After debating the purchase for quite some time, I was hopeful that this would give me a much needed break from the constant movement my LO craves. While I don't have the issues that others have mentioned, I was shocked at the cheap quality of the seatbelt - the front is padded as I would expect, but the sides are simply a cheap strap and buckle. With all the positions they can be in, I often find my LO crying because the straps are cutting into his sides and legs - so it doesn't matter how wonderful the movement is. I love my breeze, have been debating the high chair, and had high hopes here, but I'm a bit disappointed

Jusg boyght this. My baby is soooo colicky. I'm dying. She won't let us sit her down and I have two other young kids. This gets two stars and not one because it sometimes helps let me set my baby down for a couple of minutes better than any other swing HOWEVER it doesn't get anymore than that because it has completely stopped working. We don't even use it excessively. She does like the high speed but if the high speed is going to break it then it shouldn't have even been an option. I haven't used it at all today then tried at 7:15pm so i could rest for two minutes and lo and behold it is BROKEN. It stops and shuts off etc etc. it's acting crazy. I also made sure everything was properly connected and took a break from trying beforw writing this. as of right now i would not recommend this to anyone. Maybe i have a faulty one in that case i need a new one sent to me immediately and to make sure it's not a part of the batch that this one was made with. If the new one works for an appropriate amount of time then i will change my review to recommend it to people. This sucks.

Our baby girl hated the conventional head to toe swinging motion. The manaRoo has been a success !

Would have been a 5 but it's slightly jerky during the up and down motions . Other than that, it's great.

If you did not like the product when you received it for any reason you will have to pay $ 65 or more to be able to return it, this is completely horrible they practically force you to keep the product. the quality of the songs is very poor, not what I expected.

Best customer service and the swing is a life saver

It's stopped working within two weeks of having it, but the customer care was wonderful and they are send us a new one. We did register it with the warranty. Our baby loves it. We can't wait to get the new one so he can go back to enjoy the mamaroo.

It's a great seat. But I can't understand why the mobile itself doesn't move. I don't think the baby understands either.

I wrote a negative review before because I got frustrated that mine came defective however, they solved the problem and sent me a brand new one . I'm so satisfied with their customer service that I also ordered the bassinet and it works great . Would definitely recommend to a friend . Thank you!

I received MamaRoo4 from a friend that said she never used it. Her son just never took to it. So we were skeptical but wanted access to all the baby-toys so we can try everything ourselves. I purchased the infant cushion as we started using it almost immediately after my LO was about 4 weeks old. He liked it ok and slept in it few times but never took to it. It stayed unused until about fourth month. Finally at about 4 months we started using it more regularly and he just absolutely loves it. He doesn't nap in it but just relaxes and watches us working in the kitchen or around the house. He absolutely loves to play with the colorful toy that bounces above his head. Its perfect 30-50 min entertainment when you need to get stuff done. We use it multiple times per day and it's an absolute must for us now. I would highly recommend it - especially for a little older baby - once they start to observe the world around them.

The product itself is awesome. I love the seat. It was easy to set up and it's the only seat my daughter will sit in. I love that I can control it from the app and it works great. The "music" sounds are a little weird but I didn't buy it for that function anyway so that's cool. Only con is the package it came in. It was almost like an act of God to get into the box and get it out!

Using it for last 5 months. Works fine as a swing. The security straps need an upgrade as they are very basic and once your baby gets chubby then the strap becomes very tight on their thigh. It pinches the skin when you try to take out your baby from the swing while you are opening the strap locks. The other problem is that there is no way I could connect it with Bluetooth app. It will never work. Wasted hours on it. Used both iOS and android based phones to connect it. It won't connect so basically I just can't use this feature although I have paid for it. Since these swings aren't cheap so considering testing other swings too before investing in this one as you might not use all the features because of the connectivity flaw.

The seat stopped working one minute after placing our newborn, 7lb daughter in it. So very disappointed.

I love the mamaroo! Sometimes my son doesn't want to go down for naps or for bedtime. On the days when he just doesn't want to sleep, I simply put him in his mamaroo for a few minutes, and BAM! He has drifted off to sleep. After that, I of course put him in his crib. Honestly, I think this thing is a life saver, and a time saver! For those of you who are on the fence about buying one for your baby, I say go for it! And even if it doesn't work for you, the resale value is still really good!

Love the different modes of movement and the fact that music can be played through it. However, the motor is a little noisy and I wish my connected iPod could be woken up through the app. 

