We live in on a third floor apartment with no elevator. This stroller is incredibly light and easy to handle. As compact as it is, it also come with all the necessary features such as the two peakaboo windows, canopy, foot rest etc. What's best is the on touch easy fold system.

I’ve only tried this exact stroller in a store. I used Albee to order it because the price was better. I still have it in the box and will be using it with my infant. I used the Britax 8 years ago and loved it and ordered a new one. But when I put the new mini 2 next to the britax agile I had to return the britax and order this. The seat and leg rest are just so much nicer!!! For a three wheeler - this is ideal!
