I received two of these Graco true3fit lx car seats. They replaced my two bulker Graco seats, which I absolutely loved but I couldn't fit an older child in a booster in between the two car seats and that limited how many kids could ride safety in my car. I drive a midsize SUV. I installed the true3fit car seats and was amazed by how compact the were. I put my kids in the seats and they were very comfortable. I like that they put the cup holders in front instead of on the side which freed up so much space. There seems to be no loss of safety features with the compact design which I appreciate because I was nervous about that. I can now fit my son's booster comfortably between the car seats. I love that these seats can grow with my kids! I was thinking about upgrading my car to get something with more space but now I'm thinking I can hang onto my car for longer! As a seasoned mom of 4 I love all Graco's products! In the picture are the true3fit LX compared to my old car seats. Look at how much smaller it is! So glad I was able to try out these car seats for free as part of the stellar product testing panel.

I have two children (ages 2 and 4) that ride in the back of our midsize SUV. I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness of this seat design. The fact that the seat cover comes off and on with snaps is genius and so incredibly helpful for cleaning. I own another Graco seat (extend2fit) and the differences between them were interesting. This seat was much easier to install and felt like it got much more secure against the car. The easily removable cup holders is also genius and a feature I really appreciate. The grippy back of the shoulder strap pads is a simple but really nice feature. My 4yo will definitely continue using this seat long-term. It's enough slimmer that now we can fit an adult or another car seat in between the two existing car seats, which is going to be very helpful. I didn't love that the True3fit seat seems to have less side protection than my extend2fit seat. I think I will continue using the extend2fit for my 2yo, who is still rear-facing, just because of the higher sides. I received this car seat as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Upon removing this seat from the box, I was pretty excited about it. It looks nice and I liked that it offered longevity as it can be used from rear facing in infancy all the way to the booster stage. Unfortunately the seat hasn't wow'ed me. We installed this car seat forward facing in our Toyota Avalon and it fits about the same as our other forward facing Graco car seat; however, this one was challenging to install, for whatever reason. My child just turned 2 yrs old, is 25 lbs and about 33in tall and she looks rather uncomfortable in this seat. Additionally, once she is strapped in, she can BARELY reach the cup holders so that design seems a bit flawed. The harness strap was challenging to tighten in the beginning but it eased up over time, with use. However, because of the slim design of the seat, there is not a leverage point to rest your arm to tighten the straps so it's a bit awkward. Like I said, I was ready to love this seat and I came away less than impressed.

This car seat has so many amazing features and could be used from newborn to 10. I myself have 4 kids ages 1.5 to 7. The slim design allowed me to very easily fit 3 of them across the back seat of my minivan, and with only 2 there was plenty of room for an adult-sized person to sit in between them. I even tried it with the middle one rear-facing. The fabric is very soft and easy to remove for washing, though the snaps are pretty hard to snap. The seats were easy to install with a seatbelt and have a belt lock for added security. Strap adjustments are extremely easy to do with the headrest positioner and by reclining the seat to adjust the crotch buckle. I love how easy the cup holders are to remove for washing. My children say they like the seats and are comfortable. To me, it looks like their heads are pushed forward from the headrest, though most car seats we've tried seem to do this. Overall I would recommend this seat to anyone that needs to fit 3 across a seat or just wants a long lasting seat! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for giving me these great seats to try.

So smart! This is the first car seat I've had that I don't have to take the straps off of every few months and go through the hassle of moving them and reconnecting everything. It has a cool little handle up top that moves the entire head/top part up WITH the straps! Genius! I love the slim design, and though I couldn't fit three across my backseat safely, it's definitely slimmer than most car seats. It has the cup holders towards the front of the seat instead of the sides, and they removable! Perfect for when baby is so small and doesn't need them. Same for the comfort strap covers that protect small babies from the straps. They're easily removed once baby grows. It also has the one handed strap adjustment for easy loosening or tightening of straps as you put baby in or they grow. I especially like the one click removal of the LATCH system too. So handy. I used to struggle with getting the LATCH straps off. No more! I got the black and navy blue color and love it. It's unisex and won't show messes easily. It has removable padding and a snap closure on the bottom for easy access to the LATCH system. The designers truly thought of everything. My toddler (HB) just turned 2 years old. I wouldn't say she is in a terrible two stage, but she knows what she wants. In the car she wants to play DJ and loves when the wipers go "swish swish swish." My wipers have swished to the point that I have drained my wiper fluid! My theory is if it keeps her happy and me concentrated on the road while we are in the car, then it is a good activity! Swish Swish Swish! :0) I installed the Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 Car Seat two weeks ago. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seat! We love it! The installation was not any different than other car seats. It was easy to figure out with the use of the quick install guide. We took it out in the living room and found the right fit for HB. She enjoyed pretending that we were taking a trip in the living room and obliged to getting in and out at various "stops" while I adjusted the straps. This was way easier than adjusting them to her fit in the backseat of a small car. I am convinced that this car seat will be the last one that we have for HB since it transitions through a 100 pound kiddo. There is a lot of room for her to grow! The design has low sides that make it feel less constraining and make it easier to load HB into. She can even crawl into the car seat by herself now. She is loving this newfound independence! I was worried about the slim fit being too slender for a growing kid, but there seems to be plenty of room. HB has been sitting criss-cross applesauce in the car seat. Seems comfy to me! Favorite feature: So far, we are enjoying the low sides of the seat (easier to get in and out) and the two cup holders. The car seat we had previously was a slim fit design, but only had a single cup holder. Having two makes a difference! There is one for a drink and one for a snack or to keep a toy nearby. The cup holder is also super convenient to remove for washing (Yep! We already had to remove one for cleaning :0) Con: There are elastic holders for the clips of the harness straps to pull the straps aside and avoid sitting the child on the harness straps. Although I was excited for this feature, I have found these to be awkward to use for the harness size that we are using. Honestly, it has been easier to continue digging the strap out from under HB than to try to figure out how to get the clip in the elastic holder. Such interesting car seats and ones that we will get a lot of use out of. I have two kids and currently drive a SUV 4runner, I used one in backwards and one in forwards (seat belt) mode. My 4 year old said it was comfy and it has a lot of cushion. The removable cupholders are great and can be put in as you find they'll fit. My favorite feature was the seat cover can be removed so quickly by unbuttoning it and can quickly shake it out or wash it without removing the car seat, truly appreciate that! One downside I found was after added my son's old carseat to make three in a row I don't see how he could buckle it. There was barely any room in-between them. Though with a 5 point harness these carseats or maybe 3 of them they could work really well all together. For us two next to each worked fine and my son could buckle. And it freed up the a seat instead of just having the middle seat open. It was also very easy to install and adjust. Overall a great carseat depending on what you need it for. I received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was thrilled to immediately remove my old car seats and install the Graco Tru3fit car seats! My favorite feature is that these can fit kids up to 100lbs and they easily convert from the different stages by removing various padding or simply sliding a piece up or out. I have a GMC Yukon and was able to place my 5 yr old, 3 yr old, and 8 yr old in seats across the back. We had to be aware of cup holders hitting each other, but besides that, it was easy to seat them comfortably. All my kids are on the smaller/average weight and size, so I'm unsure if a larger kiddo would still be comfortable. These seats are a bit more narrow than the previous boosters we had installed. Overall, my husband (yes my husband!) thinks they're super easy and convenient and is thrilled with them. I'm a happy convert and will absolutely use these through the various stages with my kiddos.

