My husband and I purchased the mamaRoo sleep bassinet after our newborn failed to sleep in his other bassinet and his side sleeper. We were desperate for something that would help our little one to calm down, and provide him comfort. We are very pleased with the movement options and sound options available on the mamaRoo sleep bassinet. I do wish there was a heartbeat sound option. Other than that, the mamaRoo is perfect! It is light, yet sturdy, and has a pleasing design that goes with any room decor. Overall amazing quality.

I received this bassinet a few days ago and I'm already in love with it, I know that once my little one is here he would loves it too. I can't wait to use it! :) It was super easy to put together, you can control it with the app and once one it is the most relaxing thing ever!

Had for two months now it's so loud and makes a clicking sound. I am sad because it is such a good concept but stops working after a month or so. I should have just rented the Snoo.

I bought this when it came back in stock August 2020 and I'm so happy I did. My daughter was born in April and we just had a Moses basket as her bassinet. I can't tell you how much easier it is to put her in the MamaRoo and put on the motions and she LOVES the sound machine. I don't know how we lived 3 months without it!

I have been buying 4moms ever since I found out the mamaroo at the nicu in 2014 when I had my son. He used to love it so we had to purchase it for him. Ever since we have been loyal to 4moms products. 6 yrs later I had another 2 boys and they all have loved the mamaroo I can say I had purchase the oldest to the newest versions of mamaroo's, rockaroo and bounceroo even though is discontinued. we got the high chair, both of playard, bassinet and can't forget the bath tub. Is great for preemies or any other baby.My brother is a first time dad. And he asked me where did I buy those cool swings (Mamaroo) so I purchase on the baby shower of my brother the bassinet, mamaroo and playard. and my niece loves it.

Where to begin.. My first was a difficult sleeper for the first year of life. We purchased another 4moms product that really helped during the day, but left us without a sleep safe night alternative. When I saw this during my second pregnancy I IMMEDIATELY knew I had to have it. Our newest addition had some trouble sleeping while in the hospital, like A LOT of trouble. This made me more excited to get home and try our mamaroo bassinet, and let me tell ya its been a blessing ever since coming home. Our newborn went from waking every 30 minutes at night in the hospital to instantly sleeping 4+ hour stretches at night. By the time she was a week old, she was only waking once at night! I don't know how I would be sane right now if I didn't have this for my baby girl. As a new parent if you would like to get some well needed and deserved sleep, do yourself the favor and invest in this!!

I bought this bassinet a little over two months ago and love that my now 2 month old has been sleeping through the night for about three weeks now. She loves the motion while sleeping and helps to keep her asleep. I love that there are a lot of different motions to pick from and speeds depending on her mood.

My husband and I had a hard time choosing a bassinet as first time parents. We were walking through a store and this bassinet immediately stuck out to us! We ended up purchasing online a few days later. We've now had the bassinet for almost 2 months and our little one loves it! We also receive a restful nights sleep as parents knowing our baby is safely sleeping.

We bought this to help our newborn who loves to be held asleep. Our first child had a pretty basic bassinet and did great but #2 seems to be a little more sensitive to movement. He loves his mamaroo and the bassinet is fantastic EXCEPT it has the 4 hour turn off feature that you can't disable. The Snoo Does not do this and we chose this one obviously bc it is cheaper but the biggest perk of these smart/moving bassinets is that they are supposed to help with sleep. I read reviews that this is a big complaint but was hopeful he wouldn't notice as 4moms says. Not factual- he wakes up very shortly after it turns off interrupting his sleep patterns and resulting in frustration from parents and baby. PLEASE change this 4moms- we should be able to create the timers and not have to set alarm clocks to anticipate your standard feature. Otherwise we love it.. just stinks that the major feature/function leaves a lot to be desired. *i would recommend this product making a huge disclaimer that the shut off is annoying

It was easy to assemble. Love the features so far and the face that you can sync with your cell phone. Baby is not here yet to try it but very excited about using it!

Extremely disappointed in the product and service. Purchased the bassinet, put it together and when I press the "movements" buttons, it makes a clicking noise and shuts itself off. Their one troubleshooting suggestion is to unplug it and plug it back in which did not fix anything. I have contacted the company 3 times and have not received any reply. They are not answering their phone lines, so everything has to be done through email. This product was extremely expensive. It should work and there should be decent support available if it doesn't. Still waiting to hear back as the store that I bought it from says that I need to contact 4moms for service and/or a refund.

