Really want to love this stroller, but the front wheel constantly locks and the long plastic piece in the back by the pouch is always dragging on the ground. Would love if there were a fix to these issues. Disappointing for a product that was a premium price.

Love the size and the stroller grows with the baby. Just really started using it to walk and jog. The front wheel pulls to the right . Makes it difficult to walk far or run. Love the stroller however. Also get a lot of compliments on it

Honestly I would not recommend this stroller as a jogger or even for walking. I originally registered for the newer version of this stroller, however, had received this model instead (most likely because it was cheaper). One MAJOR issue with this design is that the wheels DO NOT swivel, which makes jogging impossible. I have tried numerous times and keep finding that the stroller will pull to a certain side, which causes me to stop and readjust. Due to this I just gave up on jogging, which stinks because if I would have known that I would have returned the stroller and purchased the model that has the swivel wheels. Secondly, due to the wheel situation it is also a pain to walk with as you are constantly trying to pull the stroller back on course. The stroller is also big, but that is expected as it is a "jogger". I have no issue with the car seat as it seems to be working just find. I would recommend spending a little more money and finding a jogger with wheels that swivel.

We've had the whole system since the birth of our child. As a travel system, it works great. Convenient that she can still be in the infant seat up to 30 pounds, giving us time to select our next unit. We love the toddler seat now that she's older (started using around 8 months). However, we've had the same problem as another review on this site: the front wheel, while in the locked position, constantly pulls to the right. This forces us to run with the front wheel unlocked, which would be OK except that the weight balance is a little off and any time you hit a bump, the front wheel pops off the ground and the whole stroller shakes violently for awhile until you force it back to steady.

We have only owned this travel system for a few months, have only used it a handful of times and the front wheel on the stroller sticks all the time. We love the car seat and the features the stroller has but the front wheel makes it extremely hard to steer. We recently traveled across Canada and trying to maneuver it in the airport was extremely frustrating. We drove over peoples feet and ran into others, it was a really bad experience. Really hoping Graco will take responsibility for this defect and fix this problem!

I thought it was just me, but the wheels on this stroller are not durable and we have gone through 3 replacement wheels and a replacement stroller with the exact same problems. First the tire rubber is very easy to puncture with normal use. For example we use this in the neighborhood and normal debris on sidewalks such as tree debris, weeds, etc, have punctured the tires. We've had to purchase multiple replacement inner tubes and Graco actually sent us three brand new tires for the problem. They don't seem to hold up like say a bike tire would and the inner tubes are always getting punctured. In addition we have the same locking front tire issue and anytime I go anywhere near a jog the whole thing shakes and rattles. I just wish this would have been as useful as we hopeed when we purchased the stroller. The durability of the frame and everything else is great, it's decent sized, it is awfully large for the trunk, but the wheels have made it almost impossible to use on a continuous basis.

Have had the stroller for about 3-4 months and the stroller is awesome in convenience except for the front wheel. It'll stick sideways and you can't lock it because then you can't turn it at all.

My husband and I bought this item for our son before he was born 6 months ago. We really liked it in the store for a lot of its features. But since we have had it we have had problems with the front wheel sticking. It makes it very hard to steer most of the time which is aggravating. Also it's very wide so hard to take in stores. I love that u can just use carseat in it. But for what we paid it's disappointing that it is so hard to steer and use. I was really excited to use it so was little disappointing.

My husband and I bought this after some online researching and going to look at in the store before baby came. Barely pushing it back and forth in the isle and practice folding it once was not enough to get a full picture of how it actually functions. It is a good quality stroller: good height, comfy for baby, feels safe and sturdy, I like that the wheels can be repaired unlike standard flimsy plastic wheels and removed for more compact storage. However, I have a few issues with it that have me back in the stroller market. It's huge. Once the toddler seat is in its too heavy for me to maneuver in and out of the trunk of our highlander. It always takes at least 2 or 3 attempts to pick it up and get it positioned just so. The one-hand fold is nice, but it definitely takes two hands to awkwardly open it. It has a kickstand to cover the front wheel to allow it to stand upright on its own. That works only if you can get the front wheel positioned just right as you close it. I also struggle to keep it rolling straight, both indoors and out. The front wheel will turn completely to the side and need to be manually set straight or it will also pull to one side. Super frustrating while shopping or trying to walk on sidewalks. I will say my husband, who is both considerably taller and stronger than me, has no issues with it whatsoever and absolutely loves it. It's just too big and heavy for me (5'4") to use out and about by myself with baby. Its nice, just too much for me alone.

