I first used the mamaRoo last year when my first son was born. He loved it! We had an issue where the base stopped working so I called customer service. Within minutes they were able to get a new base in the mail for me with no questions asked. Just a few days ago I had my second son and started using the mamaRoo again. Which once again my son loves! While using it the base started making a loud clicking sound. I called customer service and once again even though I was out of the warranty they are sending me a new base. I couldn't be more thankful for such amazing customer service. This product is worth every penny!!

My son has used this for three months now. He instantly falls asleep when only spending five minutes in it. One thing that I did notice is that my son loses interest with the mobile because there are no movement. I would think that as pricey as this thing is the mobile could have the option to spin on it own. We find ourselves spinning it as this normally gains his attention. We also noticed that after a month or so the sound of the MamaRoo is a bit louder than when we first purchased.

I'm torn between disappointment and loving it. My baby loves it, however for the price I paid for it the motor could be a lot quieter and the speaker should be of better quality. It makes the pre programmed white noise sounds sound bad, and when you hook up an mp3 its not much better. I'll keep it because the baby loves it though.

Got this item as a gift at my wifes baby shower, she was really excited to try it out! Once baby arrived we put it to use. It works very good and relaxes our newborn. Speaking of newborn, my child did not need the newborn insert as he was born quite big (9lbs). We got the plush version which is really a must have, as the standard version feels really rough as it's pretty much nylon. My gripes on this unit are: the amount of noise it makes! I did not expect that really...and the sound options; hmm at this price point I would expect a little bit more quality from the speakers. Anyway, it does what it says, and it's one of the hottest products for moms and dads. To be honest my baby calms as much with the vibrating option on his much less expensive bassinet, but it doesn't compare to the style the mamaRoo has.

I had this for a month, my daughter loves it however it stopped working so I had to exchange it. Hopefully this one works but I have friends that say theirs broke also.

We were excited to receive this as a present, but ended up returning it after a month. Our baby didn't like it enough to justify keeping. He'd sit in it for 5 minutes top then be done. As he grew we thought he'd like it more, but no. Also, the Bluetooth feature never worked for remotely controlling the movements. We emailed their app support but never received assistance. You'd think for the price they would provide assistance...but no. Side note: our toddler climbed into it once. He's 26 lbs and the Mamaroo never slowed. It took his weight just fine, but then I didn't let him stay in it for a prolonged period of time. Also, I disliked the sounds & ended up never playing them. The speakers aren't that great so we never used the MP3 option either. The motor is loud, but my husband and I liked it as we found it soothing- more so than the sound options available. Our son didn't seem to like the sounds- motor or otherwise. Overall this wasn't worth the price for our family- even if it was a gift. I do not recommend this product as there are other items that won't soothe my son for cheaper.

I bought this for my baby and today is the first time im using it the baby is two weeks old This is incredible i love it hopefuly my little one loves it too

Brought this a few months before I was due & now my son is 10 months old; he still can SOMEWHAT fit it his feet just hang a bit over. My niece and nephew were born 4 months earlier than my son & they absolutely loved using it. So when my son came along I figured he'd love it right away. However, in the very beginning he wasnt fond of it AT ALL - but as time passed he grew to love it. I would sit him in it about 20 mins every day [or so] & eventually it became his FAVORITE place to watch a little bit of tv [at around 3 months]. As well, on those nights or even days when he was being OVERLY cranky, fussy, tired [but unable to go to sleep through just a bottle, rocking, etc] this was a MAJOR help. After about 15/20 mins [in car mode] - he'd be out; SNORING AND ALL! Still at almost 11 months old he can fit in it and it STILL does the trick for me on those VERY irritable days. I truly wish they made it in a bigger size so he could have it up to 18 months! I'm going to miss this little life saver for it allowed me to get a lot done. The one con I can say is that the little attached mobile is super EASY to break/break off once your child hits a certain age & becomes very mundane to them.

My son loves being in his mamaRoo! Unfortunately he is almost 25 lbs so it will be time to move on soon. This is a life saver when it comes to napping.

my baby went to the nicu and while she was there for two weeks she used the mamaroo. so when I brought her home from the hospital I went and bought one of these and she loves it.