It's a total game changer my son sleeps so much better and so do we now..... Mad at myself for not getting it before he came home had to wait for a couple days for delivery but that was on me

We Purchased This about 1 1/2mnths ago. It worked so well at first. But now when we turn it on it makes this super loud mechanical noise, super disappointed because the price we paid I'd expect it to work so much better

We have been using our mamaRoo since May and our daughter loves it, but last night it just completely malfunctioned and stopped working. It turns on fine, but when you try to start it the motor makes a funny noise and all the lights on the screen just start blinking. Please advise on how to request a replacement.

I'd say my baby loves this bassinet! It's my first baby so I don't have anything else to compare it to, but I feel like he enjoys being swayed and the sounds help calm him. He's 8weeks now and has slept very good in it. I take away a star because I would prefer if it had wheels just to move it around easier from room to room. And I would also like for it to have a feature where one side comes down so I could touch my baby while I'm in bed next to him.

Takes a lot of stress away when you can get a good night's sleep.

This bassinet only worked for about a week with our newborn. After that the motions would change or stop randomly, which would startle her, and the sounds stopped working. The customer service email takes several days to get help. The bassinet is clearly defective and I regret this purchase. It's just an expensive bed with a thin round mattress at this point.

I was not able to use the bassinet. IT was never working from the beginning. The bassinet needs a lot of quality control.

We love the bassinet, it was easy to put togther and to setup.

I received a bassinet that is defective. It will not perform any of the motions when I press on them. It moves barely an inch and then stops.

It's amazing!!! It mimics the natural human swing that actually puts the baby to sleep, it's a easy setup unlike any other bassinet on the market it was worth the Waite and I recommend this to anyone looking for a peace of mind and for some sleep

The mattress is very uncomfortable. Should be thicker and firm for baby.

Pros: it has motion and built in sounds Cons: Speeds higher than level 2 make loud mechanical noises. Vibration mode sound terrible like something is grinding inside about to break and very loud. Sheets are proprietary, very expensive and feel rough and cheap. Bluetooth connection only works about 20% of the time. Maximum motion time of 4 hours. Stops just in time to wake your baby at 2am, yay! For the cost of this thing it seems rushed to market and not worth it. I'm very disappointed in what I got for $350. This product should have been like $199 or less. I can't even use over half the features (Bluetooth, vibration, high levels of motion.)

We bought this bassinet right when it came out and we love it! We were a little intimidated about sleep with our first baby but she has slept so well in it and the motions help her get back to sleep when mommy is too sleepy to bounce! We plan to use it for all of our babies. (Also, we originally thought the bassinet was too tall but then discovered you can adjust the legs and then it was perfect next to our bed!)

Waste of mone, save yourself your hard earned cash and buy a average bassinet. The app only works 10 percent of the time. My baby could care less about most of the features, so it goes unused, she even threw up a couple of times because of the motions. It's about as useless as the snoo, and just a gimmick to make new parents think it'll make their lives easier, trust me it doesn't. Once in a blue moon your baby will be satisfied, is it really worth that? Plus the matress pad is way to firm and my baby found it very uncomfortable, I had to place a blanket underneath the pad to make it more comfy. I know my baby needs a flat surface, but that thing is just a cheap piece of foam.

I've had this for a month and the first 2 nights it worked great, then it started making so much noise. It clicks, squeaks, and grinds whenever the motion is on. It's extremely loud and I can't use it because 1) the noise drives me insane and 2) it wakes my baby up. Another annoying thing is that the motion will shut off at 4 hours, waking the baby up that was settled. I would not recommend this product, if I could upload a video to show I would. Don't waste your money.

My baby has been sleeping in her bassinet since we arrived from the hospital. We also have the mamaroo and we love it as well. The bassinet is a must have for all new moms I feel it definitely helps and soothes baby right to sleep. My baby has 0 problems going right back to sleep after feedings. I absolutely love it and recommend it. Now I do have a few things that did/do bug me. The sound of the bassinet is a bit noisy but I understand it's the motor, we turn on the white noise and that helps a lot. It also has a clicking/knocking sound at the beginning, I had to jiggle the basket around to make it got away, but I noticed as my baby got heavier it started going away. Now the clicking is gone! :) Those are the only 2 things that I was annoyed about but to me it was not such a big deal.

The bassinet is noisy, the motor grinds and the app constantly crashes. I'm incredibly disappointed. I wouldn't recommend, I totally regret choosing this bassinet - a total waste. I haven't been able to use the app for weeks without it crashing the second I choose bassinet. I have to turn the bed on before I put my son down as it jerks when it starts, startling him awake. Also - it seriously looks a an old piece of white plastic lawn furniture. Keep shopping, I'm sure you'll find something better.

