It's impossible to get ahold of the care team to get a replacement. It's been almost three months and it works amazing and then it just knocks and knocks and wakes the baby up. The constant knocking is so so loud. And it makes a jostling movement when it knocks. I've had so much trouble with it and I haven't managed to get a replacement. It will work great and then it will knock in the middle of the night and won't stop. I just want a replacement. I would recommend it over and over without the knocking

We bought this for our son who is now four months old. Weight is 15 pounds(well under the 25 pound weight limit obviously). We and he loved it while It worked but now(actually has been going on for over a month but no one will respond to my emails) every time we try to turn it on for the motion it moves for two to three seconds and immediately stops. The button lights blink and flash. We have unplugged it, Plugged it back in, we've tried everything. It will work if our son is not in it(but what's the use for it then right?) also when it does run(again the baby not in bassinet) it's like it stutters when it moves, I'm not sure how else to explain it better. It seems that the motor is going out. The only thing that does work is the white noise. I'm very disappointed in this. So much money down the drain and have had zero help. Not to mention my mamaroo chair is doing the same thing. I don't recommend to anyone anymore because I have read SO many reviews where this is happening.

I put a stuffed teddy bear in it an it started making a loud clicking/popping noise. If you have any mechanical skills to fix the problem then it's great (I do) but if not idk.

Would have much preferred a bright white color, but those is more of a beige, off white. Still a good bassinet, haven't used it yet as baby girl isn't born until February.

This product was a great addition to our other 4moms products. We were gifted the mamaRoo sleep bassinet by 4moms and we started using it right away. Our daughter loved that the same motions she enjoys in her swing, were now rocking her to sleep each night. We were previously having a hard time when we would set her into her other bassinet, so the calming motion was great to help her soothe herself to sleep. I loved that we were able to not only control the speed of the motion, but also the volume of the sound. The constant sound also meant that we did not need an additional white noise machine. The only thing that I wish was a little different, would be that the bassinet calmly shuts off after 4 hours of use and there were times that I think she would wake up from the sound or motion shutting off.

I just became a mom of my second baby and I can truly say this bassinet has changed our night life! I have used other bassinets and this one is the best one I've used. It's compact and doesn't take so much space, it has motions just like the mamaroo but in Flat surface which helps baby stay asleep even longer. I also love the fact that I have the app where I can easily adjust the motions, put a timer, turn on and off and pretty much anything. I love everything about this bassinet and highly recommend to parents, it will change night time with you and your baby.

My husband's parents gave us this bassinet for our baby shower and we absolutely love love love it. Our son is a very restless sleeper and the motion and vibrate have been an absolute saving grace to help him relax, sleep and get back to sleep when he wakes himself up. We love how sturdy this is and the overall size and adjustable height of the bassinet made it perfect for having him next to our bed for the first several months. We also loved having the optional basket underneath for storage of swaddles and extra sheets etc. It is more expensive than some of the other bassinets but it was worth every penny.

So I have been using this bassinet since my baby was born and he loves it and would only wake up once, maybe twice a night. Then the bassinet movement part stopped working and my baby has been waking up 4-6 times a night. I kept forgetting to call customer care, but when I finally contacted customer care, they were so awesome and are replacing the base! I am very excited to get our sleep back on track!

I really like this bassinet for my daughter but can't afford it right know do to the COVID and my hours are short she's having her baby in February but he might come early the doctors say she won't make it to February I love all your products

I received the bassinet today and I put it together made sure the cardboard and screws were off including the styrofoam. When I turned it on and pushed a mode it moved for a sec and then the LED just flashes and doesn't work, the music works but not the bassinet.