I am a mom of twins (8.5 months right now) so I was excited to be able to try a car seat that claimed to be able to fit 3 across because space is definitely a premium with two babies in tow. I have a Honda CRV with a bench seat and while I only had the chance to try out one Graco True3Fitâ"¢ LX 3-in-1 Car Seat, I do think three would actually fit in the car which is pretty surprising. I played around with the convertible portions but did not use as my kiddos are still solidly in rear-facing territory. Since I have fraternal boy/girl twins, my babies are slightly different sizes and lengths. The strap adjuster (to tighten and loosen) is similar to other seats we've had/used with a lever to push to loosen and strap to tighten. I especially appreciated the adjustable infant headrest and how easy it was to adjust the height of the seat. Both of my babes seemed fairly comfortable driving around town. Esthetics-wise I really liked the colors and the feel of the fabric. I do think it'll be easy to clean though I haven't had the need to yet. I used the latch attachment to install it in my car. Installing it was easy but I will say it was a little confusing and difficult to get the latch strap out from under the seat. It took me a few mins to figure out that I had to push the tabs down to get out the buckles. Overall I am very pleased with the car seat and may purchase a second to use for my other twin. I was very excited to hear that Graco was coming out with a slim seat. With 3 of our 4 kids in car seats getting everything arranged often feels like a bit of a puzzle. We got 2 of these and they were easy to install and fit nicely next to each other in our minivan's bench seat with plenty of room for our oldest to sit in the third space! We have a new family vehicle thanks to these carseats!! We were able to easily install these carseats 3 across into the back of our Rav4! The latch system is always great. We have rear facing 1 yr old twins and a forward facing 3 yr old. The rear facing attached with the latch system and the forward facing we used the seatbelt. The carseats appear very comfortable and are nicely padded. Though narrow enough for 3 across, my children still have ample room. The design also allows the rear facing carseats to be behind the front seats without shoving me or my husband into the dash. The buckles have a nice fitted loop to store them when not in use to make putting the kids in easier. And the shoulder pads on the straps provide nice cushion and have a slightly grippy side to reduce sliding. I also love the mesh on the sides to increase airflow through the seat - but still with the very sturdy side-impact protection frame I love from Graco. The 3 yr old loves her new carseat and the babies ride/nap very comfortably! Thank you for turning our second vehicle into a family car!!! We received this car seat for free to review by the Steller Product Testing Panel and am so thankful we did. We are expecting baby number two and loved the small profile of the car seat. If fit great in our smaller car and actually seemed to balance on the seat better than our other seats. It was pretty standard to install though there were some confusing parts in the manual. Our two year old fit in the seat well and seems to enjoy his time in there.

Receiving these car seats was the second perfect surprise. The perfect surprise was the positive pregnancy test a week before! I had begun to wonder how I would fit three car seats in the back of my sedan, and these appeared from Stellar Testing Panel to answer my question! It's currently cold and snowy so I had my husband install them, and he was able to get them in correct the first time. He didn't adjust the harness height, but that was easily done with a button push - no need to take the seat out, let alone apart to adjust! We previously had a set of slim fitting seats, but these are even narrower, the base for our infant carrier can be installed between them. I don't doubt a third True3Fit could be added. As for features, I prefer the style of cup holder this seat has. Rather than one that can be collapsed, these are removable which makes them easier to clean and the seat fit better if needed. The cushions are also easily adjusted and removed, although I haven't needed to yet. My toddler loves how they are lower profile, it makes it easier for them to see each other.

I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We have 4 children, and we have always used Graco! I enjoy these car seats especially because they have removable cup holders. The space saving is great, and even though it is "slim-fit" our children (both boys and girls) fit very well in it, and we can fit 3 car seats in a row. Installation was quick and easy; we have 1 rear facing and 3 front facing and they were all seamless. The color is gender neutral and the seats are a great value because it grows with your child.

Quick caveat before I dive into the review-I received this product fee to test through the Stellar Product Review Panel. I drive a smaller compact SUV, so backseat space in my car is limited vs. my husband's mini van. I received two car seats to test for my two sons aged nearly two and three and a half. My boys are on the taller side so bulkiness is a factor that rules out many car seats for us. Before testing these Gracos we had some bulkier ones in my back seat. The pros: the Gracos were easy to install - relatively compact and lightweight. Straps were easy adjust and fasten. The cons: the plastic parts and finishing in the Gracos just don't feel as sturdy as the some of the other car seats we have. However the compact design is a plus getting the kids in and out of the car is definitely not a tight squeeze now and my older son can climb in the back seat himself to start getting in the car seat. All in all a great product especially if you have two or more kids and space is at issue!