The bassinet has been in use for 2 months and it started to randomly stop throughout the night. It also is a very abrupt stop which sometimes wakes my child! Also, the volume NEVER worked from day one so she doesn't get the benefit of the white noise, rain, waves etc. ALSO! The app constantly has issues with not being able to connect to the bassinet. Many times I have tried to either turn it on or off via app and wanted that feature so I don't have to get out of bed constantly .. wishful thinking. After spending $350 you would think the product would have some longevity but sadly it does not. It was super easy to set up (that was a plus) and it is a very modern and beautiful piece (compared to other bassinets) but it is not worth it in my Opinion. You're paying for the look with an OKAY function. 4 moms truly just wanted to run and put this out before lots of other companies do.

I bought this after being desperate for my little one to sleep better at night, and this is a giant waste of money. The bluetooth app only works about 50% of the time, the vibration setting has deteriorated to the point that it barely works, and my husband and I both noticed a burning smell coming from it - we think the motor is burning up so now we've unplugged it and it's just a really expensive stationary bassinet that I can't even rock manually. There were lots of rave reviews when I purchased, and then after having issues I went back to find that many people were experiencing the same dysfunction that I am. Now my baby is almost too big to sleep in it and I just want my money back rather than messing with warranty parts.

My husband and I purchased the bassinet as a more affordable alternative to a more popular brand bassinet. The style and contemporary style makes it easy on the eyes. All of the features were a huge bonus in purchasing, not to mention the Bluetooth capabilities. Once we had our baby our first night was loooonng, ya know new life adjustments. Our baby was particular in not being swaddled, she always found a way out. So I'm using the bassinet her reflexes could not be soothed with vibration or motion. We had to instead place our dock a tot within the bassinet to give her a sun feeling. We are well aware this is not advised, but it worked for us in her first two months. Overall the bassinet is fine. I don't think the mattress is very thick and so when using vibration mode it really shook our baby. So now we no longer use vibration mode. The swaying motions came in handy from time to time, but the unit becomes a tad loud when in motion. What he use the most is the sound on the unit. I do wish the volume options were in a wider range. Lastly the touchscreen features are ideal, but I'm always having to press the buttons twice and extra firm. I don't think this is the intent. For the price we paid it's works, but it's definitely more hype than actual Value. I would suggest next model they have a way of swaddling/strapping baby to bassinet like that other brand offers. Or some alternative to keeping baby snug.

Bought this before my daughter was born (she's now 3 months). She sleeps up to 6-8 hrs through the night in it! A true lifesaver. Would have given it 5 stars, except my bassinet has some issues, like the white noise cutting off abruptly and waking the baby up. Also, the 4 hour limit, while a standard feature for the Mamaroo swing, is really not appropriate for the bassinet. If I don't wake up in the middle of the night to restart it, the baby starts to wake up (thankfully I can do so without getting up, thanks to the App). 4moms should really rethink this feature.

Was really excited to receive this bassinet for our son. However, it definitely doesn't live up to the hype. The vibration feature makes the whole bassinet shake and it's so loud it make the plastic make noise and it wakes up my son. Definitely not worth the price. And we can't even return it.

We have two boys (5 years and 4 months). We fell in love with the Mamaroo with our oldest boy along with the first version of the Tub and the Faucet Temp Gauge. So you could say we are loyal customers. We were beyond excited to hear of the Mamaroo Sleep Bassinets arrival just before the birth of our youngest boy. So we will start at the arrival of the Mamaroo Sleep Bassinet. Assembled and started it up and connected the app. It worked great and had high hopes. Then the first nights after we came home with our baby a few issues stared. The High pitched noises while running were enough to make me crazy. Thank goodness for the pure exhaustion and that I just fell asleep and did not hear them. Then as if some miracle they stopped about the one month mark. Then about the 3 month mark the Vibration feature stopped working and the clicking sound started. Our baby is now 13.5 pounds, well below the max limit, and when he is not centered or towards the rear of the Bassinet it makes a loud click during movement. Again we worked around the issue and just made sure to place our baby properly as to not make the few hours I get to sleep between feedings not so annoying and difficult to sleep. Then today the sounds just quit. When placing our baby down for a nap I tried to play any of the sounds and nothing. So after only FOUR months, only the movements work, but with issues there also. Two of the three functions offered don't work and the one that does work, is driving me crazy with a clicking sound. I feel like this product may have been rushed to the public and your customers too early. After reading several reviews we are not alone with issues, almost like ours may get worse and I'm left wondering how long until it turns into a 40 pound decoration with no functions period. We love the brand, products, and amazing ideas you have. We only hope that now we can hopefully come to a solution with your company through the one year warranty or something else. Our baby Lucas is only 4 month old and 13.5 pounds. Again well below the limits and well before he out grows what we thought would be a loved product. We still use all our 4moms products from our oldest boy (5 years old) with no issues. We only hoped that this wold last the same. So very Disappointed and Frustrated! We hope to be able to post that this has been resolved and we are happy again! We want to recommend this to everyone!

