Used this for the first time today and my newborn LOVES it! It's so convenient to be able to control it from your phone! Highly recommend, worth every penny!

This is by far the best purchase I've ever made. My son loves it!! It's super easy to move around cause it's not so huge like the other baby swings.

received as a baby shower gift and was extremely excited to put together and use it. brand new from target, not used. got it put together, assembly was extremely easy so i know i did not mess it up assembling it. glad i tested it before hand because it literally makes the worst knocking noise and only moves up and down in one motion no matter what mode i put it in. and the noise gets very loud when turning up the speed. i took a video as proof as well. this was the one swing/seat that i wanted and was so excited thinking it would be amazing quality. and i have yet to hear back from support. but it's maybe a week or two old since it was bought from target. i am currently asking to find the receipt as well. i also have the warranty thing in the manual but still. i shouldn't have to go through this much hassle for this big of a price. i am going to have my baby in a month and gonna be a single mom and i do not have time to deal with things like this that shouldn't be a problem in such a high end product. now im worried i won't have a swing at all when she's born. And yes I tried everything the website said to fix the problem and it did not work. i made sure the lock latch was fully down multiple times and retested the product. i even got the app thinking that it would make a difference if i used it instead and it didn't.

Bought for my daughter and son-in-law who are expecting their first baby and they absolutely love it!

This helped me get things around the house done. My newborn was stuck to my hand and I needed something that I could sit him in and see him while I clean, cook, etc. It has different motions and sounds which helps as well

For that much money the mobile should move. period.

I just had my newborn daughter and I also work from home & instead of me having to keep getting up to attend to her, it's so convenient for me because I can control it all from an app. My daughter loves it. Literally every time I give her a bottle, burp her and place her n the chair and start it up, she falls to sleep every time. It never fails. I highly recommend buying this

My son loves the mamaroo! He take his naps and just chills in there. I love how you can control it from your phone, you can change the speed, change the movements and turn on/off sound. I definitely recommend the mamaroo4 to any mom

Our Mamaroo was a few months old when it started making a horrible squealing noise and a loud, unnatural popping noise. We resolved the squealing noise by applying lubricant to the plastic parts that rub against each other as the seat goes up and down. It appears the loud popping noise is coming from the mechanism cover catching on the housing. Second baby now and the popping noise makes it almost unusable. The price point on these Mamaroo's do not refelect the quality of the seats. It's a good idea but the issues are far too common. I will say, the APP works well!

This swing takes up very little space, is very quiet, different motions and speeds, and the baby absolutely loves it. We can switch the motion and/or the speed of it from our cell phones if we need to.

This was a gift but I wanted the product for the bluetooth function which never works and the app sucks. For the price, wish Id just went with a cheaper swing not impressed at all!

This thing works for about 2 seconds at a time. If you are looking to spend way to much money on a product that doesnt work, look no further. I turn it on and it runs for maybe 2-5 sec then shuts off.....

This product is the best purchase I've made in a very long time! I absolutely love this, my son is colicky and I never had a break from him he's 4 months old and this is the first time I can finally say I get 1-2 hour long breaks at a time now because of my Mamaroo I highly recommend this for new mothers and definitely mothers with multiple children it works so well!

Trash. You can buy comparable items for a fourth of the price. This didn't work or help with any of my kids. You can only use this thing for up to 6 months old.

I love this swing. I like how small it is, fits into a counter nicely and I love that I can operate it from my phone. Love the different settings. Only downside I have is that you can't play music off your phone through the Bluetooth, you have to plug in an MP3 player and I'm not sure who has one of those anymore. Please upgrade!

Unfortunately, my baby did not like this swing. He would not sit in it for longer than 10 minutes without fussing, and that's only if the speed was cranked up to five. I ended up selling mine and replaced it with a Graco swing that he loves. I would definitely recommend to start off with a less expensive swing!

I was excited yet nervous to purchase this swing because I heard/ read a lot of mixed reviews, but I am so happy to say this was a total game changer for my LO (little one). The minute I put him in, this on the carseat mode, he started to get excited! After the excitement he seemed so relaxed and content! He absolutely loves it so that means I love it too!

This mamRoo4 infant seat was a gift for my niece. Both mommy and baby are in love with the infant seat. I want to thank you for the wonderful product and I have another niece that is expecting and plan on purchasing additional in the future.

We bought this thinking it would be a great thing to have just to bring our baby home and it work for 5 seconds before cutting off an the display starts flashing. I would not recommend this to anyone, I'm highly disappointed
