I really enjoy the different swing motions and the wifi abitiy. But the sounds are that many and they could add a few more sounds.

I splurged on this item for baby and I. After only being home for 3 days, it stopped working. Even before then, the unit was shaky though. The motion is not smooth but little man seemed to like it. Used 5 times and on the 6th it moves 1/4 of a cycle, shakes terribly and shuts itself off. So disappointed in my investment into this pricey gadget.

My son loves this swing! I've read so many bad reviews but my mother insisted that her grandbaby have the best. I am so glad she did. This seat is perfect. I'm folder laundry while he's in the swing and he starts to fuss. No worries, change the setting right from my phone. It is a life saver for recovering from a csection. He also likes the low setting while he's awake and looking around. All around best purchase. It is only useful, as stated in the specs, until the baby reaches 25 lbs or can sit up. I can think of no better use than to pass this to a friend, family member, or even a new mom in need.

This seat is good, when it works. My daughter is not even 3 months old and it's already messing up. After less than 3 months of use, the base all of a sudden stopped working. After pressing the power button to turn it on, it would work for about 5-10 seconds then start flashing and shut off It's a good product when it works, but for $250 I would not waste my money on something so unreliable that has broken in such a short three months.

I bought this a month 2 months before I had my baby and I was nervous because of some of the reviews. Well....my baby did not like it initially, she didn't start enjoying it until she was 2 months old. I think that if the hanging attachment moved a little it would've captured her attention and she may have enjoyed it because she would look at it as long as I moved it once I got tired she wanted out. My baby just turned 4 months and we use it just about every day. I'm glad I made the purchase. It did start to make a clicking sound a few weeks ago, I don't believe that it was a manufacturing issue, I believe my husband mishandled it while we were moving. After a few more uses it stopped clicking.

This swing is amazing! We bought a few different kinds for our newborn and he is very partial to this particular one! It's unique movements and features set it apart from the rest! You can remote control it from your phone as well! Money well spent! I highly suggest this to any parent but especially new ones! It saves your sanity especially when your baby has colic or is just inconsolable.

We received this as a gift and have literally used it twice. Once when it was put together and the other with the baby to see if she enjoyed it. Tried to used it today and the screen just blinks and it stops working. Now we're stuck with this. I will be calling to see what can be done.

Had this for a couple months and a few weeks ago it began squeaking while running. I've tried to trouble shoot this on my own, as this is a common issue from what I've read, but I cannot fix the issue. Product continues to squeak while running.

Our baby isn't even here yet and we turned the swing on for the second time to just make sure it was good in a new spot and it won't even work. It just blinks. I've been crying and stressed about this because this is literally the only other thing our baby can lay down in besides her crib when she gets here. I see this is a big problem too with a lot of other people on their Facebook page. I'm just so upset and disappointed that such an expensive product won't even work. I'm at loss at what to even do now. I really wanted this more than anything because my other two children had one and it was literally a life saver but I get a brand new one and it won't even work. Ugh!!! So saddening.

Easy to assemble. Baby loves the motions. Sounds could be more realistic. Rain sounds like static, heartbeat could be better - the waves are pretty good. Music should work with Bluetooth from your phone instead of wiring.

Very expensive and my daughter didn't like it. Overall it was good product just didn't work for us unfortunately.

I only got a few weeks worth of use before the base broke. It was great when it worked but apparently happens often. I'm waiting on the replacement but not really something you want to wait on when you have a crying infant :( bummed this Happened.

Received swing as a gift. We didn't get around to setting it up right away but, when our daughter was born unexpectedly 4 weeks early, I set it up right away! unfortunately, product does not work work. We were able to get sound - but no swinging motions. We don't have a receipt anymore, so pretty sure we got stuck with a dud swing. For the money - it's very disappointing.

For how much it is, should be flawless. Constantly stops flashing an error code , and the documentation has no notes error codes in it, impossible to troubleshoot. Will be seeking a replacement.

Our son and daughter-in-law are expecting twins in November. These swings and newborn seats will be much needed and we couldn't be happier that they were shipped quick and without a problem. I think this is a much needed item for all parents-to-be!