I love the mamaRoo bassinet, but it's doesn't do anything for my daughter. If anything it was wakes her up. She like it when she's awake, it keeps her calm while I get things done. Also maybe they could make the bed part a little more plush. What I do love about it is that it's very quiet. And it doesn't take up much space. Maybe it will work for her when she gets a little bigger.

We never knew a bassinet could do so much!!! LOL It's amazing; and the parents are absolutely cherishing its soothing vibrations for their little one.

So fancy great price!!!! Better price than the Snoo

I bought this 3 months ago, we have been using it since we brought our baby home. the first one we bought actually broke within a week, but a replacement was sent relatively quickly which was really great. I'm happy in general with the different rocking motions, sometimes when the first start the bassinet jumps a little so I recommended starting it before you place your baby in it if they startle awake easily. The noise function seems pointless as the whole bassinet makes a low humming noise the whole time it rocks. Which I can't really stand so the timing function on the app is key to make sure it turns itself off after a reasonable amount of time. The app is great... Except it only connects about 80% of the time and If you want to set a timer your out of luck because the timer function is specifically only on the app, it should really be part of the bassinet somehow as well. All that being said for the price I'm happy I have it. Other brands are much pricier or don't offer the same features. It just needs some work to make it perfect.

I do not recommend this bassinet. Our daughter loved her mamaroo so we thought we'd get her this. At first we loved it. After 2 weeks I started to understand the other negative reviews I had read. It randomly shuts off, even with the 4 hour timer set. It will shut off at 15 mins, 5 mins, 2 hours, you name it. When it would shut off it would wake the baby. The motor in it also makes a loud humming noise when you turn the bed off and there's a loud knocking noise now while using the bassinet now. For the cost of this bassinet it should not have these problems, especially after 2 weeks!

Look elsewhere. Nice try, but falls short on major design flaws. 1. The power button shines right in the baby's face at night (can't shut it off or dim it without pulling the plug out) 2. While in vibrate mode and a movement mode, the plastic rubs together and causes a very unsettling noise. 3. Randomly when in movement mode, the same unsettling noise will start - rubbing plastic. So first we couldn't use vibrate because of the noise, and now we can't even use the movement modes 4. The sound will just stop playing randomly. Awesome I'm sorry, but for this price - unacceptable. Lack of quality control. We were going to buy the swing and pack/play, but will move on to a more trusted brand

I purchased this bassinet because I loved the motion & sound functions it provided. My son loved the bassinet especially the sound function. It really helped soothe him to sleep. After a month, the bassinet would no longer power on. I contacted their customer service & was told that I needed a new power cable which was sent to me. It took a week & half to come. I was told this delayed shipping was due to Covid. I received the power cable & the unit is powered on & the motion worked but not the sound. I contacted customer service again & was instructed that I would now receive a new bassinet. The bassinet took a week to come & my husband set it up today only to find that the sound feature barely functions. The volume is so low it's barely audible. Now what ?! I just contacted customer service again but my son is already two months old & everyone knows bassinets aren't used for a long stretch of time .. by the time this situation is recitified I won't even have use for it anymore. Very disappointed in the quality of this product !!

I gave this to somebody as a baby shower gift and when they received it the bassinet didn't work. I was so embarrassed.

I Received my bassinet today and we even bought the bassinet pad cover and the moment We assembled it and turned it on I noticed it wasn't working. Whenever I would select a movement it would shut the whole machine off. Sucks because we were really excited for this product and we were relying on this bassinet so our newly born newborn baby to sleep on and now we don't have a place for our baby to sleep in. We looked up the troubleshooting process and nothing worked. Have emailed customer support and are waiting to hear back.

I'm in love with it, but it is so small! Your infant will grow out of it in a few months. Other than that it's awesome.