So I've had this stroller now for 10 months. Don't get me wrong, it is a great stroller. Very durable.. I feel like my boy is safe. It is strong but that also makes this stroller heavy and bulky. Like some of the other reviews stated.. it isn't the easiest thing to carry in and out of the car and when it's in my trunk.. it's the only thing in my trunk! I have to detach the child cup holder, and the seat just to fit it in. Also, when jogging sometimes it pulls to the right, but then sometimes it pulls to the left. Not sure why that is.. I've tried to mess with it and get it to go straight with jogging but no luck. Other than that this is a great durable stroller

This is a very convenient stroller/seat combo but the front wheel gets stuck constantly and your always having to steer hard to correct it. Very Frustrating. Very disappointed.

It's okay - It is bulky when folded up and the front wheel is just annoying - Not latching/gets stuck... it is especially bad when folded ... I am always afraid it will break or get bent cause it does not lock in the way they normally do.. It did for the first few times, but not after

I loved all the features this system offered, until it came time to actually use it. The front wheel constantly gets stuck at an angle and won't turn. Either it locks or simply will not turn, so I'm literally dragging the stroller across the ground wherever we go.... how embarrassing! I'm hoping that warranty coverage can do something to help fix this issue, yikes!

We got this stroller as a shower gift and loved it for quite awhile. The car seat and base worked great and love the versatility of the seat positions. My husband has tried jogging with it and had to stop early because of how bad it pulls to the right. We haven't used it an excessive amount of times, maybe like twenty, when both back tires went flat and no longer hold air. It is also challenging to close sometimes when the wheel gets turned wrong and won't unturn.

We got this for our baby shower and I never use it because whenever I try to run with it the seat starts bouncing and the front wheel is all over the place. If you put the front wheel locked it doesn't bounce but then it is so hard to run and turn which was the whole point of buying a JOGGING stroller so I am super disappointed that we registered for this!

I've had this stroller for almost 7 months now. I love how it folds up so easily and you can do it with one hand. I love the huge basket and the parent tray. I love that there are so many ways that you could use this stroller. My baby seems comfortable when she's in the stroller. HOWEVER, the front wheel keeps getting stuck and it's so frustrating! It would happen randomly and very often that it makes me not want to even use the stroller when I'm out. Please Graco, GIVE ME A SOLUTION FOR THIS FRONT WHEEL ISSUE.

I love the click connect and quick folding action, however when the front wheel is locked the stroller does not steer straight. With the swivel wheel engaged it is horrible to get going - it's like a shopping cart with a sticky wheel! I would love if anyone has figured out how to fix this problem with the front wheel.

We like the convenience of having a combo car seat and stroller. When using the stroller it glides pretty well and it closes up easy enough for storage. However, this thing is terrible at jogging. When the wheel is locked, the stroller veers to one direction. We exchanged it for another at the store we originally purchased it from but the new one veers the other direction. Though its got "jogger" in the name, this isn't for jogging and you'll get frustrated trying. We will probably return it and look at other companies and models as seeing other reviews on here proves this issue is a serious design flaw.

We picked this stroller because it seemed to be the best value. I like the car seat and the ease of getting the stroller out and placing the car seat in. However, the front wheel keeps locking up and it is extremely frustrating maneuvering anywhere. I wish we had picked a different stroller.

I purchased this travel system in December for my third child born in February. I used the stroller twice with no issues. Before the third use, I decided to pump up the tires for the first time and ended up popping the front tire due to a horrible design. The number and close proximity of the spokes on the front wheel make it near impossible to pump up. As I was removing the pump from the tire, the entire stem ripped off. Poor design, cheap tire and now an unusable stroller. I'm beyond annoyed. I would not recommend!

I received this stroller as a registry item and have had nothing but trouble. My first stroller had a bad front wheel, it wouldn't stay inflated... graco had to send me a whole new travel system because they couldn't replace the wheel... meaning I had to send the old one back. Now I have the replacement and it doesn't handle well at all, front wheel sticks, making qalking very difficult and it is impossible to run with.