This bassinet was truly life changing!! My newborn would not go to sleep and stay asleep unless she was in my arms or my husbands being moved at all times. We were gifted this bassinet by 4moms and we could not live without it now. The design is beautiful, it is super sturdy, and pretty quiet for a moving machine. It has a low hum but after not having sleep you don't even notice it. Super easy to put together and work. I love that I can adjust the movements and sounds from my cell phone as well. Lastly, another cool feature is the cord - the machine has little notches to hook the cord on the machine so it's not just dangling every where. The only thing that I could ask for is maybe some kind of basket at the bottom or side but it's not a deal breaker. Highly recommend this machine!

Hello future 4moms purchasers! I just wanted to say that 4moms gifted the mamaRoo sleep bassinet to me to try it out and give my honest feedback. I have to say, this bascinet is amazing, very high Tech, lots of functions. It plays music as well.. it's also Bluetooth! So you can control it with any smartphone. Android and iPhone friendly! Its travle friendly and very light. Very sleek / expensive looking. The Cushing is amazing and my daughter was very comfortable the whole time while in it. I used this product only at night because every time I put my daughter in it and pressed the on bottom, she would easily fall asleep. My daughter just turned 3 months and sleeps 9- 12 hours overnight in this bassinet. She loves it! I also love that the bassinet has a auto shut off function so its not running all night. Overall really safe product. There is two cons I would say it has. One being I wish it was a little bigger. My daughter just turned 3 months and is already pretty close to out growing it. I love this product so much I wish I could use it for the whole first year! The second being when you turn off the bassinet or when it auto shuts off, it continues to make a medium/loud sound for 20 or so minutes as it cools down then eventually the sound goes away. Other then those two things, I love this product and it is so worth the money. Get this product before your baby is delivered so you can use it right away! - Sean P

I saw this Mamaroo Sleep Bassinet a month after I had already purchased a bassinet for my baby that was due in August. I was so upset because I thought this 4moms bassinet looked so great. A couple of months after my baby was born I was fortunate enough to be gifted this bassinet by 4moms in exchange for my honest review! I will start by saying I had very high hopes. My baby does sleep well at night but he doesn't nap. He goes down for 15 minutes at a time which means I have 15 minutes to get whatever I can get done, done. It's not enough time to shower or do the piles of laundry or even get a decent workout. It's hard! While this Mamaroo sleep bassinet hasn't worked miracles it has stretched those 15 minute naps to 30-45 minutes! Now that IS enough time to shower, workout, finish the laundry. It makes such a difference in my mood getting these things done. The bassinet is not overly noisy. It runs fairly quiet, it doesn't disturb the baby at all. I love the different settings and the white noise. It has the same variety as the mamaRoo which he is already used to so I think that is what made the sleep bassinet so comfortable for him. The mesh liner all around it makes it safe Incase baby rolls over. It is also easy to move around my bedroom if needed but not so light that it feels flimsy. It is sturdy and stylish. Definitely something we are proud to have in our bedroom. I also want to give a shout out to the 4moms customer service team. Our first bassinet wasn't working properly so they promptly sent a new one and a return label for the broken one. They made everything so easy and responded very quickly. I was gifted the mamaroo sleep bassinet by 4Moms for my honest review. This bassinet was a life saver for us. We were renting the very expensive snoo and my newborn son hated it after a few weeks of using it. The mamaroo came at the perfect time when I was hurting for some sleep. The first night my son slept in it, he was 7 weeks and slept about 5 hours in it. This was the most he had slept straight since he was born. He loves the kangaroo motion and the rock a bye the most. Now at 11 weeks, he slept 7 hours straight for the first time. I highly recommend this bassinet. It does have some quirks to it but it is new, I'm sure later versions will run more perfect. I love the app though and that I can turn it on and off with my phone or change the motion speed and sounds. My baby loves it and so do I! Thank you 4moms!!

