Good product,easy to assemble and my niece love it, 4 â­ï¸ â­ï¸â­ï¸â­ï¸ Because of the shipping, took forever to get to me

Bought TWO of these swings for my twins, who are just shy of 3 months old. These swings make the most awful sound if the slightest pressure is applied to them even just when you gently strap baby in. Then they proceed to make an awful loud cracking sound as they rock. Being swings made for growing babies, they are extremely sensitive and seem to break extremely easily. And as I said before, I have 2 that do this so it isn't just a defective one and MIND YOU! One I had to return and get sent a new when first delivered because one didn't even turn on straight out of the box. It's sad too considering I had high expectations for these swings but I much more preferred my older sons graco swing, which unfortunately was a lot bigger in size and was why I looked more into these to save space.

I love how you can adjust how reclined your baby can be inside. The different speeds and settings are a plus as well. I will definitely need more of their products. Coming from a first time mom finishing college, I thank you! Hoping I can purchase the bassinet soon..fingers crossed!

This is a great product. My daughter, who loves to be held and movement, loves the seat. My husband and I do have some complaints. The mobile that our daughter locks on to and smiles at all the time doesn't move. For such an expensive product, that feels like an easy thing to add to the chair. If the mobile moved on its own and if it rocked, like the cheaper chair does, in addition to the other movements this would be absolutely perfect.

Purchased as a gift so cannot provide a true review but shipping was as expected and packaging was good. The item looks as pictured. Excited for my brother and his wife to break it in when baby arrives! I've always said I'd get one for myself if I had another little bundle so I was thrilled to gift it to them.

This swing has a good design but is ooor quality. The straps to secure baby are made of cheap nylon and is very loose fitting. The overhead mobile does not move with the swing on. Baby will look at mobile if we spin it but that is pointless. Also, we wished the music feature was Bluetooth as well. Instead you have to connect an MP3 player. Seems outdated. The idea of the motion is cool but baby cried every 2-3 minutes.

We love this product! The different movements and sounds give baby variety depending on his mood and what he finds most soothing. The only thing I wish was different is that it would be nice if the mobile was electronic and rotated in its own. For the price of this product and all of the other advanced features I was surprised this was not an option.

Swing is awesome. She absolutely loves it. Some times hates being out of it. Best money spent!

Unfortunately, my daughter has yet to warm to the mamaroo and she's about 6 months old. I've had a few other parents tell me it was not a hit with their children either. It looks and sounds so cool and high tech but just doesn't do the job in our house.

We love the different options of movement of the mammaroo to put the baby in a very relaxing mood but we are just not a fan of the quality of the sounds/white noise in it. With the technology these days, there's no doubt the company can do something with it to improve. Also the mobile is flimsy, I hope they can make a way to make it adjustable (tightness or height of it). Overall, the idea of this product is very thoughtful to the needs of moms, but there's still something they can do to make it a really great product that works for everyone.

This is a quick assemble, but I have to use an Aux to play music? If I'm connected to Bluetooth and using my phone for the different motions and sounds, why can't I play music through the same means? It's 2020...how many people are actually still using Aux chords to play music. Perfect quarantine task for the product engineers

We bought one from a friends whose child got to old and large. We then moved states and left the old one behind. Which we will be retrieving soon. We will have (2) now. One for bedrooom and one for the living room. We will also keep them both for when we eventually have our second child. Someday.

Let's start with what I do like, the baby is cool for a minute and she likes to look at the toys. But what I don't like is there is not one MP3 player in the world. If your going to be Bluetooth enabled let us play the music to. Last the toy, she is only two months and don't nobody got time to twirl that toy. The toy should twirl on its on!! Its better out there, keep shopping!!!

Bought for my daughter due to infant reflux. I have no complaints about the product itself other than price. My baby doesn't seem to mind the swing either way and she did sleep in it due to doctor recommendations for her infant reflux her first month at home. Looking back I don't think I would purchase due to the price since it's not able to be used very long. I do think it is a great product and works well just wasn't a necessity for our family.

My niece was born a month early and became a bit fussy trying to adjust from the hospital to her home setting. mamaRoo4 soothes her and puts her sound asleep allowing her mother and father to get rest or chores completed.

We are so excited about this product. My daughter is having a baby in March and have read and researched many products and this is by far the best product on the market.

I made this big purchase for my son and have had to replace the base two times now. It keeps making a loud bang noise when it swivels side to side. Wakes him up if he's asleep. Just a bummer he still loves sleeping in it.