Starting with the most important feature, I was excited that we were able to put all 3 car seats in the middle row of our Chrysler Pacfica. We have the optional 8th seat that sits between the captain's chairs. When we first had our 3rd child, we couldn't find a configuration with the car seats we had that would allow us to put all 3 in a row. I was disappointed because that meant me climbing in the back to buckle my 4 year old into his seat. When we got the Graco True3Fit seats, we were able to put all 3 across that middle row. We have one rear facing, one forward facing and one using as a high back booster with the seat belt. No more crawling back to the third row! I'm very excited about the removable pad in the seats (luckily, I haven't had to use that feature yet) as I've had too many time where I've had to remove the whole cover to wash after an accident. I also like the removable cup holders, not only for the flexibility with car seat configuration but to remove and clean. They snap in which is nice because I had a removable one on a different seat that didn't snap in and it did not last real long before it was lost. My husband did the install for the 3 seats and said they were easy to install. Due to Covid, we haven't gotten to use them a ton yet but they kids seem comfortable so far. I received two of the Graco True3Fit car seats to test as part of the stellar product panel. I was so excited to have the opportunity to try them out especially in my husbands truck since my vehicle has the captain seats in the middle row. As a growing family I knew we were getting close to needing a car seat that would fit 3 in a row without the tight squeeze. I love that the seats have convenient storage compartments for all the LATCH hooks that way when not in use or between vehicles they can be put away and not get twisted up with each other or drag across the driveway. I also really LOVE the covers, I got both in navy blue which is really pretty, but also the covers have multiple snaps for easy removal and replacement when spot cleaning just isn't enough. The cupholders are placed in front of the seat, for a sleeker design and snap into place very easily and can be removed without a hassle for easy washing. The headrest has multiple adjustments to ensure the shoulder straps are at the correct height for your childs size which is really simple to adjust and the harness does not need to be removed in order to make adjustments. Initial setup was painless and took about 5 minutes to get both seats adjusted and installed to the correct positions for my two children. Both of my kids seem very comfortable during car rides and I do have one that is forward facing and one that is rear facing. I would 100% recommend to my friends and family looking for a car seat to grow with not only their child but also their family.

I received two of these car seats from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and was so excited to try them out! I have a midsize car and the idea of three car seats fitting across is very appealing to me ( still trying to convince the hubby for baby #3!) I found installation to be a breeze using the latch system with one rear facing infant seat and one forward facing toddler. The hardest part of install was getting the latches out of the storage compartment on the seat! All in all I've been very happy with the seats, my toddler loves the cup holders and the slimmer design allows him to hold large books on his lap during drives. My infant is not a big fan of the car but has managed to fall asleep a few times in this seat, which is a huge win! They also love that they can see each other which was not possible in their other seats with higher sides. With the extra room between them I was able to add a storage compartment for books, toys, wipes etc, keeping all those things off the floor mats is awesome! I will say I had to tighten the latch straps a couple times on initial installation as they got a bit loose, but have remained tight since. My only other complaint is that there is not much padding on the seats, so far we have stayed in town but I wonder about comfort on longer drives.

I have three kids of all different ages (5, 2.5, and 9 months). All three kids have tested the car seat and it was a positive review from them all. My older girls said they were comfortable and liked the cup holders. I feel like this car seat is very safe and roomy despite it having a thin profile. It was easy to install and thin enough to fit my 3 car seats across the second row in my Suburban. My older girls are forward facing and my baby is rear facing. The rear facing car seat has limited space in the seat in front of it. My husband is very tall and wasn't able to have the rear facing seat behind him. It was easy to adjust the straps and headrest for the different sizes of my children. I am happy that this car seat will grow with them and get several years of use. I was given two Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 Car Seats to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and they are fantastic. I've got a 10-month old and a 3-year old, so one is forward-facing and the other is rear-facing. They were pretty easy to install, I would say just as easy as any of the other convertible car seats we've owned. The forward-facing one was a little bit easier only because we used the seatbelt to install it rather than the latch. The latch system was very easy to use once we set it up, but the buckles for the latch were tucked away and a little bit tricky to access at first for the rear-facing seat. The pictures in the installation guide were also a little bit confusing- it was challenging to see exactly what they were talking about, but we're pretty good at figuring things out on our own and this was no different. I love that the seat covers snap in and out for easy removal and cleaning, and it has buckle loops to keep the shoulder straps out of the way when putting your kid into the seat, which are great. Although, since the sides are open, rather than being a full bucket seat, the straps also naturally fall into those slots and stay out of the way on their own. There are two removable cup holders. They snap in and out really easily with a quick-release button. I love that there are two so that one can hold my daughter's water bottle and the other can hold a snack. The only downside is that they're a little far away for my 3-year old to reach easily. I also love that the seat converts from rear-facing infant seat all the way to a high-back booster, making it a really great value. Both of my kiddos fit well in the seat and have fallen asleep in them while we're driving, so they are definitely comfortable in them! The slim fit is great- when my baby was freaking out, I was able to climb in the backseat of my RAV4 with them and fit my size 14 hips between the two seats. And because of the open sides I mentioned before, the two of them can actually reach across and hold hands, which is the most adorable thing I've ever seen. There are two minor things I would change: I haven't been able to find a compartment for the instruction booklet to live. I've owned a couple other brands of car seats that have a little built-in pocket with a door specifically for the instruction booklet, which is great when it's time to convert from rear-facing to forward-facing and I don't have to go hunting for the installation guide! Also, there's no pad behind the harness buckle, so the it digs into her belly. I'm able to pull the straps so they're more evenly adjusted and it's not so bad, but a couple of the other car seats I own has a pad behind the buckle so that adjustment sits right automatically when you tighten the belt, which would be nice for this seat, too. Overall, we are thrilled with these seats (especially since we are planning on having a third kid!) and look forward to their longevity as our kids grow and transition! We received the Graco True3Fit car seats from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and have been using them for both my forward facing 3 year old and my rear-facing eleven month. I was able to easily and quickly install both carseats without any help. I love how light they are, but they still feel secure for my kids. I installed them into my SUV putting the rear-facing in the middle right next to the forward facing. I love how closely they are able to sit together. My son is able to help me out with the baby, which has been really helpful on long car rides! I typically use that extra space in the empty seat for groceries or the diaper bag, but even my husband is able to ride comfortably right next to the kids because even the base has a slim design. The sides are nice and breathable, which will certainly come in handy when summer hits! They have removable cup holders, which are super easy to pop in and out if they need cleaned. When using the lap belt, like I am doing for the middle seat of our SUV, the clip attachments fit perfectly inside the bottom of the seat underneath the cover. And my favorite part, the covers snap in place, which made them SO SIMPLE to pop out and throw in the wash. No more wrestling the covers off when there is a spill or muddy shoes jump or the inevitable mess. These pop off covers are sturdy, and stay in place nicely, but also really easily taken off to clean up. My only complaint is that it seems to put baby's head slightly forward. At first, I had the infant headrest in, which she was a bit too big for, and after I removed that she seemed much more comfortable, but her head is still tilted slightly forward. My 3 year old loves these seats and is so excited to ride in them! And my baby certainly loves being so close to her brother in the car!

