We got this for our fourth baby and I wish I had had it for my first three! My kids have never really loved traditional swings so I thought I'd give the mamaRoo a try. Our son loves it! He would only sleep in my arms until I got the mamaRoo. He now sleeps happily, longer than 20 min at a time and its wonderful for his reflux.

I bought the mamaroo two years ago for our first baby and I am so glad I did. She had bad reflux and with the ability to tilt it to any angle she could sleep in it much easier. I could pop her in there knowing she was safe and that she loved being in there while I cleaned up or showered. Now number two is here and he loves it too! Well worth the investment. The different speeds enable us to choose which he needs at that moment, slow when sleeping or fast to get him to sleep. Cleaning it is a breeze. When I asked my husband which piece of baby equipment was he the most happy we bought he replied definitely the mamaroo. Thanks so much for making such a great product.

This is the perfect soother for our little one. He loves to sleep in here and the soothing motion keeps him asleep and content. Awake, he loves to relax and look at the bobble pattern mobile. Expensive, but worth every penny for a place to have our newborn when he's not in our arms.

This is by far the most sophisticated baby rocker on the market. It has multiple modes to simulate movements that the baby might like (ie car ride) as well as playing different music. The product is well made but it all depends if your infant takes to it or not. Our baby girl only likes it for a few minutes at a time. I'm hoping once she's a little bigger, she might like it more. The product does take up a lot of real estate but it can be broken down to be put away. Overall, great product only if your baby likes it.

I purchased my mamaRoo 9 months ago. My little one is 9 months and I haven't had an issue with it. It's very easy to take a part for a wash when she would have those diaper moments. She also loves to nap in it. When she's fighting sleep, I place her in it and she's asleep in no time. Glad I made the investment because it's still beneficial for my 9 month old.

I think we all recognize it is a good product. Mine Ended up coming with one snap (on the fabric seat) which did not fit the bracket on the back. Honestly, the size difference was minimal, so I wouldn't blame production as I couldn't even tell them apart. It was likely a supplier issue that they left a defective or wrong sized part with their order to 4Moms. Nonetheless, emailed customer service of my issue. I could not tell whether it was the snap on the brace or the snap on the fabric that was the wrong size, so they had sent replacement parts for both units just in case it was either of them. In Canada, I've only found retailers who carry the mutli-colored plush, and we were partial to the green plush, so when they sent my replacement parts for the fabric seat, Ashley (customer service rep) was able to get me one of the green ones sent off. These would be unavailable to me otherwise. To blow me away even more, I got a nice note in the mail afterwards (handwritten) from Ashley thanking me for being a great customer through the customer service process and even gave a little 'thank you gift' as well. We've already become pretty popular in the family (8 siblings - 4 siblings have 9 kids already) because we got the coolest baby chair, and now I will definitely recommend they buy their own for their little ones. Kudos Ashley and the 4Moms team! (And no I'm not an employee of the company lol. I was just blown away by the customer service and felt I should really share my experience)

I bought two MamaRoos and the inserts for my twin boys. They were so helpful in keeping them upright when I bottle fed them. This was extremely helpful since they had bad acid reflux. They love napping in these, and they seem fascinated with the colorful toy balls. Their favorite setting is the "Tree Swing"

My baby is 6 weeks old, and from day one he's used this. The morning after he came home, I crossed my fingers that he'd like it and that it would be money well spent. I put him in, put on the ocean wave setting and sound, and started my morning routine. He was still just a little mush, but I made breakfast, had my coffee, cleared the table.... and showered! What a life saver in the morning when I can't hold him, or need to get something done. We have it facing the kitchen table so he sits there during meals or when I'm cleaning. If it takes me than that to keep him occupied, I can give him a pacifier and he's happy as a clam. He seems to especially like the "kangaroo" and "car ride" settings. As he's growing, he likes to stare at the little plush mobile. It's great they make it with black and white on one side, I could tell he was able to see them! So glad we decided to purchase this. I also love how easy it was to assemble, how light weight it is (moves to another room for cleaning!), and how little space it takes up compared to swings. Definitely worth it, we all love it.

This was our number one on our registry and a few thoughtful people went into get it for us. We were excited to try it and at 8 weeks we are still enjoying it. Had our first accident last week and washing was a breeze. Only downfall was she couldn't get in the mamaroo! The settings with more movement (car ride and kangaroo) are our favorites. Wish it was just a little faster to soothe during the extra fussy moments.

