My daughter received the 4 mom mama too at her baby shower 3 months ago. She brought the baby home from the hospital on 9-21-2019. The baby was 3 days old. She was in her swing for about 1hourthen it stopped working. It's giving a 2 code. There is nothing around it to cause an obstruction code. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. The code was not erased. This was a gift from my great grandmother who passed away since the shower. I did not think to ask the family for a receipt since it was brand new and in the box sealed up. This machine Would be great if they could fix the error codes that are going off for no reason. I will not have someone try to fix this since it's your product

Baby loves the unique motion! Great work. Bluetooth is strange...why do I need app to control motion if I have to leave phone plugged into it's speakers? Why can't I stream music via bluetooth to the rocker?

For the amount of money you pay you'd think 1. The mobile would move on its own. 2. The safety belt is so CHEAP and leave marks on my baby. Why wouldn't you sew straps on side? And use better materials for the belt? Other than that it's great.

I LOVE MY MAMAROO I'm not going to lie but I think you guys needs to improve the phone app because it's very slow and sometimes it does even want to work, I have been trying to use the app for like 15mins now and it says downloading but it doesn't do anything, and also add some new stuff it's always the same things. We purchased the mamaroo for our first child in June of 2017 . She wasn't much a fan of it so we didn't use it often. It sat in our spare room closet until about 2 months ago when we pulled it out for baby # 2. Baby # 2 LOVED it , however it started shorting & jolting her around prior to turning off and the screen blinking . It will not operate for longer than 10 seconds prior to doing this now. It seems this happens to a lot of owners of this model when i asked around friends. These things aren't cheap and shouldn't break like this with such little use . -very disappointing

Everything is perfect except for the restrain snap. Why are the buckles beneath the bottom belt, contacting the baby directly?

Loved my mamaRoo until it stopped working. It would start for roughly 10 seconds then would completely stop, and the screen would flash. Used it with my first child with no issues, then tried using it for my second 12 months later and the issue started. Contacted support but because my warranty was over the year mark, all they could send me was a replacement cord which didn'Ã"ôt fix the problem, so I was going to either have to buy parts for the swing, or buy a whole new swing. I have a swing from Graco that was half the price of this, and it'Ã"ôs given me no issues and my baby loves it just as much so I'Ã"ôve gone back to using that. Certainly not worth the price if they aren'Ã"ôt going to uphold very long.

I don'Ã"ôt know what it is but my daughter doesn'Ã"ôt like it. It'Ã"ôs a great product tho it'Ã"ôs beautiful. Only one suggestion you guys should include white noise on the app when baby is away from the 4moms swing. Just a thought.

This is the second 4Moms product that I'Ã"ôve purchased and I'Ã"ôm highly unsatisfied that the straps cannot be removed from the swing for washing. My son had a blow out while in his swings (as babies do) and the straps got saturated. Soaked with OxyClean, bleach, soapy water and no luck getting it out. 4Moms suggestion, buy a new $30 central rail replacement. Not a well thought out design...

I cannot recommend the mamaroo swing enough. My son has a regular swing and seats and HATES them. He won'Ã"ôt sit still in them. So after hearing about this, we decided to give it a shot. And one minute in, he is SO calm, happy, and loves every motion. The seat recline is amazing as he likes to sit up more than a laying down position but not fully. Before the mamaroo I didn'Ã"ôt think there was a difference between swing styles, after using I quickly found out there was. I am in love with this swing for our baby.

It'Ã"ôs nice for the Bluetooth and being able to control it through my phone. But my daughter would cry after being in it for about five to seven minutes. And for 220 dollars you'Ã"ôre telling me the mobile doesn'Ã"ôt spin by itself?! I feel like this is the kind of thing that rich people have and just toss aside because they'Ã"ôre not worried about the final consequences.

I love this swing!! I wish I had bought it when my son was a newborn, but my friend had gifted me a rocker and we used that. I received this when my son was 8 months old. I know, he'Ã"ôs too big for it, but we use it for nap time! He loves laying down and let'Ã"ôs it soothe him right into his nap. Had I been more informed, we would used this when he was a few months old. (As a newborn, he naturally slept all the time anyways). Love this & if I ever have another, ill make sure I have one again!! I plan on using it for as long as I can, but he'Ã"ôs turning 9 months old soon. I also have to keep a close eye on him because if he turns over to the side, it will start making a clicking noise & I read elsewhere that bigger kids have broken it by doing that.