I bought this stroller for my second child after owning another jogging stroller from another brand. Intially I loved this stroller but the front wheel constantly sticks making the stroller impossible to move. This is really hard when you are trying to push your baby in the stroller in busy public places. I am very disappointed to pay a lot of money for this stroller and I can't even use it.

My fiancé and I received this travel system at our baby shower. My mother in law purchased it for us, which we are very greatful for, but after being able to actually use it we absolutely can't stand to use it. The front wheel is crazy it either locks on its own or just goes the complete opposite direction in which you are trying to go. If I could get advice on how to fix it or what to do would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I was gifted this travel system for my daughter, and was so excited to use it; however, the stroller is useless after only a few months of using it. The front wheel wants to constantly lock, and when it isn't trying to lock then it is pulling to the right. It is impossible to push or turn the stroller. My daughter still needs to be in the carseat at this point, but the stroller is making any outing insanely stressful since it doesn't function at all.

First time parents and my mom bought us this stroller to go along with our platinum car seat. The stroller is great and has awesome features like attaching the car seat to face forward or backwards. Same with the regular seat and plenty of storage. How ever the only problem is the front wheel gets stuck everywhere. Sidewalks, wood, tile, dirt. You name it. Does anyone have a solution? I got this travel system a couple of months before I had my baby. I love the car seat and I also love that there are so many different positions the baby can be in the stroller. However, the front wheel constantly sticks in one position even when the wheel lock is not engaged. It is also a huge pain to fold up because the front wheel has to be turned just right in order for it to completely fold and lock. I also have a large SUV and the stroller takes up nearly the entire back.

The car seat is perfect no complaints about that but the stroller front wheel always locks it's like it doesn't want to stay straight. It goes right on it's own and it's hard to turn left if I want to go the other way. I bought the travel system thinking it would be easy to use and helpful while using it outdoors.

I bought this stroller because of its versatility however was very disappointed when it came down to using it. The front wheel always gets caught/locked and it's so frustrating. I am having to continuously correct the front wheel as it is either stuck sideways, pulls to the right or left. A simple outing makes me so frustrated that I just give up and come home. Love the stroller system however will probably return it as it's more frustrating than anything else.

I love the different seating options that this stroller offers but the front wheel is giving me so many problems with not swiveling properly and getting stuck that I can't even go out for a simple walk. I got this for my shower and every time I use the stroller, I have issues with the front wheel locking and not rolling like a wheel should. On the rare occasion the wheel doesn't lock I will say that the stroller rides beautifully. Very disappointing, because it was expensive. The car seat I have had no issues with. And I love the look of it so maybe I just got a weird issue with mine. Also there's this weird plastic piece that hangs down.

First off, the click connect has been fantastic! I love how easy it is to get the kiddo in and out of the car. The actual stroller on the other hand is a bit less enjoyable. We have the same issue with the front wheel locking up or getting in the way of the rest of the stroller when we try to fold it down. The other issue I've noticed is the back wheels dont roll very well, even if the front wheel is locked the back wheels act like they dont want to roll.

We got this stroller as a baby shower gift, it worked great for about 2 months. Then, the maneuvering went on the stroller. It does not turn properly, The front wheel does not swivel. It's impossible to turn, the front wheel drags across of the floor, sometimes sideways. It's at a point where its impossible take it to a store in the mall because it does not turn properly. I was knocking into things left and right. I thought it was the air in the wheels. So i added more air and it still does not make a difference.

I was so excited about this stroller. However, the front wheel makes this stroller almost impossible to push. It's way too expensive for these problems. Save yourself the trouble (and the money!)

I am a new foster parent of a newborn and was so excited when I opened this gift as a pre placement of child party to help me get ready. Although this was wrapped nicely in the original package, I believe it was regifted( which is still amazing ) bc I need so much but the child's cup holder bar attachement is missing so I can't attach my tiny little one in her car seat into the stroller. I was very disappointed to see I can't order this part and don't know what to do

I received this system as a gift for my baby shower ! I love the over all system but the front wheel of the stroller does get stuck and it's hard to use. The car seat is great! My daughter loves it, just wish the stroller worked a little better. I've noticed it's a problem many people have had.