As a new grandparent, safety and comfort for my grandson are primary concerns in all aspects of his care, but especially in regard to his car seat so I was both surprised and happy when I was chosen by the Stellar Product Testing Panel to test and review the Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 car seat. The instruction guide for installation, use, cleaning, and conversion to all modes of use was well-written, comprehensive, included helpful illustrations, and was provided in both English and Spanish. I read it through while examining the car seat to familiarize myself with it prior to installation. It was clear that this is a high-quality, well-made seat that is versatile in converting to modes for infants, toddlers, as well as to a booster seat. The materials are durable and the seat cover is easy to clean. The cup holders will come in handy later and were easy to install. I drive a Nissan Sentra and the backseat is adequate but not roomy, so this slimline car seat fits perfectly. I was grateful that it was easy to install since it has been many years since my son was an infant! I went by the local police station to have the installation checked to insure it was correct and the officer didn't need to make any adjustments, so the instructions and ease of installation get a big thumbs up from me! The level on the side of the car seat was extremely helpful, as was the wide range of adjustments for the harness and headrest. The seat is padded well and seems very comfortable. My grandson is a year old and due to the pandemic has not spent a lot of time in car seats. He was sometimes fretful in the previous car seat but seems to like this one much more, riding without fussiness. I think he appreciates the nice support for his head when he falls asleep and that it's quick and easy to release the harness when it's time to get him out of the seat. From installation to the most recent use, our experience with this Graco car seat has been fantastic. I believe it will be both durable and comfortable and the only car seat / booster seat my grandson will ever need.

I received the Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 Car Seat as part of the Stellar product testing panel. Before receiving this car seat, I was using 2 other seats from 2 different brands. We regularly struggled with space, the buckle system, the straps randomly twisting when unbuckling our daughter and installing. Adjusting the straps as our baby grew was a chore. Before installing the Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1, we thoroughly examined the steel-reinforced frame. This seat is heavy compared to the seats we were using before. Upon inspection, we felt confident that this seat is safe for our daughter. We love that cover easily comes off and we don't feel like we had to waste time completely disassembling it. Adjusting the straps is as simple as pushing a button to adjust the headrest. This has to be one of our favorite features. Install was simple and stress free. The straps to connect to the car are easily adjusted and secure. We were able to install it both rear facing and front facing, as our daughter will be facing forward in the coming months. Both ways were simple to execute. SPACE SAVER ALERT! I enjoy driving a compact cars and my precious car seats made it so my front passenger seat was uncomfortable for any passengers. We were also able to easily move the Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 into my mother in law's SUV with 2 other car seats on the same bench seat. Even though the size is compact, my daughter does not fuss and seems pretty comfortable. The only feature I do not like is the location of the cup holders. I feel like the gets crunched into the seat of the car. With that said, the cup holders are removable! Overall, I highly recommend the Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 car seat and look forward to it growing with the needs of my daughter.

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with these car seats. They were incredibly easy to install and adjust for my two little ones. Prior to installing these seats, our backseat was almost non existent, given the two bulky seats we previously had. The Graco True3Fit's slim design gives us so much more space. Plus, the quick remove covers are easily removable for quick cleanup from any mishaps. Since these seats go from Infant seats all the way to a booster, I'm looking forward to using them for years to come!

These are great slim seats if you need to install more than one car seat in your backseat. I received 2 of these car seats to try through Stellar Product Testing Panel and installed them both side by side in the back of my Subaru Legacy. Normally I'd have one seat on each end, but that leaves the middle seat useless. Installing these two side by side leaves room for an adult to sit in the remaining seat relatively comfortably. If I had a third seat it would fit with no problem. The seats were easy to install rear facing with my car's seat belt. I had a little trouble stabilizing the middle seat, but aside from that everything was very straightforward. The slim design and lighter weight made getting them into the car a breeze. The bottom seat cushions were a little thin and didn't offer a ton of padding, but I love how easy they are to remove and wash if needed. The headrest was easy to adjust and the buckles were easy to clasp shut, but it took a lot of muscle to pull on the bottom center strap to tighten the harness. Both kids are still rear facing, but I think this seat will grow well with them in the future. It's a solid choice if you have a smaller car and need to fit multiple car seats in the back.

I'm a mom of three and because of our childcare set up we have three car seats in three different types of cars, so I have experimented with all sorts of set ups and car seats. I was happily surprised with the design of these. In my 2020 minivan we can generally fit 3 across in the middle row, which is not always ideal, but most car seats don't fit 3 across in the back because of the tires. Well, these actually did fit! (and fairly easily, I didn't feel like I needed to really cram them in). I tested out 3 facing the same direction as well as alternating directions, since my youngest is still rear-facing. I think something that Graco got right that other narrow car seats have missed out on is the placement of the cupholders, which really helped to get a narrow design. One of my other favorite features, which may seem silly, is the snaps on the seat bottom. I took the picture of this because it was such a lifesaver for installing the rear facing seat. By lifting up the padding you could so easily slide the seatbelt through for installation! I also always love the headrest and harness adjustment on Graco, you can't beat how simple it is as your child grows! Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel!

