Before my daughter was born, I was super skeptical about buying a bassinet. But friends told me about this 4moms bassinet and the Snoo and decided to buy this one. BEST decision ever. My daughter loved napping and sleeping in it - it was so calming for her.

We had been using the bassinet on the breeze plus but decided to try this one out to see if our son would sleep longer. It has definitely helped with his sleep! I just wish it would run longer than 4 hours because I think it startles him awake when it stops.

We love it and it helps my daughter sleep very well. I only wish it had a thicker mattress pad. This one is very thin, less than an inch thick. The ones in the hospital were much thicker so it took a while for my daughter to adjust.

I wish I had this with my other two children. I had the swing but I wouldn't let them sleep over night, but they wanted to trust me!! I can't wait for my baby to actually be here and to get to use it! It's quite and the motions are smooth. It's a decent size not to small not to big it looks chic in my room. 4 moms you need to make a "my snuggly insert" and it would be complete!

Didn't really help our baby. She hates being in it. But perhaps helpful for others...

Love that it has movement and sound like the Snoo but can use your own swaddle! We first tried the Snoo and our daughter hates it. We decided to get this and she slept her first 5 hour stretch the first night! She just slept for 9 hours straight at two months!

My baby is now 3 months old and we have issues with the app connecting to the bassinet every day. Want to turn the bassinet on and use the timer function at 3am because baby is stirring... nope! No can do, because the app won't connect.

Overall not a bad product. Unfortunately after 3 months of use the swing has a high pitch squeak for the first few minutes when you turn it on. Frustrating to lay a sleeping baby down to just be woke up to the squeaking, no matter what motion you select. Not really worth the price.

I like it a lot but it randomly won't turn on and my phone doesn't always connect

My aunt bought this bassinet for me at my baby shower. We used it for a month and it died. It just stopped moving. It would lock up and then the lights would just flash. The customer service was great and sent a new one without any problem. However, it took almost a week to come in. They certainly don't over night it to you. Which really when it's your babies bed it's urgent. So I spent over a week sleeping on my couch with my baby in her swing. Which isn't the safe way to sleep I know but it was better than her not sleeping. By the time the replacement showed up we were all so exhausted we couldn't see straight. The replacement lasted another month and started doing the same thing. My baby is 15 lbs. So she is not over the weight limit and yet the bassinet started not working. Thank God this time she has adjusted to sleeping in her pack n play. However I would 100% just rent the snoo if I ever had to do it again. The workers are great but the products are built cheaply and break constantly. At this point i am not even attempting to get another replacement its not worth it. I also have the swing and that thing is a junk too. Save some money and buy the cheaper products that last.

My baby is 3 weeks old now and has been sleeping quite well in the bassinet. It definitely gets us an hour or two extra sleep at night, which if you have a newborn you know that's huge! I like that it keeps him soothed with the motion but still is considered 'safe sleep'. That being said, the makers of this bassinet maybe have never actually tried to sleep with an infant. One of the biggest things when it comes to getting them to sleep is making sure the room they're in is pitch black dark. This is very hard to achieve with a lighted instrument panel blazing into their face. There is no way to turn off the lights on the panel! They dim a little bit but it's still extremely bright and literally shines right into the baby's eyeballs. I fixed this problem by taping a bit of cardboard over it to make a 'flap' of sorts but seriously you guys, you need to come up with a way to turn off the lights on the panel while it's in motion!

I bought this two weeks ago and just put it together tonight and it won't even stay on but a second then screen blinks and cuts off I'm so unhappy with the bassinet we were trying to get stuff step up for my son on the way now we have to wait even longer due to this malfunction

Love the features (movements and white noise) I really wanted to give the product a 5 start but the mattress is too thin just like a changing pad.

Unbelievable! My favorite gift from our registry still & ours is 6 months now. My baby liked the motion but after month 3 it helped us the most - she naps longer with motion then without, helps her connect her sleep cycles & helped her ween from motion. She is almost outgrown it now, sadly, but she goes to sleep without motion. I never had to sleep train! I tell everyone - this is, hands down, the BEST registry gift we received! Much more reasonable cost than it's expensive competitor & steps above its lower cost competitor. When I built my registry I spent a lot of time finding, what I felt was, the best product with the best pricing & this is just right! Worth every penny!

The bassinet works but it is a bit noisy. You have to use the app to set timers. The app NEVER works.