This bassinet has been a huge help for this tired mama! My baby is a light sleeper and usually wants to be held and swayed to sleep but thanks to mamaRoo sleep bassinet, I just put her down after nursing and the gentle motion rocks her to sleep! It also has a built in sound machine which helps baby stay asleep longer. It give me back a good 10-15 minutes each waking time - I now use that extra time to do my chores (cleaning pump parts etc), for valuable ME time or go right back to sleep (WIN!!). I didn't feel the need to use the app much because the unit is easy and simple enough to operate with just a few taps and I'm on my way! I can imagine though how helpful this would be for those days during recovery when I wasn't as mobile as I am now (baby is almost 3 months old) and operating it from my phone would be of much help. I only took off a star because of the abrupt motion when turned on (this jerking wakes my baby up), clicking sounds, and the prolonged humming after the unit is turned off - all of which happens occasionally but I was told by the support team is "normal"(great room for improvement imo). I am so thankful to have been gifted this mamaRoo sleep bassinet by 4moms in exchange for a review. I would recommend and purchase it with my own money - for that extra time I get back and longer sleep for me AND baby is money well spent.

We had a standard, basic bassinet in our room when we brought our baby home from the hospital. Less than 2 weeks after he was born, we were gifted the mamaroo sleep bassinet and wow did it make a difference. Our newborn does so well with the movement and sound! We use the kangaroo movement and the fan sound every night and he is the best sleeper. I'm a fan of the aesthetics of it as well! We also added the basket under and store swaddles and burp cloths and diaper caddy!

I absolutely love 4moms products due to their beautiful and functional design. The mamaRoo sleep bassinet is no different; its design is streamlined, functional, and classy, fitting in with any decor. My 3 month old is a great sleeper overall, but she has really struggled with her naps in the evening. The mamaRoo sleep bassinet has been a lifesaver for those times when she is a bit overstimulated/overtired, and needs some movement and sound to mesmerize her into dreamland. My husband and I went from holding a fussy baby every night between 5-11 PM, to putting her in the mamaRoo sleep bassinet and enjoying a couple of TV shows together between dinner and bedtime. Some of our favorite features: • The overall look of the bed • The multiple movement options • The built-in sound options (ESPECIALLY the "shhhh" which has majorly helped our daughter's sleep!) • Control via app so that we can turn up or down the speed or volume of sound, or set a timer to turn off the motion once she's asleep • Love the ability to adjust the height Some things we would improve: • The bed makes a sort of "mechanical" buzzing sound the motion is running, and for a little while after motion is turned off. Doesn't seem to bother our baby though. • I wish there were small wheels or casters to make it more easy to move around, push away from the bed, etc. (similar to the 4moms Breeze Playard) • The "power" button is bright in a pitch black room. I wish maybe that button was a "push" button" versus a touch panel, so that it doesn't have to stay lit up to find it. • The app crashed a few times, but worked very well for the most part.

We were given this bassinet as a gift for our second son as there were great reviews of the product and we were impressed by the model that we were shown at Buy, Buy, Baby. Oh how deceptive things were. We had the bassinet for approximately a month before it stopped working. One morning, I was near the bassinet and heard a loud noise almost like a vacuum was being ran. My husband figured out that it was the bassinet making the noise. When he went to try the bassinet, it wouldn't power on at all, but yet, the fan was still running. We tried the classic unplugging it and plugging it back in and got crickets. He contacted customer service and a new unit was sent to us. We received the new unit today (11/30) and guess what - THE NEW UNIT IS DEFECTIVE AND DOESN'T WORK! I'm severely disappointed in 4Moms as it's quite evident from other reviews as well as in our own experience that 4Moms doesn't care about the quality or craftmanship of their products. Now, I have to figure out how to help the people that gifted us the bassinet how to get their money back. Thanks for nothing, 4Moms.

We loved the Origami stroller and the Mamaroo was ok with our first so we decided to buy the Mamaroo Bassinet for our second child. Big mistake, 4Moms is big on creating something new cool and imperfect before they dump the idea. This bassinet became just a regular bassinet rather quick; baby is not fooled by the movement but liked the white noise until one night I turned on the noise and it was a high pitch eeeeeep. Happens randomly so this is now an average unplugged bassinet that was overpriced. Soon we will transfer our rather long 3 month old to a sturdy crib..... What a waste!