Second child and I decided to get this product. My child has colic and is extremely fussy. This has been such an amazing product. I would have given a 5 start but I do believe it's a little over priced

The "Swing Chair" is fantastic when your baby is upset, Colic, and crying.

So easy to assemble with easy to follow instructions. I was so excited to get it and my newborn granddaughter absolutely loves it.

So start with the negative (small as it might be), it's A LOT of chair. Tons of features, fancy, etc. You probably don't NEED everything it does. That said, it's a beautiful piece of child care machinery. Our kiddo loved it. Great for soothing, teething, illness, or just plain naptime. Loved, loved, loved this chair.

This is an amazing product and company that stands behind it. I had a small problem with my infant seat, and they replaced it. I now have a new seat and a happy infant!! Can't thank you enough!

I was gifted a mamaroo and so excited to open it and assemble it. After thirty minutes of breaking into an all out sweat just trying to get the box open I finally gave up. All sides of the box are drenched in super glue and impossible to open. This item is geared for women in their third trimester and postpartum. Why would a company be so insensitive as to make their packaging so difficult to open? I hope I will have a better review of the mamaroo if I can ever get it out of the box.

The best purchase I have made. I was skeptical about spending more than I had wanted to but I wish I purchased it sooner! My daughter loves it. The moment she's in it she starts smiling and making noises.

This swing does not work , my daughter used it twice and the third time it didn't want to turn on , I put it on the wave setting , tried to put the motion on 2 and it turned off once I pressed "+" . Tried to use the app and it let turning off . I'm very disappointed

This is an amazing seat for your new born to six month old baby. The fact that they have successfully recreated the gentle sway of a mother's hips while walking while pregnant is an instant relaxer for your child The addition of music of your choice is a real boon.

Great rocker. I have purchased three of these for different family members and they all love it.

I wanted this swing so badly but now that I have it, it is basically useless. My child will only sometimes enjoy this swing, but most of the time cries. Only has 4 sounds & makes you connect an MP3, even though it can be controlled by bluetooth? The 5 movements are basically exactly the same. Needs updated desperately.

At first my newborn was not fan but and I thought this was going to be a waste but since it was a gift from my mother we kept trying it out and now my baby girl loves it. It's even helped soothed a tantrum or two when mom and dad are too exhausted to bounce baby around the house. I think our eventual success was due to 1) trying different motions and speeds to find the right match for baby (i.e. car ride speed 3 for lounging, higher speed for falling asleep), 2) baby growing a bit more to fit more snuggly in the newborn insert, and 3) reclining then swat back. I only gave a rating of 4 stars because the mobile is not automatic and basic nursery songs are not preprogrammed. It would be nice if you could connect your smart phone to the mamaroo via Bluetooth to play music. As far as I know, the only way to play other non programmed music is to connect to the device auxiliary cord near the mamaroo control panel.

Baby number seven over 20 years and this is the most useful and helpful item in my baby toolbox. My newest baby was our challenge kid. There where so many hands on deck over the summer when he was born that when everyone went back to work and school he thought I should hold him. Like most moms I don't have all day to just sit and hold my baby. Add to that the seven swings we went through trying to just get ten minutes to load the dishwasher and I was at my wits end. Then I discovered the Mamaroo. Being able to change settings from the other room has finally brought calm to a very demanding baby. This is what I'm getting every new mom in my family. They can't live without there's and I won't be without mine.

My little loved it at first. Now anytime she is in it the swing sounds like it gets off track and makes this terribly LOUD clicking noise that scares her causing her to cry or it wakes her up anytime she dozes off in it. She is only 15lbs and just turned 4 months. The manual says the weight capacity is 25lbs/6 months so why is the machine acting as if my baby is already too heavy?! Also the sound on it sounds muffled now, I'm not sure why because it didn't when we first got it. Nothing has been spilt or dropped on it. For the price of this swing it should have lasted longer then 3 1/2 months. As a new mom I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with how much we spent on this broken machine!

This thing makes the most ANNOYING squeaky sound when motion is turned on. After looking online I found this is very common. For the cost you would think the company would take the time to fix this will all the complaints. All of my friends have the same complaint. I used this when my baby was first born and she is only 3 months old and already getting too big for it (she's an average size baby). She kicks and the material is so cheap and not padded that she is Kicking the plastic part with her heels. I have to put blankets so she doesn't hurt herself. Definitely not worth the hype.

I needed a swing with a smaller footprint in my space, so I got one of these. It is an older model, but it really does wonders. The baby falls asleep in it for long enough that I can do the things that need doing around the house. It isn't the quietest thing, but he loves it and I have been happy from day one.
