This bed broke after using 3x now loud noises when moving i am very upset i want my money back

Not worth the money. Baby didn't like it and there is no way to return it.

My little one is 3 weeks old and he is not really into the movements of the bassinet. We are using the sounds though that's why I'm only giving 3 stars because it seems like the movements are a little to rough for him at such a young age. Hopefully he will like them when he gets a little bit older. I do like the security of the bassinet. I feel comfortable leaving the room with the baby monitor. The walls are high and the mesh around the entire bassinet gives me peace of mind that he will not suffocate if his face goes up against the sides. Even though my little guy is only 3 weeks old he moves a lot in his sleep.

My first son loved the mamaRoo infant seat but slept often in a bed that has since been recalled for new safe-sleeping guidelines. I knew I wanted a flat sleeping surface for baby #2 and this was the logical, and financially sensible, solution. Baby #2 sleeps great in it. I don't mind the 4hr limit- he wakes up every 3hrs to nurse anyways. Besides, at some point he has to learn to sleep in a bed that doesn't rock and sway and bounce. The time limit will help ensure he is weaned from motion as he weans from night feedings.

When you press the power button on the bassinet you're able to play sounds without movement, however, when turning it on through the app there is no option for sound-only. You have to turn on both features, then manually turn the motion off. I find this disrupts my sleeping baby more often than not! For a tech advanced product (and the price) it would be nice if you could play sounds remotely through the app without also having the motion turn on.

We loved this bassinet at first, and it definitely helps with my 2 month olds sleeping, but only when it's actually working! Majority of the time, it shuts off after 30 seconds or so of motion. (No matter which motion, or speed) It doesn't shut off if I just use vibrate with no motion, however the vibration makes a loud grinding/grating sound that wakes up baby and us! So frustrating!! My son is barely 2 months old, so we should have plenty of use left, however now we will have to buy a different bassinet.

We used the bassinet for three months and my girl loved it, you could set her in it wide awake while you got ready etc and she would be so content. however it is much smaller than the standard bassinet and she out grew it before 6 months.

Bought this as a gift for my best friend's baby shower. We assembled it before giving it to her and used it as the "gift box," adding gifts inside the bassinet. Can't rate on anything else though since I never plugged it in or turned it on but seems like great quality!

We received this as a baby shower gift. We were so excited to use this for our second child as we have loved the Mamaroo for our first child and thought that this would be amazing for her during nap and sleep time. However, the only function that DOES WORK IS THE MUSIC. Other than that, the moving function does not work at all. We just opened it and we have yet to figure out how to get it to work without it shutting off on the app and on the bassinet screen whenever we try to use that function.

We could not get our son to sleep on his own even with swaddling, white noise, pacifier, etc. The missing link was the movement we do to sooth him. This bassinet has done that and has given us some relief from having to constantly hold him.

We got this as a baby shower gift. Our baby absolutely loves it! No issues at all! He is two months now and won't sleep anywhere but his bassinet. Very impressed with all the functions and motions. I bought this after we brought our newborn home and he wasn't sleeping more than 30 minutes at a time. We figured since he liked his swing so much the bassinet would help, and it did. My son is now 8 weeks old and it has started to squeak, unfortunately. Not sure how much longer we will be able to use the rocking features.

We have been using this with our newborn for a month, and we love the product and highly recommend! The bassinet is great! My son loves it, so glad I purchased it. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because sometimes the app disconnects from the bassinet and the only way to reconnect it is to unplug it from the wall, so when I know the timer is going to end soon I need to stop the movement and sound In order to add more time which is a bummer.

First off, this bassinet was incredibly easy to assemble. The directions were very helpful and it took about 10 minutes to put it together. I love that it is so lightweight. Making it easy to move from room to room when necessary. My favorite part about this bassinet is the Bluetooth capability to control the settings on the bassinet. There are several motion options and the sound machine on the bassinet gets to a decently loud level. It's not as loud as a separate white noise machine I purchased. If you lean or push on the bassinet accidentally (which my older children have) the bassinet stops moving. Overall it's a beautiful bassinet. Honestly I wanted the Snoo so badly, but couldn't commit to paying the insane price for it ! My husband and I researched and found this, and we are so glad we bought this instead of the Snoo ! It looks INCREDIBLE and I wish they made this for adults LOL ! Our LO loves all the movements (car ride is his favourite though by far) and the sounds. We also love that it has all mesh sidings for better viewing and breathability for our LO ! Plus the app is great to have so we can set it up on a timer or start it when we hear him waking up before his next feeding ! We HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a great bassinet or even the Snoo but wanting something more affordable!

