have 1 child.

Love my bassinet. It was a tad hard to figure out how to get it together but luckily there were lots of instructions online. I love how stylish it is and how comfortable my daughter is in it. It's easy to click in and out and the sun shade is huge! Plus it's much better than a car seat because babe is laying flat.

I bought the bassinet for my second child thinking it would be more convenient than my British pram I have. Unfortunately he has already out grown it in height and he isn't even 3 months old yet. Plus with the bassinit is impossible to use the glider board without having the second seat attachment.

I get so many compliments on my bassinet. I use It all the time. Also works great as a bed for my little one when we are away from home.