This product is amazing! I can't believe how wonderful it is for the price. Don't be turned away by the problem reviews. This company has the absolute best costumer service if you have any issues. My little guy has terrible reflux and this helped him sleep so much.

I wanted to love this, as I am a 4moms fan. After 3 months of using it, I feel I can write an honest review. And as many of these reviews seem to state, I was not given this by 4moms. I purchased this with my own money. While thinking of the things I love about it, the only think I can say is that it provides safe sleep. This bassinet has SO much potential, but it falls short. The Bluetooth option is there, however it almost never connects like my other devices. The movement options are great but when you select one or even switch between movements, it makes such a startling motion that it jolts the baby. Don't even get me started on the white noise. It all sounds the same and you can barely hear it anyway over the sound of the bassinet itself. I ended up buying a separate noise machine. You cannot see through the mesh sides at all as the mesh is too thin. The most ridiculous part is the 4 hour timer. The whole point of this is to get your baby to sleep longer. Their solution is to wake up after 4 hours to restart the timer. And when you do restart it, the whole bassinet jolts and rewakes the baby! It is not a smooth movement. I could see allowing the 4 hour timer when you're trying to wean baby from the bassinet but what about the first few months? It makes no sense. This was not thought through at all. I wanted to like this so badly but for almost $400, it is a stationary bassinet in our bedroom. None of the bells and whistles that it claimed to have. I expected a lot more!

I love 4 moms products. When I was pregnant i bought a 4moms swing first. Have been using it well since my baby was born but the bassinet we had was just a normal one. My baby would only fall asleep whenever we rocked the bassinet so we decided to give it a try. Ever since my baby sleeps well through the night and my husband and I sleep way better and we are really satisfied with this purchase. Some people used to talk about noisy sound but I have never experienced something like that. I just hear a bit of the cooling fan sound when I turn it off. Just like a laptop. It definitely saved my husband and myself. I highly recommend it.

First off, I was gifted the mamaroo bassinet by 4moms directly in return for a completely honest review. My son is almost two months old and at first we were using the infamous Snoo bassinet. We were in between this one and the snoo and so we rented the snoo to try it out. My son wouldn't sleep longer than 3 hours in it and often times hated being in it. He has silent reflux and has a lot of gas issues. When I had the opportunity to test this bassinet, I was thrilled. The first night in it, my son slept 5 hours!!! I had to wake up and pump because he was still asleep. He loves the kangaroo motion the most and the fan sounds that come with it. We stopped renting the snoo and are so happy with the mamaroo. I will say it of course isn't perfect, it has its flaws as it is new and we know new products always have some kinks to work out. Sometimes the power button doesn't respond, it's a touch screen type and so sometimes I have to hit a few times. Not a big deal, I love that you can control it from your phone too. There is a 4 hour time limit, in my case it was ok, my son still sleeps after the motions stop. I think that it's good because hopefully when we transition him to the crib, it will be easy. Overall I'm very happy with this bassinet and it's a lot cheaper than the snoo, that's for sure! Thank you 4Moms for allowing me to test this product, it's been so helpful with my son.

I was gifted the mommaRoo sleep bassinet by for 4moms and have been in LOVE! My daughter goes to sleep instantly in the car, so the movements of the sleep bassinet soothe her and put her to sleep instantly! She only wakes when she is hungry and goes back to sleep. We have been using for a few weeks now and she just turned 2 months. I will use for all future children! I highly recommend! All 4moms product are so easy to assemble as well! I haven't needed my husband's assistance with any of them. They all snap together not requiring any tools.

This bassinet has been a real lifesaver for us! Thanks to this bassinet our daughter is sleeping through the night from 10pm to me waking her at 6am and she is only 2 months. The sounds help keep her asleep and the motion helps us be able to just put her in an it will rock her right to sleep. No bouncing for an hour to try and get her sleeping before putting her down! Wish they had this back when we had our first born. Definitley highly recommend this bassinet to anyone looking to get some extra zzz's

I didn't have a bassinet with my first so I knew I wanted one this time. This one I am using in my living room for baby. I love that I can just connect it with the app. It is the perfect addition for baby to rest in!

