My baby loves to spread out with not only her arms but legs as well. This is so narrow that she can't get comfortable and refuses to sleep.

This thing is awesome! We got it for our 5 week old who had troubles napping/sleeping contently and without major "baby spazzes" as my hubby refers them as. The dockatot is great for that nestled feeling, and I love that I can feel safe resting by my baby when needed. We plan on bringing it on some extended traveling in a couple months, for easy transport and safe sleep. The only thing I wish about it, is if it was a smidge bigger. Our guy is average size, and I highly doubt we'll get the full 8 months out of this thing. But we'll use it a ton while we can!

Our little guy is loving his new bed and so are we! He feels more snuggled in and isn't as restless at night. I love moving the DockATot from room to room.

As foster parents we love the DockATot, because most infant hospital use side boarders to keep the infants cuddled. We use the infant as well as the larger DockATot to help the children adapt to there surroundings. I advise all my friends and family that a DockATot will be the best investment in your child's younger years. Very happy foster daddy.

I am obsessed.. I purchased this for my sweet 2 month old and she loves it! My baby never took naps until I purchased this and she gets at least an hour or more of naps out of her long busy days . She for sure sleeps 8 hours plus throughout the entire night with out fussing ! A must have for first time moms like myself and worth every penny :)

Our newborn only slept about 1 hour at a time in his bassinet. My husband and I were at witts end trying to take shifts so that we could sleep enough to function. We found that our baby slept best when laying close to us so I ordered dock-a-tot for safe cosleeping. He has since been sleeping in 4 hour blocks and we've settled into a routine. This is by far my most useful baby purchase. Not only does it make cosleeping safer, it's portable. We use it for nap time in the living room and tummy time when he's awake. It's versatile, portable, and easy to clean. I highly recommend.

I got this a week ago and I love it baby is sleeping better4-6 hours at night he feels cuddled up, it's convenient because if he wakes up he's right next to me in bed. Definitely recommend this

I have a bigger baby, so I believe ordering the deluxe may have been a mistake. She doesn't seem to like it, even though she enjoys sleeping with something next to her face like the dock does. I kind of wish I would've just bought the larger one, but hopefully she will get used to it.

The zebra print is even prettier in person. Item is well made. Bought it for use with my grand daughter who is due mid November. So I can not attest to the use but I'm sure it will be fine.

If you are looking towards purchasing this gem -- do it!!! Before lil man arrived I bought an Pottery Barn Baby bassinet. It was gorgeous! And for a few weeks after baby came, he slept in it. Then all of sudden, he would not even relax in it. I could not get a wink of sleep, and nor could he. So, we ended up co-sleeping. Though, it was great! It made me nervous. After much reading hubby and I decided to spend the money and purchase the Dock-A-Tot. And let me just say thank god we did. I can put it anywhere in the home and he just chills!! I also purchased the carry bag for when we travel.. havent used it yet, but I know I will be just as thankful. I hope you find this review just as beneficial as the review I read that helped my purchase!

Our little bundle of joy loves his dockatot. It seems like such a simple thing but this item is AMAZING. Provides our little one with a cozy, secure place to reach a nice deep sleep.

My daughter loves using this with her new baby. They move it around the house, depending on where they need to be. The baby is safe and happy being placed in her pack and play or on the sofa or bed next to her mommy. This is a great item for any one to use.

Unfortunately my 4 month old does not sleep any better in the DockATot. He can fall asleep ok in it but seems to wake up uncomfortable more. Oh well, glad it works for most...just not my little dude.

Our baby loves her DockATot! I wish I had one when my older kids were babies! We received it as a gift when she was about 6 weeks old and As soon as we started using it , she started sleeping longer stretches. It's the only place she does long stretches of sleep!

Before, my son wakes up every 2 hours at night. But when I got the dockatot he started to sleep more and more. Now he can sleep 12 hours through the night. He is 2 month 13 days.

I bought this when my daughter was around 3 weeks old. Before buying it she wasn't sleeping good at all and the first night sleeping in this she slept great! I definitely recommend!

Our little one couldn't tolerate sleeping in ANYTHING and was waking every couple of hours crying. She never got restful sleep. The DockATot saved our sleep and hers. She's much happier and so are we!

I washed the cover according to manufacturers instructions. The cover shrunk and I am worried to use this product now because it lifts the baby's head too far up.

Our baby would only sleep in a rock and play (similar to a hammock) and we used this to transition him to sleeping flat on his back. It makes him feel cozy like hes being held, and he loves sleeping in it now. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

I purchased the DockATot hoping it would help my newborn sleep longer, and that didn't quite happen. However, I'm very happy with the purchase because it allowed me to easily co-sleep with my baby. I put her in the DockATot right next to me in bed, and I'm able to easily keep an eye on her rather than getting up and down to check her in her crib. I also think it's comforting to her to know I'm so close by. I've also enjoyed the portability of the DockATot-it's gone with us on all out of town trips and makes things much easier.

I was very hesitant about spending this much money on something that I didn't know would work or help. My first son didn't have this and he slept awful but his temperament is different. For my second child I bought the dock a tot and decided to try it because I was desperate. I am sooooo glad I did!! My youngest son is the best sleeper!! He also had a milder temperament so that may have helped but I really feel like the dock a tot helped him so much. At first he didn't really sleep well in it as a newborn because of reflux but around two months he started sleeping in it so well and has slept through the night ever since. I would buy it again in a heartbeat

We love the Dock-A-Tot. We were having a hard time transitioning to the bassinet and after purchasing the Dock-A-Tot and getting our little one adjusted to it, he sleeps anywhere! It fits in the bassinet, we will be able to move it to the crib when it's that time. We take in on trips, around the house. It's amazing!!

I bought a DockATot Deluxe+ when my baby was at 4 months old (she's 6 months now) and it hasn't been working as well as I expected. In fact, my baby hates it... She doesn't like to lounge in it, or nap in it, she doesn't even stay still in it anymore. The only time I use it is at night when she's already asleep. Maybe it'll work better for a newborn, hence I'd recommend starting your baby early in the DockATot and not too wait until later to buy one. All in all, for us, it's not a "miracle product" that many parents have claimed. Buying tip: Better wait until some (older) styles are on SALE because it's a waste of money to buy one at full price!

Purchased for my grand-daughter - is very useful, safe, and baby seems to like it.

I love this thing. As soon as I lay my little one in it he passes out. The only thing that isn't great is the price. In all honesty I don't think it should be as expensive as it is.

Dockatot is a must! So glad we have it now, but wish I registered for it so I had it from the beginning. Baby is very comfortable and sleeps great. Better than anything else we tried! The love links pattern is super cute too!

i am super glad i bought this before i gave birth, i have been using it since day my baby came home and it makes me feel secure that my newborn is safe and sound. Portablilty is a plus when visiting family. Fits perfectly in my bassinets.

We struggled for over 2 weeks after our baby was born trying to get her to sleep without having to hold her the whole time. She wanted to be snuggled but hated being swaddled tight in a blanket. A friend recommended this to us. I was hesitant because it was pricey for something I didn't know if it would work. But she took to it right away. She feels secure and snuggled. It's also great because you can move it around. If she needs to take a nap at grandmas house you can put it anywhere really on a bed or a chair the couch.
