Great stroller overall, but a few major flaws
February 24, 2018
We have had our City Tour for about a month now and use it everyday. I wanted a lightweight, small stroller that was better than a normal umbrella stroller, and this really fits that criteria. My biggest disappointment is that the shoulder straps don't buckle in very good to the strap. They come undone constantly when I'm trying to buckle her in, and that is very very annoying as my daughter is special needs and needs the shoulder straps done up. Once the waist buckle is done up there is no issue, but it is annoying until then.
Other than that, I agree with other reviews saying that the seat is really shallow. My daughter has to be buckled in anyway, so that isn't really an issue for me, but it is true about the stroller.
Also, the cup holder you buy separately is a complete waste of money. It spins! I don't know how many drinks I have accidentally dumped because the dumb thing spins. I would not buy the cup holder again.
Overall I am happy with the stroller and would recommend it, but I would also tell everyone my grips about it before they spent the money on it.