This is a donation to our local NICU in honor of our grandson who was a patient there in 2017. As a family we saw other babies using the Mamaroo and being quite content. We wanted to make sure more babies in the NICU could have the benefit of being comforted that way!

My daughters love the mamaroo for their babies. Babies also love them.

We got this unit as a gift with no receipt unfortunately so when it stopped functioning after the second day of use we had no way to exchange it. For the limited use we got out of it I can tell you there is no swing in this thing. It's so mechanically jarring my son hated every moment of it. Do not waste your money on this thing.

Bought this for our new born. We love all the different options in motions. Only a few complaints or minor recommendations. Remove the AUX feature for sound and make it truly a Bluetooth option. Also, I wish the mobile was electronically powered. It would add another sensory dimension. I wish the straps would come off the base. Baby has had a few blowout where's we've had to put everything in the wash but the straps don't come off which makes it harder to clean. Also wished that you could purchase an additional seat fabric so when you Are washing it, you have a backup.

I purchased this product from BabiesRus in May. It is making all sorts of loud noises from day one. My baby would wake up due to the noises. I tried calling customer care but there was no response to my calls or emails. Now I have a useless piece of junk worth $400. this is a pathetic company with terrible products

I bought this swing 12 days ago and it already is squeaking with every single movement. Loud squeaking that isn't covered up by the sound options on level 5. Swing would be great otherwise.

I was so excited that I got this mamaroo 4 for my baby shower. I put it together and before I could even use it. It started to not work and throw codes and I looked it up to see if another people have the same problems. This product is made poorly do not buy if you want to have the same problem and not even get to use it!!

This is such a great swing! First off, it looks classy and not cheap, like other swings tend to look. It instantly soothes my baby, with many different options. You can control it from your phone and play music through it for the baby. Lastly, customer service is the best around! I had an issue with my original one not working and they instantly sent me a new one! 4 moms is top notch quality!

Very nice n amazing product that helps s baby to calm down but d only thing is the music whiz is only choices which are not to me not soothing but over all total really worth it

Everything works great. No problems. Easy to set up.

The mamaroo is great to putting our little man to sleep or for some relaxation time but the huge downside is that it makes a creaking noise whenever it is moving. So we either have to have the sound on full blast to try to cover up the creaking noise or can't utilize the movement function.

I love it. My baby is not due until July but my husband and I have turned the mamaroo on and connected to our phones. The movements are smooth and the sounds are clear. I hope our little one enjoys it.

Bought this for my sister who's a first time mom and she loves it! We were counting down the days until it arrived, which was fairly quick considering the pandemic! She loves the variety of settings, the appearance of the swing, and the comfort and peace it brings her newborn daughter!

I started having major issues with my mamaroo after a few months. Buy buy baby did not want to issue me a refund, so I contacted 4moms and they were not able to give me a refund on behalf of buy buy baby but they did offer to send me a new one once I proved the issues I was having. These are the companies that end up very successful because they actually take care of their customers.

Super easy to put together, love the dark gray cool mesh fabric keeps my daughter from sweating. She loves all the different movements & adores the toys on top she stares at the little mirror all day, when she kicks her legs the toy balls rattle and she starts smiling! This is my 3rd kid wish I would of had one with my first! I highly recommend this product it's super convenient & it doesn't take up a lot of space unlike other swings with the giant legs

I gave two stars for the simple fact that it is very modern looking and easy to assemble. I bought this product new from a popular retailer for my newborn last month. She has only been in the thing no more than a handful of times! I should have looked at reviews in 4moms website I would have not purchased at all. The product is too expensive to not work after a few uses when it is brand new. I have read many reviews that are years old so that means they have not figured out how the thing keeps shutting off on its own. She will be in the swing for about 5 minutes and it just shuts off. I will be returning and buying

This rocker is a life saver. As a young mom, this helped so much for anything. Need to cook? Rocker. Need to shower? Rocker. Absolutely anything. I got one of the older versions back when my son was first born as a hand me down and I loved him. Bought this new one for my aunt who is expecting and she was SO happy to get it for her second baby.