I didn't have a dedicated bassinet with my first born. I knew this time around I wanted one. The baby's room is right beside my daughter's, and she needs to sleep. We have the mama roo chair too. I did a lot of research before choosing this bassinet. At first, it didn't seem like he liked it, but after a short adjustment he loves it. I love having him right beside me, and I LOVE the app. That's how I set the timer. I don't typically write reviews, but this is worth reviewing. I would recommend to any newborn parent.

We bought this bassinet for our 2nd child. It was great at first , our little one just turned 3 months. A few weeks ago we noticed the bassinet would turn off and start blinking in the middle of the night then fast forward to a few days ago the bassinet sways abruptly where my little one is scared awake. Now it turns off after a few minutes on its own. For something that is so pricey i thought this would have lasted longer. I am disappointed and am hoping this can be made right . Our little guy loved this when it worked fine for the first month .

I absolutely love this bassinet and the fact you can program it with your phone! Our girl sleeps amazing in it! Only thing I wish is you could set a timer longer than 4 hours. Since she's sleeping longer stretches I set an alarm just to keep it moving. I know it's to help transition but that's what the timer is for to help set limits. It would be the best if you could set longer than 4 hrs.

We are parents X 7 now. With children ranging from 19 years to 5 months, we have tried a LOT of equipment over the years. This bassinet is the best! Our youngest is a foster baby with special needs. He loves the movement all night long. It does stop after 4 hours, but he rarely sleeps that long. After 4 months of continuous use, it started shaking and turning off. The company had us take a video and immediately sent us a new one!! It is the best invention ever!

I have gone through 1 originally bought bassinet and 2-3 warranty replacements for the squeaking and grinding after normal use after just a few weeks. I would NOT recommend this bassinet. My daughter loves it however I am switching to a different brand.

held up for 3 months on very light use and then clicked and won't turn on now if the baby so much as sneezes it turns off

My daughter sleeps in it since she was born. She 4 months now but I think one more month and it will be too small she is really tall

We were so excited to use the bassinet as a more budget friendly version of the Snoo but have ended up extremely disappointed. The app and bassinet worked really well for the first few days but after that everything went downhill. The app lags constantly and glitches more times than not. The bassinet will start making loud noises and wake our baby up. The buttons will randomly light up in the middle of the night and wake him up because it basically shines right in his face. The bassinet will stop working all of a sudden even if it has not reached the 4 hour time limit and will turn itself off. We have also been having issues with it randomly speeding up or slowing down from the setting we put it on originally. We have looked into everything we can to make sure it is not user error so at this point we're definitely going to be looking for something else to replace it. We had heard such good things so we couldn't wait to get one but are overall really regretting this purchase and bummed that it isn't working as expected.

When I had my first baby I picked a bassinet that I eventually didn't use because it was not a sturdy bottom like they advertised and she would always roll. I was not happy about that at all. Fast forward to being pregnant with my son. I had the infant chair with my daughter and thought I'll need the pack and play but then the bassinet was going to be released. I looked at it in store and knew I had to have it. It is by far the easiest bassinet ever. I love everything! We keep fans on as is so the extra fan just makes it an added relaxing mood in the room. The motion is so smooth I wish I could try it out but my son just really sleeps good and safe for me and puts me at ease. I'm so happy for all of my products, definitely great quality and efficient products.

It doesn't work, the baby doesn't sleep. Spare yourself the trouble and don't buy this product. Big, clunky and heavy.

My baby loves this bassinet. Although my only complaint is the light that remains on through the power button. It keeps him and myself up at night after feedings.

Honestly this is the worst purchase I've ever made. Not only is this thing very expensive, it's totally useless. To start, it's not well made. After a couple of days, you can hear what sounds like sand running through all the gears inside, and frequently squeaks. The motion only lasts for four hours at a time so if there is a miracle chance that your newborn or infant will let the parents get a little extra sleep, this bassinet ensures that won't happen. The buttons on the front are very bright and stay on for several minutes shining right in the babies face. If you try to start the bassinet while the baby is just put down (to ensure you get the maximum benefit of the 4 hour window), the bassinet jerks on first start up waking the baby up. There is apparently a weight based sensor built in so half the times you put the baby in the bassinet it stops, requiring you to restart and thus waking the baby up. This was the biggest waste of money. I wish I could meet the person who designed this thing and let them spend a full night with an actual baby.

My newborn baby does not sleep well in this. The mattress is so thin that it's uncomfortable. Also the buttons have to be tapped multiple times to work so mostly have to use the app to control. When the bassinet is in motion is makes a noise as well. Definitely recommended buying a basic bassinet over this.

I can't wait to try it with my newborn! My one year old seems to like riding in it!

