I wish the mamaroo was comfier for my newborn. I also wish the mobile spun by itself - and the speakers were at the top in the mobile. I feel like the sounds are great but muffled.

I'm giving this a 3 star because I, myself, am in love with the MamaRoo and it's functions. I feel that must count for something! However, my newborn would say otherwise. I've tried over and over and over again to get him to enjoy the MamaRoo. I've tried tampering with each of the settings - tried putting on my pandora radio - I've tried taking out the insert thinking maybe he didn't like it - I've tried adjusting the upright positioning - transferring him into the device when completely sound asleep then to find he wakes up crying within minutes and have even tried putting him in the MamaRoo with it completely turned off. He just will NOT have it. I have been hopefully waiting as he gets older that he'll eventually like it - so far from birth until 2.5 months old today, there has been no luck, unfortunately. He does oddly enjoy the dangling mobile that is attached on top but it's very lifeless. I thought "Maybe he's just a simple baby and doesn't like all the bells and whistles" then later, I heard that 3 other moms I know have had the same issue with the same MamaRoo. I say A+ for effort but my baby says D- unfortunately

Wanted to love... my newborn hated it. It's not really worth the hype. My newborn prefers a ingenuity swing 10x more, and it's way more affordable.

We have these for our other grandsons and our newest grandson loves it also! He loves the motion of the ManaRoo4 and loves watching the balls above it. It give him motion and something to look at also.

This thing sucks, and the return policy sucks even more.

From what I see this is exactly what new Mommys and Daddys need.

Perfect for newborns. Can control with smart phone. Sleek design compared to other swings fits in smaller spaces. Very light and east to move.

It works fine, but our baby doesn't really like it. I wish the mobile spun on its own. She likes to watch it spin, but I have to stand there and actually spin it for her.

Everything about it is awesome...except the manual mobile. Why would the designers and company invest so much in a high tech modern futuristic design, and not make the mobile automatic?? Baby loved staring at it but we had to sit and spin it for her! The entire point of the thing is that it is self guided! For the price, please make this change for the future.

Absolutely love this product! My 6 week old son loves it. Before getting the mamaroo 4 we would try putting him in a regular swing, bouncer, rocker and all he would do is scream. The first time putting him in the mamaroo he fell asleep shortly after. The mamaroo is easy to assemble and the app is easy to use. I would highly suggest this product to any parent, it is definitely worth the money

I love this swing. I found this swing on clearance at Super Target for $100! I knew I had to try one of the best swings on the baby market. The swing was so easy to assemble. It took me 20 mins to assemble and connect to Bluetooth. The only thing i dislike about the swing is the mobile. It should move by itself!! My baby enjoys looking at it while it's moving but once it stops he will get upset. If this feature was updated in future models it would be the best swing.

I love the fact you can get the app and run it from your phone . My baby seems to love it and love the different sounds it has to offer . My boyfriend and I are very happy with our purchase so far .

The product was defective out of the box. As a minimum, the membrane switches are defective but there are indications of possible hardware and/or firmware defects. Overall, a very negative experience.

Overall a great product. I had a hard time finding something that my son will stay in longer than 5 minutes without crying and this is definitely a winner.

Absolutely love this rocker! Super easy to put together and operate!

Love our gray plush mamaroo! And our baby loves it too. His favorite motion is the car ride at speed 4. It's great that there are quite a few angles that your baby can lay at which makes them very comfortable depending on what time of day it is or age. They have the fun little balls that provide visual entertainment with one being a mirror. We haven't used the feature where you can hook up your phone to play music but that seems handy. I do love that the app can control the mamaroo from across the room. The change in motion certainly helps! We were able to try this mamaroo from 4moms while completing several surveys to let them know how our baby liked it. Again, certainly would recommend this for new mommas out there!

Haven't use it yet, my granddaughter is not due until September 11

Daddy life saver! I'm a new-born father, currently up at 3:45 a.m. and this "Mama Roo" puts him to sleep EVERY time after a clean diaper. Bless the inventors lol

I absolutely love this product. I bought it for my grand baby and she loves it.

We love our mamRoo!!! This is the best investment and worth all the money. I bought an extra seat which helps when it needs to be washed. The only thing I wish they speakers sounded a little better. Our little one loves rocking out while momma cooks. I think we may need to invest in another for baby number two.

I didn't like this product. it's not supposed to vibrate and shake my baby's head to leave him with a concussion.

Bought this March 2016 for our first, who did love it and it was amazing for him. However after using it 4 months, we put in storage and brought it out march 2018 for our newest. Only using it one month with her and it's starting to go. Creaking and jerking slightly at times and worst the cord is loose and so after some time it will become disconnected and wake up our daughter sleeping in it. Will no longer connects to blu tooth despite trying their tips. This much money would have thought we would get more than 5-6 months of active use.

Our newest addition seems to love the swing. Mind you she is only 5 days old. I would reccomend this swing to anyone and everyone. Its compact for small areas, no big long legs sticking out anywhere. The only downfall i have is its height.... the swing seat itself is pretty los, and I'm only 5 foot 1.

I haven't had my baby yet, but it is so nice looking and I'm sure my child will enjoy it when they arrive. The motion is exactly as advertised and very fluid. I would buy it again for another child.

My poor little guy has trouble sleeping unless being held and moving... my fiance and i bought this hoping it would help.. I am now able to get sleep and get household chores done while he sleeps... it is easy to put together and sturdy. I love this rocker and recommend it to all mothers who can afford it especially if your little one has trouble sleeping

Baby loves it very calming and soothing. Easy to use and move to different areas.

I purchased this for my daughter n law for the baby shower, I look the look of this, so we will wait and see what she thinks.

Got this for our Granddaughter. Mom,Dad and Baby love it. The only concern is it sometimes takes a minute for it to start and makes them worry about the electronics. Mom wishes the mobile would move. Grammy wishes there was an adult version of this!

My son likes his but it does make clanking noise which drives me crazy and the bluetooth option will not work. Thank goodness i bought it used cause i couldn't imagine spending that kinda money and having these problems. Not very good ratings for the price ??

It's ok, but not sure it worth the price. The Bluetooth is pretty pointless. It doesn't work to play music from you phone without having to manually change it to the Bluetooth setting after connecting the AUX cable to your device. It would be much more convenient being able to control the swing with your phone while laying in bed, but only possible to a certain extent. Only a few movement motions. It's not bad, just don't think it was priced right or worth the money for such basic functions.