My baby was born at 34 weeks and while we were in the NICU we learned of the Mamaroo. Started looking in to it and decided we needed one, more than a want I really felt it was a need! They say a happy mama is a happy family well I believe a happy baby = a happy mommy. How much is a good night sleep or a good nap during the day worth to me it was priceless. That is why I recommend the Mamaroo because every penny is worth it. Love all the features, love that it could be controlled by Bluetooth and Love how stylish it looks, But i have to say what I love the most is how it makes my baby feel.

My husband got this for our daughter and only having it for 3months it keeps turning off and its very disappointing because of all the money you spend on this stuff it should work right . I love the design and the way it holds the baby just right but wish it would work.......:(

I bought this for my Babygirl hoping for arms free so I could keep doing my everyday chores the idea of the product it's great but my baby doesn't like it that much sometimes she is happy on it and sometimes she just wanna be with her mama. Another feature that i love is that you can control it with your phone I really like the product. I just hope it would carry more weight

I love my Mamaroo so much! We got this before the baby was born, and started using it immediately. Now my munchkin is 3 months old, and when she is fighting naps, the Mamaroo is the only place she'll sleep. Seriously, a lifesaver for me when I need to get things done. And baby loves the white noise feature. Win-win for both of us!

Great buy. Most swings have huge footprints and take up tons of space and seem super loud. We didn't buy this right away because we weren't sure our baby would like it and it's a little expensive (despite friends telling us how great it was). So worth it. Our son loves the car ride setting and my husband was super impressed with how simple the set up was compared to other baby equiptment.

The toy mobile and the slot where it sits broke after minimal usage. Though I liked the mamaRoo I am only able to use it without the toy mobile which is a bummer. I hope better materials were used for these parts.

Love my mamaroo! Love that we can listen to our own music! Looks neat in home and cute with baby in it!! Safe place to nap when mamas doing chores.:)

I bought this two weeks and I honestly couldn't be happier. My now three month old RARELY cries during the day now and doesn't wake up in the middle of the night anymore. I just wish my first would've liked this product when he was born.

After purchasing the breeze and the 4moms bathtub and loving those we decided to splurge on this and we are so happy that we did! Our little Ellie absolutely loves this and it's the only thing she will sit/lay in without fussing.

We use the swing in our hospital nursery for babies who are irritable and fussy. The babies love the swing. We have two and have plans to purchase a third

She is almost too large for her swing. We don't know what to do! AHH

I bought this swing about three weeks ago for my first expectant child in December and already have it set and ready to go! I love putting my 3 month niece almost as much as she loves being put in it! I really hesitated considering the price but it's worth every penny! One of my favorite features is how much of a space saver it is compared to all the other swings I have looked at! I also love being able to switch motions with my phone and not having to get up! I am so excited to put my little one it! I couldn't up with anything that could make this swing anymore remarkable!

My baby is now 10 weeks and she LOVES it. It took her about 2 weeks to really fall in love with it though. It wasn't an instant thing. But she loves being in it now. She sleeps peacefully in it and is calm when I put her in it so I can either cook or get dressed. It is light weight also so it can be moved from room to room. The price is high for this rocker but I would still recommend it.

I received this as a gift in 2010. It stopped working within 2 months. I called customer service and they were awesome. They sent me a replacement base. I used this for another month then stored it for my next child in 2012. I used it for about a month and boxed it up. I just plugged it in and now it doesn't work. It would just stop mid cycle then have an error message. I called customer service and they said that because it is now a few years old it is no longer covered by warranty. So I could pay to have a whole new base. I am hesitant to buy a new base when the one I had and the replacement broke in the same manner (stopped working mid cycle and then said the seat wasn't locked when it clearly was). Other than the glitch that I have that keeps breaking my base, I loved this swing.

Absolutely awesome all in one do it all baby accessory! This was the ONLY THING I wanted for my baby shower!! Love that you can control it from your phine... only wish you could play music thru bluetooth as well but love love love it!!!!

I bought this because of the great reviews it has! I would have given it 5 stars but I hate that the mobile does not turn, move, or light up. We always have to spin it for my son and then he loves it.

My wife and I just bought Two Mamaroos for our twins after seeing how great they were with all of our friends. No other product has been recommended to us more than the Mamaroo so we had to get them!

I bought this when I was pregnant, my baby is now 4 months old. It took me a few months to save up for it, and I am glad I did. She didn't like it as much when she was smaller, as she didn't need to be rocked, so we basically just used it as a bouncy seat. She loves the swing now, all the features especially the music. I told my best friend about it, and she bought one for her baby and it was instant love.