I received this car seat as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and couldn't be more pleased. I'm pregnant with baby #3 and have been scouring the internet for affordable slim fit car seats so that I can put all three kids in the middle row of our Honda Pilot. This small but mighty Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 Car Seat fits snugly between our existing bulky convertible car seat ad our Graco infant seat. Even though the size is noticeably slimmer over other seats, without lacking safety. There is plenty of room for my large four year old to fit comfortably and safely. I fully intend on buying (or begging our family to buy!) two more of these seats so everyone can sit comfortably in our middle row! I docked one star because i had a really hard time understanding how to release the LATCH belt from the storage area. Probably user error, but it was frustrating nonetheless. Other than that, I'd highly recommend!

The Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 Car Seat is a great space-saving car seat that works for both our petite 1 year old and my growing 4 year old. The installation instructions were fairly straight forward for both forward and rear facing directions. While this car seat is suitable for babies and kids from 5 lbs until they no longer need a booster, I would recommend for larger babies or toddlers and preschoolers. I imagine that a smaller, young infant may be less snug in this car seat compared to a traditional infant car seat. However, this was amazing for our 4 year old who was no longer comfortable in her previous forward facing convertible car seat but we were not wanting to transition her to a high back booster yet. She loved this car seat as soon as she tried it out and we are confident we can keep her comfortably in this car seat with the 5 point harness without a struggle for awhile longer. Another big pro about this car seat is it's slim footprint. We have two car seats installed with our oldest sitting between the two. She no longer needs a booster but she was quite squished between our two previous car seats. Once the Graco True3Fit car seat was installed, she immediately commented on the extra space she had. I also really appreciate the convenient and easy to remove washable cover. It's a great car seat overall and we are considering purchasing another one for our second vehicle. I received this car seat from Stellar Product testing panel to review. It is extremely sturdy and well made, and at the same time super comfy for my baby. I feel that he is really safe in this seat. The downside is that it is not portable so can't carry him from car to house in it, and the installation has a bit of a learning curve. Otherwise highly recommend!

I received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We switch out our 1 year old's bulkier car seat for this. It was super easy to install. I love that it is a slim car seat and still has cup holders, which our old seat did not. She seems very comfortable in it and I am happy it will grow with her through a high back booster. I love that you don't have to re-thread the straps when they grow and can just use the push button to adjust the headrest. The rapid remove cover is appreciated and easy to pull off. I really do not have any complaints about this seat. It seems very sturdy and will grow well with our kids. We do not need to fit 3 across but I tested it out and with 2 of this type of seat, and 1 other Graco model we were not able to fit it in our Elantra or Mazda 6 without the seats being at weird angles on our end seats. It might work better if we had all 3 of this model or in a small SUV. However, using these seats allowed for more room in the middle set to store a toy basket.

We are so excited about this car seat! Before installing Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 Car Seat, no one could sit in our back seat with the twins! We have one Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 Car Seat and one larger car seat, but now there is room for an adult too, which is great for long car rides. The carseat was easy for my husband to install, we are currently using it rear facing. We look forward to the fact that it will last us a long time (twin parents don't like buying extra gear!) Our daughters have both tried the Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 Car Seat and sit cozy. We were so happy to have received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel!

With having 3 littles in car seats (ages 5, 3, and 10 months), we needed a slimmer version to be able to fit all 3 across. Previously, I had a hard time locking the baby's car seat into the base with the carrier seat because the backseat felt so crowded. With the Graco Truefit LX, all 3 of the seats fit perfectly across the back of my Ford Explorer. The seat was very easy to install with the latch system, even with getting 3 across and having them facing different directions (two forward facing, one rear facing). I can get the kids in and out easily from the actual seat because the tightness is very easy to adjust. I like the dark coloring, too, because with 3 boys, they don't exactly keep everything clean! That's really important because I expect these seats to last us a long time given the versatility and how great they fit in my car! I'm so grateful I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It is really the best car seat we've ever owned, and we have been through many with 3 boys!!

First Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this car seats. The Graco® True3Fitâ"¢ LX 3-in-1 Car Seat is an all around great car seat. Not only can it be used for a child starting at 5lbs but up to a child 100 lbs. so the car seat will get years of use. The car seat itself is a slim design but does not give off the slim and not protected vibe. These are very well made car seats and offer great protection. Pros Easy to install Can fit 3 car seats in one row Can use the seat belt to lock in place Easy to adjust the headrest and straps Easy to recline Cons Little heavy (only by a little but doesn't effect the overall rating). I have a 9 year old (70ish lbs) a 4 year old (40 lbs) and a 2 year old (24 lbs) so I am able to use all 3 differently. I used the rear facing for the 2 year old, the forward for the 4 year old and then the booster for the 9 year old. The seat is super easy to install. I had all 3 installed in about 10 minutes total.