Super excited to receive this for our 2nd baby, but about 2.5 months after he was born, the bassinet started making a loud clunk every time it changed directions. The noise was so loud it woke me up when it started. After unplugging and other small adjustments didn't fix it, we contacted 4moms. They made us jump through a multi-step process that was cumbersome in order to replace it. Frustrating to spend that much time dealing with our faulty bassinet when I had a toddler and baby to care for. They sent a replacement bassinet and just a few weeks into use, the new bassinet just stopped moving. It would start and then freeze. Please note, our baby was still well under 6 months and well below the weight limit during both of these issues. Now we have a bassinet that looks cool but doesn't actually do what it is meant to. I have since gone back to work and have no time to deal with 4moms process again to replace, so I have just given up. I had been super excited about this gift from family, such a waste of money!

Dont waste your money on this product. First night we used it the bassinet turns off on its own after 10 min or so and you have to unplug it and plug back in to work. Rip off

My newborn is a little over one week old and she absolutely loves the sleep bassinet. The bassinet actually suits her and keeps her asleep. There are five different motions and five different sounds that you can choose from, the motions also have five different speeds which is nice. You can also turn the bassinet on and off with the app on your phone, however I haven't really need to use that because the bassinet is very close to my bed and the only time I put her in there is when I'm going to sleep. My babies favorite setting is rock-a-bye on speed 2. I don't really use the sound, because we have Alexa play rain storms in the background. I watched my husband set up the bassinet and it was very quick and easy. We did double check everything with the assemble directions just in case, but everything is pretty much straight forward. I definitely recommend this bassinet to everyone. The bassinet is very simple looking and will blend in with pretty much any decor in your bedroom. Although I did not purchase this product, I would have purchased this in a heartbeat had I known how amazing it actually is. This bassinet is worth every penny. It shuts off constantly and when it does it doesn't want to turn back on, we have to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in. Sometimes we have to do that multiple times before it starts working again. When you press one of the rocking settings it jerks really hard. Not the greatest product for the money.

When I found out I was pregnant I was on the hunt for a safe and durable sleep bassinet. One of the biggest selling points for me is the mamaRoo follows the American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines for safe sleep. Some of the features I appreciate are the leg extenders so I can use the bassinet beside our bed and the speed and sound options. There are five motions (car ride, kangaroo, tree swing, rock a bye, and wave) and four sound options (fan, rain, ocean, and shhh). I do have toddlers who like pushing the buttons, but it doesn't pose an issue when the baby is using the bassinet because there is a button lock option. The bassinet was very easy to assemble. I set the bassinet up at 37 weeks pregnant with no tools. I had no intentions of using the 4moms app for the bassinet but once I downloaded the app and saw how convenient it was my mind changed. The app is a nice perk to have and use when needed. Get this bassinet before your baby is born because it will be a lifesaver. We were gifted the mamaRoo bassinet just under a month ago. We love all of the movement options as well as the sound. The sounds lull me to sleep as well which is an added bonus! We will definitely be sad when my little guy outgrows it!

We didn't buy this until about 3 weeks of no sleep..... Our baby loved this bassinet. He barely slept good in anything else. We used the tree swing on 2 - :with the fan on 2 and he almost instantly slept better and in longer stretches.

Bassinet sleep pad is very thin. Dont feel it is adequite for babies comfort, and the price paid. And it would be nice if it had locking wheels of some sort to make moving it without lifting or straning. Otherwise it is a nice piece to have for a new/first time parent.

Very disappointed! First couple of weeks it worked great, now I'm having so many problems with it. It'll turn off and lights will blink like there an obstruction but nothing. It's now making a loud noise on certain setttings that'll wake the baby up. It's got potential if they work out the kinks. Disappointed I spent so much for a few weeks worth of usage

Great product but over time I guess it's going to go out because it makes this grinding noise when my baby is laying in it.