We are still waiting for our baby to arrived but the item itself seems to be amazing though. My only suggestion is to put a tiny bit more padding on the bed. It seems kind of hard for the baby but we will not find out for sure until our baby is here.

If the Bluetooth app is reason for purchasing this,Don't buy it!! The app is trash, never works! The bassinet works great for keeping my 1 week old asleep. Haven't used it very long though so hopefully it holds up.

I like the concept of this, but it seems like a beta version. When the bed initially turns on it sometimes jolts straight up aggressively. This product would be much better if it slowly built up speed when starting, and slowly decreaaed when turning off, instead of stopping susdenly and abruptly. The lowest speed setting seems high, I wish there was a lower speed. The app is terrible. Most of the time it won't load and I have to kill the app and reload it. Also, when you press the buttons, a lot of times it won't respond. I run it on a newer galaxy note phone. Lastly, a good bonus would be a side satchel where you can store some diapers/wipes/blanket/etc. Otherwise you definitely need a table nearby.

After having six of my own children, I did not see the need for a fancy bassinet, but after fostering nine babies, many with drug exposure and medical issues, I am now a believer! Though nothing can ever replace the soft, loving arms of a mother or strong arms of a father, this bassinet provides soothing comfort during the moments the arms are not available or when the baby needs just a little bit "more."

We were given a bedside bassinet and my daughter absolutely hated it. We weren't sleeping at night but for maybe 30mins at a time. This bassinet is the best sleep deprived purchase I've made. She now sleeps for 5-7 hours every night. The sheets were a little rough at first but after a couple of washes they've gotten softer. Overall, I'd purchase it again!

This bedding was a godsend... at first. After a few weeks the bassinet would stay on for a few seconds- then just stop and the lights would flash. My baby is only 10lbs at this point, so very frustrating.

I really like this bassinet, only thing is once you put your sleeping baby down for a nap and turn on the machine it jerks and can wake your baby up. So either try to place your baby in it while it's on or leave it off if your putting them in it while they're already asleep.

Very expensive, very noisy, even when shut off, it sounds like it has a "cool down" and it's loud for a while after you shut it off. It also violently jerks when Turing on, or switching movement settings, and if your baby is asleep, it will wake them up with the jerking motion. The netting basket underneath broke instantly. Not happy with it. Find something cheaper and more quite, that keeps your baby asleep, and doesn't wake them up with awful "jerking movements".

Worked wonders for us. Our 1 month old newborn entered a strange sleep pattern where she refused to stay down for more than a half hour and NEEDED to sleep on us. We tried all the different swaddles and it didn't help. Since buying this, she gives us a 4-5 hour stretch each night (hoping for longer stretches soon).

Was working for us up until our child reached 17 lbs. The bassinet started creaking like it was stressing trying to work with her in the bassinet. Now our baby girl is 18lbs and will only work for about 1min before it completely stops moving. If the product is supposed to work for children up to 25lbs then this should not be occurring. Really sucks when I cant use it to help rock her back to sleep and or keep her sleep. False advertising by saying it works up to 25lbs.

Very happy with our bassinets and accessories but even more happy with the exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer - I will continue buying here for sure!

I bought this for my baby and she loved it, until it stopped working. The product continues to shut off after a short period of time. Her and my sleep are interrupted every. Single. Night. I have tried trouble shooting to no avail. Such a disappointment. I simply do not have time or energy for this product right now!

Mamaroo bassinet can't be found on the app on either my husband or my phone. It's very annoying at night because it makes the timer feature useless and the was the main reason we purchased the bassinet. We have other mamaroo products that we never have problems with connecting with the app. So not sure what the issue is.

I had great expectations for this bed and I love the whole motion and sound tech in this bed. I think this is a great invention if the baby loves to lie in it however my baby bawls when she is put in the bassinet. I think the reason is the cheap mattress lining the bed it is so feeble and not at all comfy that when she lies in the bed she wants out immediately. Looking at some of the reviews I see that some people have put bumper linings and I may try the same. I suggest the company look into upgrading the stone mattress to something more comfy like the tempur pedic mattress(which my new born sleeps in with us because she doesn't like her bassinet )

I was undecided on purchasing this bassinet due to the price. But after a month of sleep deprivation I decided to try it out. My baby got used to this bassinet very quickly. She enjoys the car ride/wave function! My baby has used this bassinet for a week and two days. She is now sleeping for 6hrs thanks to this bassinet! The app is very convenient too! I highly recommend if your baby enjoys movement.