The mamaRoo was so easy to set up and it doesn't take up much room. We had a huge obnoxious swing that was just too big for our space. This fits perfectly. The app is easy to use and we love having the bluetooth. My sister even installed it on her device for when she is around to help out.

Great swing the only thing I don't like is that the 4 hour shut off should be optional not mandatory. Wakes my son every time.

I like the movement of the seat, but wish it could swivel to move in a different direction instead of side to side...maybe back and forth as well. The mobile is cute, but I wish it had a mirror in the center, my baby likes to look at her face, and also likes to follow moving objects..this mobile is great for newborns but boring for older babies.

I bought this for my preemie and can't wait to use it. Nurses said it was a good buy bc of the slower motion settings. Love it! It looks good in my family room too!

My son enjoys being rocked and bounced so this product is used a lot during the day in our home. It's different swing/rock modes is helpful as well as the sound and music options.

I received this as a baby shower gift last week. I was so excited to see how it works I put one of the babies I take care of (I work in childcare) in to see. AMAZING!!!! Instantly soothed the baby! I feel a little guilty that my son won't be the 1st to use it, but I am soo excited to put him in it! Hopefully it soothes him just as well !! With this being my 1st child the safety ratings and Bluetooth use are Great as well !!!

My siblings purchased this for me as a baby shower gift. When I put it together and turned it on, the base was clicking a bit. My mom called 4moms and they sent me a new base super quick. This base is great and we tested the mamaroo on my friends baby and she went right to sleep. :) Then I check the mail and I received an envelope from Ashley at 4moms with gift cards to Starbucks for my mom, myself, and my sister. Love 4moms!! And love my mamaroo :)

I had the older model for my son who is now 1 and omg it was a life saver! For the times when I need to make lunch for my older kids- this, paired with an episode of Sesame Street was heaven! He was quiet and before the 30 minute show was over he was knocked out! Every time. I'm expecting again and just purchased the newer model! Can't wait!!

My daughter suffers from colic and reflux so as you can imagine she cries nonstop and its hard to provide her comfort! When the mamaroo arrived she absolutely loved it and we instantly all found relief! She is so calm and relaxed when put in her swing! This was the best purchase I made by far and would highly recommend the mamaRoo

We bought the mamaroo when my baby was a month old and she liked it about 75% of the time. But now that she is a few months older she loves hanging out and taking short naps in her mamaroo. Going to be a sad day when she grows out of it.

I had triplets and I one of the three was a colic baby! I tried everything! We had heard about a mamaRoo so we decided to order one and try it out! The best purchase I have ever made! We used that thing everyday! I highly recommend this product! I wish the bouncer seat would have been available then too because I would have purchased that as well! Got this as a gift at my shower and it was the best gift ever. My little one loved this he took his naps in it all the time. I could not have asked for a better swing/chair! I passed ours on to a friend and bought another one for another friend as a shower gift.

I would give this five stars if the seat vibrated. We bought this for our newborn that would only sleep while in motion. While the motions available are great, the seat doesn't vibrate. We had to buy an additional vibrating pad insert to stick under him. This thing does everything other than feed the baby; but, it doesn't vibrate...the #1 baby soothing technique. Doesn't make sense to me that this simple feature was left off this very pricy machine. Otherwise, I love it and it is worth the price to get some sleep!

I bought it for my granddaughter, well it was the best purchase I could have ever bought! The momma Roo is the best swing ever. I am fixing to buy a second one for my grandson !

We love the MamaRoo, but our little one enjoys looking at the balls, however, he quickly gets bored with them. I feel if the balls would spin like a true mobile it would make the function of this high tech "swing" much better. I also suggest there be some sort of tent like they have on strollers. We have a hard time keeping it dark and I've put blankets over the bouncy but the mobile isn't sturdy enough to hold blankets. If there was a tent to block out sunlight he would sleep much better in it. Overall the movement, noises and cell phone app are wonderful.

I bought this for my 3rd baby and he absolutely loved it. I definitely wish i had this for my last 2 children. My son has bad acid reflux and this definitely helped. He is now 8 months old and i was actually sad to no longer be able to use it since he can sit up in it. I actually just gave it away to a friend who just had a baby. I know they will love it as much as we did.