We got the bassinet because of the app function and the ability to set a timer. We set up the bassinet which was very easy, but the Bluetooth would not connect to either my husband's or my phone. We both have newer phones, which apparently is a problem. We finally got it connected to an older phone we had lying around, but now the bassinet is on its phone instead of being on one that we actually use. We are very disappointed in the software for this app, since we paid so much for the bassinet. We are hoping the app continues to work on the older phone, and hopefully the software will catch up with the newer phones. :(

I would love to give this product a 5 star due to the price that I paid but sadly I can't. This bassinet has a vibration feature that I can not use due to the loud machine noise it makes that wakes up my baby. Not to mention the light is so so bright.... If your baby is anything like mine and needs to sleep in 95% of darkness, getting up at night and turning the bassinet on will not be your best friend. The light is invasive in the dark and needs to be dimmer. My LO wakes up when I move a setting because the lights stimulates her eyes. Another star lost due to the automatic shut off at 4 hours. That should be optional. This machine is suppose to help your baby sleep longer due to the settings, not stop at 4 hours and have to get up in the middle of the night to turn back on. And lastly (& not really because I would like throw in how super think and cheap the mattress is) when the bassinet shuts off, there is a sound of a fan running for about 20 mins. Almost sounds like a older vehicle overheating. Also forgot to mention when you turn the machine on it is a really harsh movement that almost always startles my LO triggering her reflexes which will wake her.

She slept 6 1/2 half the first night. She is two months. This is a blessing and very highly recommended.

Hello! My sister was gifted this bassinet and I wanted to write a review for her because I watched my nephew a great deal of times as she is a Nurse that works overnight, and it takes a village to raise a child. I helped her purchase this because she didn't get much rest with her husband being in the military, and a whining baby. Let me tell you the rock motion was amazing and he would sleep for 4-5 hours because of course he is a breastfeed baby. I am now pregnant and wouldn't mind having one myself ( just very expensive). Which I added to my baby registry. The only thing I didn't like as much is it would cut off every 4 hours waking the baby. Other than that this the best thing for moms. Great job :)

I absolutely love this and recommend it except for a couple flaws. The mattress is not waterproof. My baby peed through it when she was 5 days old. I have contacted customer service and I hope they will resolve this. Also, the sound features shut off after a certain time which is not helpful and can actually wake babies up! Also, it will stop at some point during the night, it doesn't go all night. Otherwise, we love it.

Hello future 4moms purchasers! I just wanted to say that 4moms gifted the mamaRoo sleep bassinet to me to try it out and give my honest feedback. I have to say, this bascinet is amazing, very high Tech, lots of functions. It plays music as well.. it's also Bluetooth! So you can control it with any smartphone. Android and iPhone friendly! Its travle friendly and very light. Very sleek / expensive looking. The Cushing is amazing and my daughter was very comfortable the whole time while in it. I used this product only at night because every time I put my daughter in it and pressed the on bottom, she would easily fall asleep. My daughter just turned 3 months and sleeps 9- 12 hours overnight in this bassinet. She loves it! I also love that the bassinet has a auto shut off function so its not running all night. Overall really safe product. There is two cons I would say it has. One being I wish it was a little bigger. My daughter just turned 3 months and is already pretty close to out growing it. I love this product so much I wish I could use it for the whole first year! The second being when you turn off the bassinet or when it auto shuts off, it continues to make a medium/loud sound for 20 or so minutes as it cools down then eventually the sound goes away. Other then those two things, I love this product and it is so worth the money. Get this product before your baby is delivered so you can use it right away! - Sean P

The bassinet had minor issues from the very beginning. It stopped gliding smoothly. The vibration sound was awful and loud. The sound options would beep extremely loud randomly when turning them on waking up my child. So I stopped using the sounds. The gliding would run smoothly sometimes and when it didn't, it didn't affect my child's sleep because it was minor but significant because of the price of this bassinet. The bassinet completely stopped moving when my child turned 4 months even though he was not even close to the weight limit. I emailed with all of the information about the issue and the bassinet as well as a video. I never heard back. Do not buy if you don't want to waste your money!