Love the slim design of this seat! I easily fit 3 across in the second row of my midsize SUV. The seats were easy to install via LATCH and with a seatbelt and I had all 3 installed in no time. I also checked to see if they would fit in my 3rd row and I could fit 2 seats, but not all 3, although it was close, so if you have a larger 3rd row (mine has 3 "child size" seats), it may work for you. We are using these seats in multiple modes - rear-facing, forward-facing, and as a booster - and I have been impressed with how well they transition from one mode to the next. The angle easily adjusts to switch over from rear- to forward-facing and I really like the LATCH storage under the seat pad (although releasing them wasn't exactly intuitive for me and I had to consult the manual). The booster mode, in particular, is much better than other convertible car seats that I have used. There is an obvious guide on the headrest for the seatbelt to run through that will allow it to move without getting jammed. A few things that I really like about this seat: the fabric and materials seem durable but also breathable my kids love having multiple cup holders! my kids are comfortable in them my kids can independently climb into the seats and buckle themselves or get themselves ready to be buckled. When rear-facing the seat isn't crazy tall/long like other "slim" seats that I've tried - this means more legroom for the seat that is installed in front of the rear-facing seat! The only negative for me is that my 4 year old has a hard time releasing the buckle of the buckle and the chest clip, as a mom of four, I ask my kids to do a lot independently. For reference, in the photos, the children are almost 5 years old, 3 years old, and 8 months old. Overall, I would definitely recommend these seats in general and especially if you want to fit 3 seats across a row in your car. The combination of features, ease of install, and ease of use make these seats a no-brainer for this mom of four! We were over the moon when they arrived and couldn't wait to test them out. We're down to one car these days (we're fortunate enough to work from home, so we sold our other vehicle to cuts costs and, well, we aren't going anywhere) so it's crucial we have enough space for kids - a one year-old girl and three-year old boy - some cargo and the occasional adult-sized passenger in the back. It's a smaller-sized SUV so that's way easier said than done, but the Grace True3Fits have completely transformed our back seat. Our car is a bit older and the anchors/hooks are spread out a bit farther than a newer vehicle, so based on safety standards, we aren't able to run them next to one another, but these seats are so slim, they've granted ample room in the middle - so much so we can actually have a passenger sit comfortably in the rear middle now. Before, that was nearly impossible. Even though they have such a slim profile, it's easy to tell this car seat is super durable and solidly constructed, yet light and easy to move around. And it's super easy to make adjustments to the straps and harnesses, which is clutch because we have one forward facing and one rear facing seat. With our old car seats, this was such a pain. Making any adjustments was super complicated, and it was like putting together a 500 piece puzzle trying to snap, slip and thread the cover back in place only for it to never quite go back in place like before. But the Graco® True3Fitâ"¢ is a breeze to adjust and the design is super intuitive - all you have to worry about is popping a few buttons back in place when replacing or moving the covers around. What would normally take several minutes, sweat and plenty of frustration, took just a fraction of the time and zero irritation with the Graco® True3Fitâ"¢ LX 3-in-1 Car Seat. We recently had to take our car in for service and it took no time to switch the seats out of our car and into the captains chairs of the loaner they gave us. Like record time without even trying. Even the service techs were impressed. Most importantly, the kids are super comfortable. Our three year old was almost as excited as we were to try them out! They used to get visibly uncomfortable going on car trips even as short as 15 minutes, but those complaints are nonexistent since we installed the Graco® True3Fitâ"¢ LX 3-in-1 Car Seats. The cup holders are the perfect size and the kids don't bump into them like they did with the bulky ones on our old seats. It's hard to pick just one favorite thing about these car seats because there are so many beneficial features for us, so I'll just say we truly love the slim profile and sturdy, safe construction. We received these seats as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and loved them. We have used Graco seats for each stage with our three children and these seats didn't disappoint. They are narrow and light wieght, which makes installing and moving the seats easy. All 3 seats fit in the second row of a Ford Explorer, having the rear facing seat in the middle. The kids seemed to have enjoyed the seats as well. The one complaint is that it was difficult to buckle our daughter into the booster seat while having all three installed, as the seats were quite close and a normal booster seat was easier access the car buckle. Adjusting the straps was also easy and straight forward, along with how to store the straps to change it to a booster. Definitely the easiest out of all the car seats we have owned. Overall, we would definitely purchase these seats, and will be recommending them to our friends who have multiple children!

These seats were surprisingly slimmer than I imagine they could be but still feel as safe as you want your kid's car seat to be! I'm using two next to each other - one for toddler and one for infant, and both fit great. Forward facing took a bit more effort to install but once it's in you're set for a long time. I was so excited to get the Graco True 3 Fit from Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have three kids ages 2 and 3 years old. We are a very busy family and get in and out of the car often. My husband was able to easily install all 3 seats in my SUV as well as our 4-door sedan. He couldn't believe how lightweight they were. We put two of the seats in the captains chairs and one in the 3rd row. I instantly noticed a big difference. They sit higher up but are more compact then our other 3 across seats. My 3 year old loved the cup holders and loved that he can see out the window better. It was so much easier for me to get to the 3rd row to put one of the kids in the back. We now have so much more space due to the slim design. I love the head support on these seats. I truly feel my kids are going to be very safe in these seats.

Better than I could have imagined! Graco wasn't kidding when they named this car seat. I can confirm that 3 car seats fit across my Volvo XC90. I tested two Graco® True3Fitâ"¢ LX 3-in-1s (one forward-facing, one rear-facing) alongside our Graco Extend2Fit Convertible Car Seat. Even though it was recommended to place the rear-facing in the middle for a better fit, that's not super convenient, and so I left the rear facing behind the driver, as I prefer. And they all still fit! Our 3-year-old loves her new seat, states that it is very comfortable and soft. She can climb in and buckle it herself, even tightens the straps. I simply do a quick safety check and we're on our way. (Thankfully, she is unable to loosen or release the buckle herself.) Our baby seems content as well, so much so that I removed our infant seat completely. I love that this seat will grow with her. It's so versatile! The slimmer design gives me the option to transport another child for a playdate or provides more space for an adult to sit comfortably in back. It's truly game changing. The seat was very easy to install and looks easy to wash, a very underrated feature. I love the tackiness of the shoulder straps which helps them stay in place. Losing some of the bulk adds sleekness and the ample cushioning exudes high-end. The option to add or remove the cupholders is another of my favorite features, it's customizable and conducive to better cleaning. Lots of thought went into this design. Having Irish twins is hard! Especially when configuring bulky carseats! Prior to trying out the Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 Car Seat, it was almost impossible to sit safely between the two babies during longer(and fussier) drives. Our drives have been more comfortable, spacious and virtually fuss-free. We love the easy mini pockets to stick buckles into as you negotiate a wildling into the seat(our toddler), and the fact that the same seat held our baby snuggly in place with ample support! We did have some hiccups in realizing you can adjust the bottom buckle to more comfortably fit around their lil thighs(even on the largest fitting buckle still quite low). And, wish the seats had more of a back-tilt setting range. But, super easy and quick to install. The removable cup holders are BRILLIANT for ease of wash, but the are too tilted and far for little(under 2-year old) toddler arms to reach. Now if only the seats came with a few bungees to hold pacis and cups and toys... you'd have a 5-star seat! Overall, we'd say get it! Get it today... especially if you have multiples! Thanks to Stellar for sending us two seats to try as a gift.

