I absolutely LOVE my dockatot. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I wish it came with a cover or the covers were cheaper since it's an expensive purchase initially. It's so worth it though and my new baby must have!

We got our dock when our son was 2 months old because a friend was raving about it. It definitely helped him sleep longer during naps and at night. I also loved that I could bring it anywhere easily! Transitioning out of it can be tricky because baby is not used to so much space in an empty crib. Also, very difficult to clean since you can't dry the cover but you need it for the next nap in a few hours. Also, ours picked up color from our baby's pjs (even though they've been washed many times and don't transfer color onto other thing) and the color would not wash out. Minor detail. I will definitely be hanging onto this to use with another baby if we have more children - will probably buy another cover so I can wash one cover and use the other one on the dock.

I bought this hoping to get at least an occasional use out of it while traveling, etc. However, this has become my baby's daily napping and sometimes partial overnight sleeping necessity. We love it and hope to be able to upgrade soon to the larger size. I tell everyone how valuable this product is! A game changer and life saver for us!

He co-slept in the Dock in our bed for several weeks before transitioning to his crib at around 4.5 months. The Dock has been a great aid in keeping him on his back after he learned to roll over. He is now 6 months and still sleeps happily in it!! We can't wait to purchase the Grand ��

I finally decided to purchase this the week before my delivery, and boy I am glad I did. My husband and I both agree this is the best baby item we have. When our little one was born it was so easy to put the dock a tot anywhere in our home on the kitchen island while cooking, dinning table while eating, sofa while relaxing, and of course to sleep at night. It especially helped us encourage tummy time. The dock a tot also makes traveling with baby easier. Went to out of town for a weekend and she fell right to sleep in the hotel in her dock. Description is correct our little one still loves being in her dock a tot even though she's much more snuggled then when she was born. She's 16lbs and 21in.

I purchased our dock a tot late one night, about 4 moths ago, out of desperation! My son was transitioning from the Rock n Play to the crib and also refused to be swaddled. He would constantly startle himself awake with all of the free space. I was up desperately searching the internet for a solution and found something about the Dock a Tot on Pinterest. It seemed to make perfect sense, so I purchased it! It has helped so much! It snuggles around my son perfectly and makes him feel secure and held. Now that he is 8 months old, he rolls around in it and often sleeps on his side with a leg draped over. The breathable and washable fabric is perfect. We have taken it on hotel trips and even camping! So glad I found it! I recommend to all the new, tired moms I come across! Now I just need a bigger one!

I bought the Dockatot when my baby boy was about a week old after we were not getting more than 45 mins to an hour of sleep at night. The basinet was just such a big,open, and hard space that he was not used to and comfortable with. Once we got the dockatot he was a lot easier to lay down at night and sleep for 2-3 hours and by 6 weeks was sleeping 6-7 hours! He is almost 4 months now and still sleeps in it and sleep for 7-9 hours at night. It's so cozy and keeps them in a more womb like environment which helps them feel more secure during sleep! We also use the dockatot for tummy time and he likes it a lot more than just laying on his tummy on the floor! We love the dockatot and are so thankful this product has helped us get a lot more sleep with our baby!

Our son has been napping/sleeping in his dock since we brought him home. He is almost six weeks old, and he slept 7 hours last night (swaddled in the dock). The dock a tot has been a miracle! I would recommend purchasing a second cover for the times you need to wash.

My newborn uses the Dock A Tot in his bassinet every night! We believe it's made all the difference of letting us lay him down during sleeps without being held. When we transition to crib, it'll be the first thing we use to make him feel safe and secure.

We are really excited about our DockATot Deluxe! Our third baby is 3.5 weeks old and we mostly use it for sleep in our bed! We swaddle her and put her in it and she seems to love it!

i always put a blanket on top of the cushion when I use it because of the rough texture. My infant slept in it every night and I changed the blanket every week. i loved it, until I lifted it up to take on vacation and saw black mold on the bottom (underneath) of the cushion. It was not visible from the top. My daughter was sweating at night and the material and cushion absorbed the sweat and locked in the moisture. My daughter was sick and I finally realized why. She was sleeping on black mold. I washed the cover several times but could not get the mold out- which didn't really matter because the inside cushion was also full of mold and ruined.

