Life saver. Just wish there were different audio options like lullaby music or more pleasant white noise tones. The audio lacks clarity.

Received this as a gift as it was on my registry. The white noise is a great feature along with the seat adjustment from a lying to a seated position. It would be great if the you could move the seat so it's not just a side to side motion, but also a front to back. Would be a nice feature to think about in future models.

This works great! My little one always wanted to be held, and he didn't like being in a swing or a regular rocker. This Mamaroo puts him to sleep and keeps him asleep, with the many different options and speeds to choose from. He loves it and so do I!!!

I know that every baby is different but I am totally getting my money's worth. My daughter loves it and she has reflux so after we feed her we put her in it to sit up a little and she love it. Loves the white noise.. she is in it almost all day. I also had a problem with the base right before she came home and they sent me a replacement base asap! Great customer service.

Excellent! My baby is extremely fussy and this buys me a few spare moments here and there. She needs to be bounced CONSTANTLY and really likes the kangaroo setting. I appreciate the incline since she has a breathing defect and severe reflux problems-it's the only "swing" I can find with enough of an incline to keep her happy. My only complaint is that I wish the fabric were a little softer. I typically have to lay a thin blanket under her for her to sleep better. She's 2 months old now, it fits her well with room for her to grow. I'd definitely recommend this for reflux issues.

I wish they'd put more thought into the mobile... like maybe different options other than just 3 balls hanging above. Lights and a mirror would make this perfect. But over all, I like it and it's space-saving compared to the other brand swings I've owned.

My son HATES this swing he cries as soon as I put him down on it. He's super uncomfortable as his neck isn't in a comfortable position. Seriously I think this should be removed from the market. I hate writing reviews like this but as a new mom I expected so much more out of this. I guess it's just nice for the look not for actual use for your baby.

I originally loved this swing and so did my baby. Now it makes this clanging sound when he goes from side to side and is not as smooth as it used to be. No longer impressed with this swing. We have had it for 3 months.

I got mine for my baby shower and my son LOVES it. He's only three months and it's making the LOUDEST noise when he's in it now. It's also pretty loose on the base.

I just started using this on my 3 week old. He does pretty well in it. I wish the seat had better head support for infants, and I wish the Bluetooth ability also worked for playing music.

Got this for my baby girl and she absolutely LOVED IT! She would spend hours on it! Only thing is it would start making a crack sound and would stop functioning. Other than that it was great!

I love this chair my son loves it. It makes it feel like I'm still hugging him. The only thing I hate is as much as I spent for this chair mobile should turn on its own.... My son love watching it move but after 5 minutes my arm is tired!!

My son is 2 months old and is too big for it already. He is just under 17 pounds which is with in the weight requirements . It make a terrible clicking sound . It upsetting that this swing doesn't live up to reputation that this brand has

Was a gift for my niece. She had heard good things about it, but says it exceeds her expectations. My new great nephew loves it!

My son loves his swing. Motion and sound help him nap during the day and it gives me some hands-free time to get things done. The only issue I have is that I'd only had this swing a week, and it started making an awful squeaking sound when it's on. So far, it hasn't really bothered baby, but it drives me crazy! We looked up how to fix it online and apparently many people have this problem. We still can't seem to make the squeaking stop. Other than that, the product does what we wanted.

The second a child poops outside of the diaper in this swing it becomes a massive ordeal to have to fully disassemble (think what it looks like when this is new out of the box) to clean up afterwards. The straps, while very safe, are impossible to easily remove. You have to break it down completely and remove two screws with a screwdriver before being able to get them off. This is infuriating to have to do more than once and generally speaking if your newborn does this once they will likely do it again. Meanwhile while your parts are washing you are left with a pile of useless parts. While some may tell you to just spot clean that never gets all the poop color out of the straps. I know, I've tried it needs a nice hot water wash and soak in soap. So if you feel like dealing with this hassle every time your child poops outside their diaper then by all means grab this product.

Tha mamaroo is really good, when it works! I've had to take it a part at least once a week because I get an error 2 code which means something is stuck in it. This can be a hair, rug fiber, anything that shouldn't make it stop, but does. It is just annoying when you are transferring your baby into it thinking it will work and it doesn't and the only way to clean it is remove the 26 screws that are on it... make an updated model that is MUCH easier to clean.

Honestly its not worth i wish i can get my money back is so simple i could have spent half of the money for a better one

I don't understand how you can spend this much on a swing and not get an electric mobile. It defeats the purpose of occupying my baby when I have to sit there and repeatedly spin the mobile to keep her entertained. Would be nice if it would spin on its own, even if it was an additional attachment. I would buy that!