I received two true3fit car seats. I have a 3 year old and a 9 month old, so I have one facing forward and the other rear facing. They feel pretty light pulling out of the box and zero bulkiness. I use the latch system to install these car seats, so I didn't test out the seat belt method. I did struggle for a moment with rethreading the latches, but once I figured out how to release them it was fine. Probably user error on my part. Easy to install and to tighten down I just put my knee in the seat and pull the strap to tighten the latch system. Once the seats were in place I realized the beauty of these seats! Yes there was room for another seat, or enough room for an adult to sit in between the car seats and use the middle seatbelt. I have these seats in a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it's seems spacious even with two convertible seats installed. I had a previous graco slimfit convertible car seat for my toddler before and these true3fit seats are slimmer! The other really nice addition is the ventilation along the sides of the seat. I live in the high desert so this is a major bonus for my kids to not get as hot. Another feature I enjoy is the strap holder for the harness. No longer digging around for the pieces. And I really like the removable cup holders. Also my experience with the older slimfit is similar the adjustments for these seats is so easy, no rethreading of the harness when your kid has a growth spurt just slide it up. The cover is also very easy to remove and wash, added bonus. I definitely see these seats lasting us a long time. Easy to install, seem comfortable (cool), and love the slim design (no bulk). I LOVED Graco TrueFit LX 3 in 1 car seat! It's much smaller than my similar convertible seats and WAY easier to install than the safety first seat. It is significantly more slim than my other seats and I was amazed by how much space I saved! The seat is a bit heavy, similar weight to the slim fit but FAR lighter than the Safety first. The material on the True Fit feels more cushy and is very easy to remove. Installation was super simple with threading the seatbelt under the seat pad. The seat feels very durable and I imagine will last us through our children's needs for front facing, highback booster and booster! The size is PERFECT for behind the driver or passenger. Our other seats hit the driver or passenger seat when slightly reclined but due to the size of this I could comfortably recline the baby seat and sit comfortably in the passenger seat. We currently have two toddlers and my son is big for his size and my daughter is a peanut but they both LOVED this seat and it accommodated them both well! We only used in the rear facing direction as that is all they are big enough for but look forward to utilizing it's other positions! It does come with an infant carrier insert which was very cozy! Super easy to adjust straps and very easy unbuckling/buckling. It would be difficult to recline once the seat is strapped in as it is on the front bottom but adjusting prior to installation is a simple fix for that! I will say, a few issues. The cup holder on the side does interfere with the seatbelt tread. I don't know if this is unique to my car (ford fusion) or if this would be an issue with all shoulder/lap belt systems. I can't comment on the latch system because I couldn't access the latches with the placement of my other two seats. It was a little wobbly when I first installed and had to pull a bit to get it super tight but could be the way my back seats are shaped. I also had an unfortunate pinching incident ( :( ) with the seat belt and my son. I went to loosen the straps and the bottom was buckled and somehow it pinched down on his leg. This was very likely a ME error and not a reflection of the seat. Once I took him out and loosened the straps fully and re buckled him in there were no issues! I attached images of the seats in my and my husbands car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) for reference on an SUV vs sedan. My sedan has two rear facing infant/child seats and my husband has two convertible seats. The true fit fit easily in both cars with both set ups. I didn't try a middle seat installation in my sedan as that would have been a LOT of work to uninstall current seats but did in my husband's jeep! Overall this seat is AMAZING! It will be perfect for transporting between cars and i'm seriously considering replacing our safety first seat with one of these! I had my 3rd last year and because of that we had to upgrade but didn't want something too big. We ended up purchasing a 2019 Toyota Highlander and opted for the bench to fit all 3 kids in the middle while keeping cargo space. Because of that, we needed seats that we could safely fit all 3 across and these seats do just that! Prior we had two 4evers and an infant seat and it was a tiiiight fit, with the True3Fit's we have space before that I didn't know was possible. They are incredibly lightweight, have breathable mesh near their head and side of the body to promote airflow, and one of my favorite additions was the belt lock-off on the inside (under the back cushion) making the forward-facing installation even more secure! Attention moms and dads of multiples! We received two Graco True3Fit LX 3-in-1 car seats to test out as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I honestly can't rave enough about these. Anyone looking for slim fit car seats, look no further. The main feature of these car seats is that you can fit 3 in a row, which you can't do with most. We put it to the test in my Ford Edge. We left our Graco infant car seat in (just to see how easy 3 seats would fit) and installed the two others, and it fit perfect. There was even some space in between the seats so that you weren't pinching your hands trying to install them. Speaking of installation, these seats are super easy to install. We used the seatbelt for the middle rear-facing car seat and the latch system for the forward-facing car seat and had absolutely no issue with either. One of the car seats we installed as rear-facing for our 10 month old. The infant inserts kept her comfy and in place in the seat. The infant head support easily slides up and down to adjust as needed. We installed the second car seat as forward-facing for our 3 1/2 year old and is just as comfy, even without the inserts. I asked her if she likes her new car seat and she said "I LOVE it"! The seats have 2 cup holders, which are removable, and come in handy when you have a toddler who can't go anywhere without a snack and a drink. Another feature parents will appreciate is how easily the covers remove from the car seat to wash them. I think every parent dreads having to wash car seat covers but these are a breeze to take off and put back on. One last feature, which I really appreciate when trying to wrangle a child throwing a tantrum into their car seat is the buckle holders. These might seem trivial to most but it's a royal pain to pull the buckles out from under your child and these make it just a little easier. I really like these car seats, if you can't already tell. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for slim fit car seats! These car seats grow with your child and easily change from rear-facing, to forward-facing. A great investment to keep your child safe until they are big enough to no longer use a car seat/booster!