I am a first time mom and I live a few hours away from our family. This gadget has been a life saver. When it is 3 am and I can't rock my little one back to sleep the mamaroo helps make those long nights a lot easier. She loves it and always wants to be in it.

I received my mamaRoo as a gift from my Aunt who works in a NICU where they use them to soothe fussy babies. My husband and I love it. Our baby sleeps in it all day. We move it from room to room and he just hangs out with us.

I bought this swing about a month ago after reading reviews, and am in love with it! I love all the features, especially the ocean waves and the music input option. This swing is like a playpen, bassinet and newborn "high-chair" all in one. I use if all the time. The only thing I would change about it is it's weight. I take it around the house with me and would take it on trips if only it was lighter... Not much of a complaint!

When my son was born we only had an infant swing for him. Every time I put him in the swing he would cry. He hated it. We found out when he was 3 weeks old that he had an intestinal disease that required surgery the day he turned a month old. After we returned home from the hospital my son continued to struggle with being comfortable in an infant swing. We were gifted a mamaroo and it was life changing, to say the least. No more fussiness when put in the mamaroo. He genuinely enjoyed swaying in it. The built in sound machine is a great feature as Well. He loved listening to the nature sounds to fall asleep. This is overall a great product! I cannot wait to try all the other products 4Moms makes!

I am so happy I bought the mamaRoo. My son is 7 weeks and loves it. I caught him smiling away in it today. Big brother is always trying to get in as well and it holds up. Only bad thing is my older son beds down the mobile and it hangs little lower but works just perfect. Also customer service was great to work with!

We have purchased these for infants in our NICU, and they are a big hit with everyone, especially our little ones!

Mamaroo is so good we have named it the wonder machine. Our daughter just simply loves it. An excellent well made machine.

I finally gave in and bought a mama roo when my daughter was 9 months old. The first day I bought it she took a 3 HR nap!!! Coming from 30 min at the most unless I was holding her I was amazed! I know they say to discontinue use after the baby can sit up unassisted, but mine is 16 months old and is still taking 2-3 hr naps in it. Mama roo needs to make something that can handle more weight! Don't know what I'm going to do once it breaks bc she's 24 lbs! Please make something for toddlers!!

My mamaroo was a life saver. We would not have gotten any sleep without it!! Our daughter hated her bassinet and would sometimes stay calm in her swing. The kangaroo setting on the mamaroo was our best friend!!! I would recommend this to anyone with a newborn who wants to get some sleep!!! My only recommendation would be that it also be battery operated to go anywhere.

I had originally bought a swing and bouncer for my little one. When she was born I tried both, repeatedly. She just hated them! She was reat colicky and nothing seemed to help. She was 3 1/2 months old when I found the mamaroo. I ordered it and it saved my life. We both FINALLY got some sleep. I couldn't have designed a better product myself. She is 6 months old and I still use it for her naps because she has a hard time staying asleep but this helps with that as well!!!

My son loves his mamaroo and we are so glad our friends purchased it off our registry. The 5 different motions are great and the seat also vibrates. The sounds work well to soothe him, but we like that you can hook up your iPod or iPhone to it and play your own music too! It is easy to move around the house. The infant insert makes it comfy for our newborn!

My baby loves the Mamaroo! Some of the best features in my opinion are that it has 5 different motions and 5 speeds, it plugs into an outlet, built in white noise, and small footprint. I would highly recommend this product for a family that is tight on space. It takes up much less space than a swing and folds back into original box for traveling/shipping.

We use the mamaroo for our difficult to console infants. They have provided the comfort they need in a stressful environment. The movement is very soothing, and calms even our most difficult babies.

I may be biased, as I have previously bought two Mamaroos as gifts for baby showers. My friends loved their Mamaroos and said they couldn't do without them. I know this will be a huge help in getting our little one to sleep through those first 6 months.

We had great plans, a nursery all ready with a nice crib and a wooden bassinet for the first months. We just had not plan for a baby that refused to sleep flat in the first weeks. This is when mamaRoo came in to save our lives! Ok, maybe not our lives but our sanity. She loved the car and kangaroo mode and we loved the fact we didn't need to one of those baby tunes that every single rocker or toy plays. We strongly recommend the mamaRoo for a parent to be.