I bought this stroller system for my first. I expected and wanted this stroller it to last for all my children ( it's quite expensive!) I really like that I can clip the seat on so many ways. It was what sold me in the store. However not even 1 month in to using the stroller and the front wheel started to stick. Now after 3 months of use the front wheel is almost constantly sticking and I'm constantly pushing a stroller that isn't gliding nicely or forcing the stroller (with considerable effort) to stay in a straight path.

Pretty bummed the tire went flat on my first use..air filled tires that couldn't even handle a thorn. Luckily I was close to my house. But what if I wasn't? Just expected the tires to be a little more durable. For how expensive it is you would think you would make the tires better quality.

Seems to be the same complaint over and over again... I've had this stroller for 6 weeks and have maybe used it 15 times max. The front wheel keeps tugging to the right side making it difficult to walk with - barely even been outside on rough terrain! I love everything about this stroller but am very disappointed that it's difficult to walk around a mall.. let alone outdoors.

I received this travel system as a shower gift. After doing lengthy research I was excited to use this stroller, but as time has moved along I have become more disappointed with it. As other's have stated it can be hard to use in a jogging/running fashion because it is very hard to steer. It is also quite bulky and heavy, taking up most of the room in the trunk of my SUV and is hard to use while shopping because of the difficulty steering. I did like how it has many options for facing the baby towards you or out depending on what the activity is. Overall is an ok stroller but would definitely pick something different if I could do it again.

Positives: Great that all the parts come together ( car seat, base, stroller) No complaints about the car seat or base. Negatives: This stroller is extremely hard to maneuver. Definitely not safe for jogging. I don't know if mine is defective or not, but I HATE it. It is the most frustrating feeling when you are trying to turn the stroller and it doesn't move... EVER! The back wheels roll fine. Most of the time I am tilting the stroller on the back wheels just to turn it. I have this problem on various surfaces (ex: mall flooring, grass, concrete) and whether the front wheel is locked on not.

The car seat and the ClickConnect system are awesome. The stroller no so much, it is really bulky and a was a hard to use at Disneyland. The front wheel keeps getting stuck and doesn't want to turn in the direction I need it to. It always gets set in the locked position so I have to keep unlocking it, which was a hassle at Disneyland. As an avid runner it is giving me doubts as a jogging stroller, so I haven't used it for any of my runs.

It takes up too much space in a trunk , it's heavy and the worst part is the wheels of this stroller just don't go the way you want them to go , it doesn't turn properly, so you kind of have to go back and the forth with the wheels to make it turn. And it's just a mission to handle the stroller with a baby and everything else around you. For the price I wish I had bought something else , something easy to work with while dealing with your kid. And ofcourse something light weight

I use this stroller when I have to and haven't even tried to jog with it yet as the stroller constantly pulls to the left or right. It is even worse when you put anything in the bottom compartment. I am constantly lifting it up on the back two wheels to realign the front wheel to stop it from pulling. Overall I am fairly disappointed with the quality for the price I paid

It's a sturdy travel system however there are a few issues with this stroller that are unacceptable considering the high price we pay for it. The worst issue of them all is the front wheel that gets stuck ALL THE TIME, it's really annoying, this happens everywhere - outside and inside floors. I thought I'd love the stroller but the few issues, specially the bad front wheel quality, make it hard for me to recommend it. It was a fairly expensive stroller and I am completely disappointed with this purchase. I would greatly appreciate it if Graco could give me a solution to this problem.

I bought this stroller 18 months ago. It hasn't been used a ton as my son was never a stroller fan. At first I was in love with this system. It was fantastic in uneven terrain, the car seat is light. It didn't take too long for problems to arise. First the front wheel started to lock. Next the kickstand started to not work properly and I have to fuss with it to open so the stroller doesn't fall over. Now the back tires will no longer hold air. It's a huge disappointment as I was so in love with it when I bought it.

We really loved this jogger/carseat combo for about 2 months. It worked great for taking baby to my older daughters' soccer games and jogging the neighborhood. But after a month the front wheel has started getting stuck or locked and even when I adjust the lock, it wont turn or roll properly. It makes the stroller completely unusable. I am so upset that this very expensive product would become defective so quickly.