The app works great! Very easy to use and the devise is amazing. My son loves it.

This is nice, love the app would be better if you were to do a firmware upgrade and add a function to allow playing music from the phone via Bluetooth instead of having to plug in an mp3 device.

My daughter runs her own spa and massage therapy from home and this has allowed her to be attentive to my grandbaby and her client. I like that it's low to the floor and so easy to assemble. Now if we could just stop holding him and let him enjoy hissleep when he's in it.

This has been a blessing as a parents of twins this really do it for us.

I gave it a 5star due to the fact that my son loves this. My problem as a mom and the person who purchased it is that I wish I could play the music off my phone using the blue tooth without plugging it in to the mamaroo. I need my phone with me because of my job. And the second thing is you should consider including the infant insert with the product. It is a hassle to have to go back and purchase it. I got it where the insert is not sold. My son is using it for the first time and he is 3 weeks old.

I love this mamaroo4!! My newborn...came out after a week in NICU. A few days later I placed her in the mamaroo just to give her a different laying option and she lovessss it. I can definitely see her growing in it and I should of def purchased this for my 1st child. Well you live and you learn! Lol. I even purchased one ss a baby shower gift and her son loves it as well! There is really nothing special about this. My newborn stays in it for maybe 5 minutes at a time before he wants out of it. Wish I would've saved my money. And the fact you have to keep it on the floor, it's really low so it's just really inconvenient.

My grandson Liam enjoys his little "rocket" everyday. It is the best helper for Moms. It frees up Mom to catch her breath. It is fun and safe for my little astronaut too. Best investment I made.

My son fell in love with this product during his 6 week NICU stay. 4moms was nice enough to donate the product to my family so he could continue to use one once he was discharged. He is now at Home loving his mamaroo. I definitely recommend this product to parents out there, babies love the calming motions and comfy seat to kick back in. Their products are easy to assemble, easy to clean and also easy to control while busy because your phone connects to it!

Easy to assemble and operate but the Bluetooth connection is limited. I thought I would be able to play music through it and you cannot. Who want to leave their phone attached to the machine.

My baby doesn't care for the Mamaroo. He is almost 4 months old and I've been trying to get him to love it since day one. We've switched settings, moved the seat, played different music, he just doesn't like it at all! Additionally, it's extremely frustrating that a product claiming to be so high tech doesn't even have a moving mobile. My baby has no interest in staring at the mobile that doesn't move. I've had other moms tell me the same thing. Hopefully, this is something 4moms can add in the future.

My son, who is currently 8 weeks old, has always fallen asleep in my arms within a few minutes and goes to bed just fine. The night that I brought the Mamaroo home I put him in it to see how he liked it. I had it on the car ride setting and the heartbeat sound playing. He started going to sleep immediately!! So I eventually take him out of it to put him to bed and he starts having a FIT in my arms! Like what?! I set him back in the Mamaroo, and again, he immediately fell asleep. I'd like to give this 4 stars because he apparently doesn't need me anymore and I don't know how I feel about that yet, but I'll go ahead and give it 5 stars because he obviously loves it, and I can't wait to use it for naps so I can get some stuff done around the house!

My niece loved her baby shower gift. Her baby is now using it and she said it's very cool she loves the idea that she can control it from her phone.

I love the chair, I'm just praying that my baby girl loves it just as much when she is born!

Every parent needs the mamaRoo4, seriously, I know it seems pricy but it is the only thing that calms our baby down. The various speeds and motions are wonderful and it is great to be able to control everything from your phone. The design looks really nice and much less babyish compared to other seats. Something I didn't realize before I purchased the Mamaroo4 is that the seat is able to change positions which is great, baby can go from sleeping in the reclined position to fully sitting up. I highly recommend purchasing the mamaRoo4!

Can I just say baby whisper. Lol so my son is a very active baby and this is literally the only thing that calms him down for nap time. I just love it. I put him down and in about 5 minutes he is knocked out. The quality is top notch the fabric is beautiful and it's a nice addition to my living room furniture.

Love this!!! We had the original MamaRoo and upgraded with the latest one (MamaRoo4) because we have 3 under 3- they all love it! Super easy to clean, great entertainment, even for the oldest to just hang out and read a book. The new mobile balls are awesome with the rattle and mirror- very nice upgrade. Love the phone app which makes it easy to turn on and off remotely! We can imagine baby life without our MamaRoo.