Bluetooth app connects once in a blue moon. Otherwise have to be troubleshoot everytime, which just isn't possible when baby is screaming. Touch panel is way too bright, no way to turn off light or dim. Whole thing too loud during operation. Keeps us both awake.

I bought this to use as a safe sleep space for my then newborn son. Loved that it had the motions and vibrations but is totally flat so he can nap in it safely! However, it has started turning off randomly- the control panel will blink and you have to turn it off and back on. I know there are sensors to turn it off if the baby moves too close to the edge, etc. but this is happening several times a day when my son is swaddled and not moving at all in the bassinet. In researching online it seems that unfortunately this is a pretty common problem. Love the product when it works but there is nothing worse than a baby being jarred awake after you get them down to sleep!

I really want to love this product, but the 4 hour timer is a HUGE design flaw. I have to wake up in the middle of the night just to reset it and hope my baby doesn't wake up. I'm glad he's able to sleep through the night...I never thought the bassinet would be the one that kept me from doing that too

Love this item. my husband did the research and decided on this bassinet and I'm so glad he did. It's my favorite purchase we made. We have it right next to my side of the bed. The motions are great and they helped our newborn go to sleep. She's currently 5 weeks and still loving the motion. It also has white noise built in which is awesome. I wish the shhhhh sound stayed on continuously instead of taking pauses but that's my own preference. My only small complaint is that when the motion either goes off or we turn it off the machine stays on and makes a slight buzzing sound.

We purchased the mamaRoo sleep bassinet for my second child and I wish I would have had it for my first! The sleep surface is large, firm, and with the sides being made of a breathable mesh, I know baby is sleeping in a safe environment. The bassinet has the same motions that we love in the mamaRoo with 5 different speed settings to use depending on what baby prefers. My daughter sleeps so well in this bassinet that I'm dreading the day we need to move her into her crib. The only con that I've found with this bassinet is how loud it can be. Even when not using one of the white noise options, the bassinet itself makes a little noise while in motion. The sound hasn't bothered me at all but I can imagine to someone who's a very light sleeper, it might be. Overall, we love this bassinet and have already recommended it to others. Having the 4moms app connected to the bassinet has been great as well. It's so convenient to control the motions/speeds/sounds right from my phone.

I have a 2 week old baby girl and was nervous to buy a swing at all bc my son hated them!! So I decided to get this one bc of the awesome reviews. This swing is a LIFE SAVER. She loves the motions and doesn't mind at all for me to put her in it. There's more than one motion and also different speeds depending on what your baby likes. I will never buy another swing again, this one takes the cake!

We had this for when our daughter came home from the hospital. Its her favorite. Her favorite movement is the wave. Shes been using it for 2 weeks now & it works great. No issues with it.

For all the money, this is not worth it. The mattress pad is as thin as ever and hard as a rock. I felt horrible putting my baby to sleep in this. I wouldn't recommend, babys need comfort.

i love the bassinets i bought two for my twins and they used them after coming home from the nicu and over time one of my boys bassinets would aggressively stop after if turn it on so then he would wake up. Sometime i would have it on speed 1-3 and it would speed up and go super fast and then my other babys bassinet started to do the same things

With all the features included, I couldn't believe the price! Worth every penny and so much cheaper than the competitors!!

I bought this desperate for sleep. Baby won't sleep longer than 30 minutes and has to be rocked. Well I set it up and she loved it started to fall asleep UNTIL every few rounds this awful clicking noise would happen, it wakes her up immediately. Then it starts to squeak and make mechanical noise again. Unplugged plugged back in. needless to say I'm very disappointed with it and angry I spent 349$ I'm packing it up and returning it immediately.