For whatever reason, my baby didn't like this. We tried it at 1 week and then at several points after, but our daughter was not a fan. Ended up being an incredibly expensive diaper changing station for the lower level of out house.

Honestly i think bit overpriced but I use it on and off and realized it is not really that different from other cosleeping products on market gave two stars because it is a well made product

I would wait to buy until after baby arrives. Our baby had reflux and did not adapt well to the dock-a-tot. He would only sleep maybe 15-20min before crying and waking up. He needed more of an incline which the dock-a-tot does not provide. Also, for the price I'm very shocked that a carrying cover is an extra charge. It is a great idea but could use some modification.

I actually love the product, I have two and use them for my twins. We had to wash them recently and one cover came out shredded. Not sure why but overall love the products design for safety and easy accessibility to take on the go

Hi, I bought this for my third child. A friend recommended it saying her baby sleeps so well with it. I have always had trouble trying to get my kids to become better sleepers. I jumped on the opportunity to have a good sleeper. He hasn't taken to it as well as I hoped. He's now almost five months old and still naps and sleeps in it. He wakes crying up every couples hours, and loses his pacifier in the dockatot. I will pass mine to my baby brother who's expecting his first. Hopefully he has better luck than I did.

I bought this when my baby was about a month old and would wake up once I set him down in his bassinet. The doc a tot helped him stay asleep a little longer than he would have without it. However, he never slept for hours on end like many reviewers have said their baby did. I eventually stopped using it because the incline at the top would keep my baby from settling; he'd raise and lower his head trying to get comfortable. He was a big baby so he only fit snug in it for a few months before he just looked too squished. I love the thought of it, but my baby didn't sleep as well in it like I was hoping he would.

My baby didn't nap for more than 20 minutes in his first 8 months of life. I was hoping this would change things, but he didn't take to it. I don't think it's the product's fault, though... nothing really helped, he just had to grow out of it on his own. I passed it on to a neighbor and her baby loves it!

comfy nest. But is not a necesity. I mean you could go without it. It will not make your baby sleep longer. It depends on baby. If baby is a good sleeper she'll sleep well anywhere. My baby didn't start sleeping in it until she was 1 month old. Just a fancy pillow. If your baby is a bad sleeper, SWADDLING is the best thing to do. Momma of 5 here. Your welcome

I purchased this when my twins were about 3-4 months old after reading many, many, many reviews on how great this product was. I was desperate as my twins were waking up every 2-3 hours and I was like a zombie. After purchasing this I was hoping it was a fix to my babies sleep problems. They still wake up every 3 hours and they are now 7 months. However, I will say that they know when they go down in their dockatot it's time for sleep or a nap. It's also great for travel. We've gone to Las Vegas, San Diego, and stayed over at families house with the dockatot and they had no issues with sleeping. I would've considered purchasing the grand but my twins don't sleep longer so I rather save my money and try to transition them to sleep only in their crib and weaning them off the deluxe after the recommended time frame which is 9 months. I wish the price was a little more affordable and the accessories.

I bought this for my son when he was 4 months old. He is tall so he was a bit big for it and given the price if this which is a bit high but I wish I would have found it sooner because he didn't really dig it for anything other than the occasional short nap and lounging. Hoping to get more use with out next baby. I still recommend this product because the quality is outstanding!

I bought this after a friend recommended it. It was perfect for my newborn who hated sleeping on his back. This was a great transition piece to the bassinet and now the crib, but we still use it for all of pur traveling. Best part: I don't have to worry about my baby rolling in his sleep!

I bought the DockATot Deluxe a few on that ago. I didn't find it made a huge difference in my baby's sleep, but he did like the feeling of being snuggled. Overall it's a great product.....super portable and safe for baby. There are a couple negatives that I've found it he few months we've been using the dockatot. Number one, if your baby wets through (which mone does almost every night), you have to wash the DocATot every day. It's a pain taking it all apart and I've noticed the mattress part is already starting to become misshapen and lumpy. I started placing my son's change pad in it so that I'm not having to wash it every day, but when he drools...which he does a lot now (or spits up), it has to be washed fequently as well or it starts to stain. I'm afraid to put the cage pad under his head as it could be a suffocation risk and it defeats the purpose of the breathable material used to make the DockATot. The second negative is that if you have a big baby, it doesn't last very long. Our little guy was already over 17 pounds at 3 months, and now at 4 months he's almost outgrown it. I've had to unclip the bottom already. For such an expensI've purchase, I'm sad that it doesn't last very long. I would consider upgrading to the grand, but we can't afford to at this time. Anyway, all in all I do like it, but do feel that for such a huge splurge it wasn't totally worth it.