We bought this product after seeing it in use in our local hospital. Looked interesting. However after actually using it for just two weeks this product started making squeaky noise. Very irritating for whole house members. Google it, peoples have similar experience. Wouldn't recommend anyone investing extra money in this product.

max weight limit is 25lbs, my daughter is at 13lbs whenever she in it while its running it snaps and really struggles to operate. The fact that this is over 200.00 and only lasts for a couple months just isn't worth the money to me

Only had the device open for a few minutes to test and see if it works, although it does work, it whirs and shakes like R2D2 from Star Wars. I don't think a baby will be able to sleep with all the noise being made.

This swing has become my best friend. My two month old loves to be in arms, and as a mom of four it's hard to do just that.. This swing is a lifesaver. Can now do my daily tasks without a fuss!

My baby isn't even a month old and my momaroo is already making all kinds of squeaking and crackling noises. This was a product I "Had to have" and I even convinced my wife to let me get it. I'm am now very disappointed in this product. When it "WAS" working correctly it was a dream to have. I had it all hooked up to my phone and the simplicity was the best. Too bad : (

All moms should have one of these for their babies. It's a great swing, just like moms and dads movements.

It's a great buy but has no music, it just has like white noise sounds which don't sound the best they sound staticky. So wouldn't probably recommend because I feel at times my baby is just sitting there bored. And the toy future is pointless they don't move or anything

So far my grandbaby doesn't like it. He is 1 month old. I thought it would be soothing for him, but sadly, so far, it's not.

The programmed movements are nice and impressive. The mobile above the chair is woefully cheap and unimpressive. I'm confused why such a nice product has such a dumpy attachment.

Our 6 week old has tried to use his mamaRoo about 5 times now, and it does not work. It shuts off as soon as we cut it on. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

This is my second Mamaroo. My first mamaroo was 7 years ago with my first child and she loved it. It's such a lifesaver when I needed to get something done and simply cannot hold my baby while doing so. I love the enhancements from my original purchase with the Bluetooth capability. This is such a lifesaver for me.

I bought the mamaroo a month ago and we've already have had issues. Our first base was a bust, it malfunctioned a week after we had it. We spoke with customer service and we were able to get the base replaced. Awesome customer service. We received our replacement base and it was good to go for about a week. Now this current base squeaks very loudly with every motion. It's frustrating. You'd think for the price, the quality would be better. Overall, when the product is working, it's great. But with these issues, I'm not impressed.

We received the Momaroo as a baby shower gift and we were so excited. We set it up Tuesday and by Thursday it would not turn on, or would turn on and then directly off. Huge disappointment because of the price of this item already. Don't waste your money!

I like it because it's quieter than my daughters old swing. However, i really wish it had a vibration option. My daughter still prefers her old swing because of this reason.

Honestly it's ok but the aux cable and input is so outdated. If you have Bluetooth capabilities why not allow the system to sync with Apple Music or Spodify or any streaming service to get more options for baby music and sounds. To be so expensive the feathers are rather archaic. I hope there are upgrades to this even though it wouldn't benefit me now but as i already have a unit. Each time I recommend the unit to a friend or family member they turn it down based on these lack of feathers and upgrades

I bought this 7 months ago my baby girl is 6 months she loves it

I have had this on two babies now, neither one of them love this. The angle the baby is on, seems kinked to me. The glide motion is not smooth. If you put your hand on it while it's moving, you can feel the bumps. The Preset sound is bad quality. Best feature is being able to turn it on and adjust from my phone.

I really Like the easy to use features of the mamaroo. I really think the music function should be Bluetooth instead of aux!

I had gotten this for our son who's a premie he fussed when not being held or in other devices . boy it's a life saver I could get things done while he's content and happy in the momaroo.

Sound features are cheap. Motor is loud. Must connect phone to short aux cord In order to use own music function. It's a nice product but it's definitely overpriced... I'd pay maybe $100 if I could choose what it's worth.

My baby is starting to get used to this! The first few days he cried & we had to put him back in his other swing, but now he seems to be enjoying it. For the price the sounds could've been a lot better! They all sound the same to me. Other then that we really like it.

i've had so many issues with this swing my baby is only 4 months old. first i say that it's so much money for nothing he hates the swing. we opened the box and put it together a week before the baby came and i went to put my son on it and it squeaked soo bad. to the point where i couldn't use it. the customer service was nice and fast! they ended up sending us a new base. now my done i 4 months old and he weights 16 lbs (chunky boy) and the swing sounds like it struggles to move when he's in it it creeks and cracks a ton and i'm not happy at all with this swing. i mean come on everytime he moves in it it sounds like it's going to break. VERY disappointed in this swing should have went with a way cheaper one that's better quality. will be selling it after this baby and for my next baby getting a better swing.