We registered for this based off a friends recommendation. When we first put him in it, he loved it! As a matter is fact he slept in his mammaroo every night for his first three months! Now we use it for nap time. A must have for all parents with a newborn!!!

My mother bought the mamaroo for my daughter who was born a premie and the mamaroo was the only way she would sleep through the night sometimes. She was born almost a month early and had to stay in the hospital a week because of an infection in her blood so she was very used to being held. The mamaroo gave her that feeling and me a chance to sleep.

We already had a swing for our newborn, but I was instantly unsatisfied with the quality so we purchased the MamaRoo. It was the best decision we ever made! Not only is the size so perfect for our small house, but it instantly soothes our three month old. There are so many options between how you want it to move as well as how fast or slow. Plus, plugging my phone in to play his favorite lullabies is amazing!

We purchased a plush mamaroo recently for our baby girl arriving in June2014. I gotta say this so far has impressed us above and beyond! Wishing these were made 5 1/2 years ago for our first baby. We hated the regular swings out there, taking up so much room and were usually poor quality with a high price tag. This is cool, sleek, looks very comfortable, sturdy and with all the bells and whistles. Cover is removable for washing (Bonus!) Price was reasonable compared to what's out there. Plus a good warranty if anything should happen.We will write a review again once our wee girl arrives and it gets some good use! Can't Wait! Thanks 4Moms!

Everyone I knew that had one told me "you have to get one" and now I see what they were talking about You Have To Get One!" At first our baby was very gassy and the Mommaroo was the only way he could sleep. He will be fussy and we can put him in it and it calms him down instantly.

this is a must have for any mother! it gives you time to get done what you need to and your baby loves sitting and playing in it!

We LOVE this little piece of heaven. We purchased this for our son and used it as soon as he came home. He loves it! It mimics many of the same motions that mothers would do to soothe their babies to sleep. Baby likes the Car Ride and Tree Swing the best. We had an issue with the base clicking and making a whining noise but after contacting customer service, I had a new base by the end of the week. We use this all day. It really comes in handy when Mama has to wash bottles! :) Very happy with the product and customer service. Its very nice to have a company who cares so much about their customers and works hard and fast to provide the best customer service, especially when its a product that is used so often throughout the day and parents depend on to work all the time

I bought this when i was pregnant with my son... he didnt like it all that much, but his baby sister absolutely loves being in it..

Honestly I was a little leery of the price of the mamaroo, but when I compared it to the cost of purchasing a swing and bouncer I was sold. The great thing is you get the benefit of both in one product and it takes up less room then a traditional swing! My 7 week old loves it. I can set it on kangaroo or car ride and actually get some housework done. It's been a lifesaver!

When I found out I was pregnant, I started researching all types of baby products. When I discovered 4moms, I was intrigued by their simple yet innovative products. The mamaRoo was the one item on my baby registry I was most excited about. My son absolutely loved this seat and really enjoyed all of the different motions. He would often nap in the seat and it was a lifesaver when I needed to cook dinner (or eat dinner for that matter!). My only "wishes" for the product include a three-point harness (my son was pulling himself up to sitting rather early in this) and a higher weight limit. I recommend this product (and other 4moms products we own) to all my new mom friends and have been nothing but happy with the mamaRoo.

I have had the mamroo for about a month and love it! I obviously love the look, but it is also very small compared to traditional swings. The unit is very quiet and I love the natural noise feature.

I bought the silver plush mamaroo. My little lady adores it. We used it up til she got too long for it. It's a lifesaver when your little one is sick or having a rough time due to being stuffed up. The only way she would sleep is in her mamaroo while it was in motion. A little bit of heaven for your little angel.

I love my swing and so does my baby boy. But he is 4 months and barely fits in it anymore. I thought we would get more than 4 months out of it. Even in sitting position the strap doesn't really hold him that well. I wish it had an over the shoulder harness for that position. The mobile is ok, I just wish it moved on its own. I have to sit there and spin it. But my child does love sitting in the swing and sleeping in it.

We got our mamaroo after our son was in the NICU for 7 weeks! That was what he used and loved while in the NICU so we had one for him when he came home and it is great! It puts him right to sleep and he is comforted in it! It also allows me to get work done when I'm home alone with him! It's a must have for baby!