I received these seats from stellar panels in return for my honest review. That being said, I have five children, 3 of whom are under 4 years old and still in car seats. T is 4yo 42 inches tall and 41 pounds. He was seated in the front facing configuration using the latch and anchor system which was handily buckled for storage into the bottom of the seat. I liked this feature and had not seen it before in other car seats that I've reviewed and used. He says it's very comfortable and the detachable, dishwasher safe cup holders are handy. M is 3 years old and stockier than her brother. 45 pounds and 40 inches tall, also configured front facing. The install feature that had clear openings on the side with clear markings on where to route the latch system is good and unambiguous and easy to figure out. Also, the arrows that guide the recliner system and the level with the ball made install a cinch. She is also comfortable and crashed on a few of our drives, which was uncommon for her. We are potty training and had an accident that was easily cleaned up with the machine washable pad. Snaps right in and out. Miss O is 7 months old and 25 pounds. Configured with the latch system rear facing. She seemed comfortable and mellow for her time in the seat. The side impact testing makes me comfortable having her in these particular seats. She can still move and reach her feet. She has plenty of room still to grow with this seat. Booster seats, to me, have always been a worry in the car because they seem flimsy. These seats have a reinforced steel frame and they're super sturdy. I'm not worried about T moving up to a booster now that I have these seats. Now, as to the fitting three across. My minivan is not designed with anchor/latch configuration in the third row and I have captains chairs in the second row, so I can't speak to the seats fitting three across in a VW Routan minivan, which is the same interior space as a Chrysler Town and Country. But, I did do some measuring, and with the baby rear facing in the middle and the inside cup holders removed, they would fit three across in my husband's Subaru Forester, which is pretty cool, considering the size of the back seat of a Forester isn't really very large. Anyway, the only bad thing I have to say, as far as an aside and not a big deal at all, is that the seat that was assigned to Miss O had a dime size hole in the fabric of the seat near where her calf sits when she's all buckled in, but that is totally negligible and has no effect on the functioning of the seat. I'll probably just stitch it up and that will be the end of it. Like I said, no big deal. Excellent, sturdy, well designed seats.

Very narrow and lightweight. I love that we don't need to buy 3 separate seats as these grow with your kid from newborn until out of a high back booster. They easily fit 3 across in the middle row of our Minivan and still allow access to the 3rd row, which is amazing! We have two forward facing in the harness and one rear facing, but once the oldest is able to use a seatbelt they are narrow enough he will be able to reach between the car seats to buckle himself. These aren't the easiest seats I have installed so I would cautiously recommend these if you need to move them between cars quickly. The shoulder straps were super easy to adjust to the correct shoulder height and also to tighten and loosen. The petite 5yo and 1 yo and the large 3yo all fit comfortably in the seats. I liked the extra head support for the 1yo. The kids love having two cup holders for snacks and drinks. The seat covers are held in place by snaps and one pulled out of the fabric while we were unpacking from the box and setting them up. Out of curiosity we tried these seats 3 across in a pretty small sedan and they actually fit with the rear facing in the middle! I was given this car seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

We now have 3 girls and have had multiple car seats. We have always loved our Graco seats and I didn't know they could get much better but somehow they did! I cannot recommend this carseat enough! We had our 3rd baby and I did not want to have to purchase a different car but could not fit 2 boosters and a rear-facing convertible carseat in my car despite trying multiple different seats and configurations. I received this car seat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it literally saved us from having to purchase a larger car! I can have one rear facing, one forward facing, and a booster seat in between and everyone is safe. This seat is not only attractive but also functional, comfortable, easy to use, and now slimmer! My daughter loves it. It's easy to buckle and unbuckle, easy to latch in, the cup holders can be removed if not needed but they sit in line with the seat so don't add to the width. The cover can be removed and washed, and it is easy to convert from rear facing to forward facing. I have always appreciated the way the back of the Graco seats easily adjust to allow for growth as they get taller and allows them to stay in a 5 point restraint as long as possible. If you need to fit 3 kids across a backseat, I cannot recommend this seat enough. But, even if you don't, this seat has everything you want and need and will give you more space for all the other things!

I had been looking for car seats that fit 3 in a row comfortably in a Toyota RAV. Lucky me, three Graco True3Fit LX showed up on my front porch, care of Stellar Product Testing Panel stellarreviewers. These car seats were super easy to install using the latch system. I have kiddos between 6 months and 5 years so it's really awesome how versatile they are. I will be able to use them for years to come by just making a few adjustments. I have one rear facing and two forward, because of the slim profile, we still manage to have plenty of space.The kids said they were really comfortable last time we were out. #stellarreviews

I have been looking for convertible car seats that could fit comfortably side by side in the back seat of my Pathfinder. Thankful to have received these from the Stellar Parent Panel. These are perfect!! No squeezing or shoving or manipulating the seats to try and get them to fit. Not only do 3 fit across with no problem, but there is still a little room to spare at each side where the doors shut. I have two of the seats 2 forward facing (for my 5 year old boy and my 3 year old girl) and 1 rear facing (1 year old girl). I love that these seats grow with the child from infancy up. This is the only seat you'll need for you child. Aside from the fact that they sit beautifully next to each other, one of my favorite features is that even with their slim design each of the 3 seats still have room for 2 cup holders, one on each side. So important to me that the kids have cup holders for their drinks, snacks and toys. Another thing I like about these seats is that you can use the latch system or a seatbelt for installation. These car seats are substantial, too. I was actually quite surprised with how solid these were. Not cheap or flimsy feeling at all. Although these are not the most plushy of car seats, the material is soft and the kids all seem very comfortable, no complaints from them.