My one month old has been sleeping 4-5 hours nightly once we put her in the dock a tot! I didn't know if it was gonna be worth the money. But sleep is worth millions during the newborn stage!

I bought this mainly for our camping trips (to put on bottom bunk in our RV). But we found ourselves using it much more often. We have it in our pack n play for our daughter to sleep in it in our room at night. We also have used it for her to lay and play in. I couldn't see us using it in our bed for co-sleeping as it takes up too much room in a queen bed and I'd be too scared of rolling on her. But I do like the product and recommend it. Now at 5-6 months we have to unbuckle the bottom as the deluxe when buckled is too short but that's not an issue.

I put all my hope in the dock-A-tot when I ordered it... boy it sure came through. It's a life saver ??

We just love our Dockatot out of everything we purchased it is the best!!! Our little one slept in it great rom day one. We take it when we go out and she can nap in it anywhere!

I bought this when my baby was 2 weeks old... I SHOULD have purchased before he was born but I didn't think I needed it. I was SO wrong! After 2 sleepless nights In a row I purchased, and anxiously awaited its arrival.... now at almost 5 months old, my baby sleeps like a dream.. naps are no problem and the majority of nights it's 7 hour stretches of blissful sleep for me and baby!!

I was skeptical but this helped my baby so much. He was able to start falling asleep on his own using the dockatot and stayed asleep longer. We also traveled with it and it made anywhere feel like home. This was sooo worth it!!!

I bought this for my son and daughter in law as a present for their first child, born in October. They use it almost exclusively instead of putting him in his crib because he sleeps so well in it. They also love the "travel" ease of the Dock a Tot, being able to throw it in their suitcase and go wherever, whenever. I'll definitely be buying the next size when he outgrows the Deluxe Dock...may even buy one to keep at my house for visits!

I have had this product since my son was born 2 months ago. We use it everyday for night time and naps. My son does not sleep for more then 5 min unless he is in his Dockatot. I wish we could afford the Dockatot grand.. we just can not live without the dockatot in our life..

I have a 2 month old baby girl. When I bought this I was a little skeptical, but I can honestly say this probably one of the best purchases I made for baby! She loves it and mom loves it too! This way she can be in our bed but still be in "her own space".

Bought this for our little one and I'm so glad we did. It was pricey up front for us but reading reviews gave us a good feeling and we were right ! Our baby sleeps safely between us in our bed, and it fits perfectly into our bassinet downstairs so she's always got her safe place to sleep. I bought an extra cover at the initial purchase based on another reviewers tip to save of shipping and make washing it no issue because you don't need to wait for the one cover to waah and dry. Love it !!!

I love how secure my baby feels while she sleeps! She's such a great sleeper and I believe it has a lot to do with our dockatot. We travel a lot and visit family enough that having a sleep space that's the same everywhere we go has been such a blessing. She can sleep anywhere at anyone's house as long as we bring the dockatot!

Like many parents, we'd struggled with helping our infant son to transition to his crib (from a pack n play, and a rock n play). We'd read a ton of reviews about the DockATot, especially how useful it can be for creating a cozy, familiar place for little ones to sleep (even when traveling!) We've taken it with us on numerous trips and our son knows it's time to sleep no matter where he is! He likes to nuzzle into the side and looks so comfortable when sleeping. Would definitely recommend. The DocKATot made a stressful transition much, much easier for baby and parents. Worth ever penny, people!

We bought the dockatot shortly after my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. I'm a new mom and so of course Im learning as I go... when we first brought my son home from the hospital and placed him in his bassinet he refused to sleep. For the first week I was up every hour with a crying baby who would only sleep in my arms or his bouncer (not recommended). After much frustration I set out on a search for a solution.
