Bought brand new, plugged it in after setting it up and it worked baby was born and won't work, 4mom support is worthless. Will not buy or recommend again

I received it for my baby shower and a month later it stopped working. I tried calling the support and they told me they are only doing email right now. I emailed them a week ago and I have yet to receive a response. My baby is two months and I need a swing that works. The mamaroo shuts off after 5 seconds. My husband looked up how to fix it but it will void warranty so I feel stuck :/

After 3 months of use, my mamaRoo suddenly stopped working. I emailed customer support 5 days ago and haven't received a response. Even when the seat was working, my girl was never a huge fan. It would keep her content for 20-25 minutes max. I was surprised to find that the mobile doesn't move on its own. Right now I'm kicking myself for buying this.

Bought it brand new and used it MAYBE 5 times then it quit working. When you turn it on it moves for a second then the screen goes black and the moving stops. I've reached out to customer service and haven't heard back. That was a week and a half ago. Spent too much money for it not to work.

I was so excited to get this at my baby shower unfortunately my baby doesn't like it. The motions are all basically the same and are not strong enough like a normal swing. I love how it's easy to move around and doesn't take up to much space. It's also a nice looking swing and easy to clean. I might save it for the next baby and see how they like it. I wouldn't repurchase though because of the price and to big of a risk for the next baby not to like it. I also love that i can use my phone to control it.

Life saver! From putting my baby to sleep to keeping her entertained while I shower, eat, etc! The speakers aren't amazing but don't think it's a big deal for a baby, after two months of use it shakes a little but again not a big deal! This should be part of every single baby must-haves �� Was super easy to assemble and I take it to my parents house, very easy to carry, lightweight to carry around the house by myself. You can also manage it all through your phone which I absolutely LOVE.

I'm really glad we decided to purchase this Mamaroo. We were very happy with our other purchases so we gave it a shot and our daughter is a fan. The sound quality for the white noise is okay but the sound quality through phone is good! The motions and ability to manage the device from my phone has been a life saver when she starts to fuss and my hands are full. Biggest thing for me was the footprint since we live in a smaller home right now. It takes up a lot less room than other swings.

I like the Mamaroo when it works and when customer service answers their email. I've waited a week now to hear back from them, so far not a word. My product was registered as soon as we received, which was over 2 months ago. Our newborn is almost 8 weeks and it went kaput, it seems we got a dud. Thank goodness my friend is letting me borrow hers. We are very disappointed in the lack of support. Trying to be patient during COVID pandemic, but it's been a week now. Disappointed!

Love the mamaroo; however, my son prefers to looks at a ceiling fan or a MOVING mobile. Love the different options for motion. Though, had I known that the mobile does not move, I would have purchased a swing that has that feature. Also, it doesn't seem to be fast enough for him. One plus about this is for my son's reflux. This swing is elevated enough for him not to puke, which is nice. This Swing really has the potential to be the whole package but sadly it is not. You'd like that with a Bluetooth feature to control the swing from your phone, you'd have that option with moving the mobile. The purpose of this swing (for us at least) is for my son to not only enjoy it, but for me and my husband to take a break from holding him and not needing to be right next to him to spin the mobile. Just seems like you're spending a ton of money and not getting all features of other swings.

Is an okay product When I put everything following structions. when I turn it on it makes a squeaky Noise when it moves to the right and it won't go away.

My baby loves her mamaroo seat so much she gives it a thumbs up! We've had this since my baby was born and it has helped me so so much, it really rocks them right to sleep. I highly recommend it specially for all the new mommas during this pandemic. We don't have the usual I'm coming over to help you with the baby, so this seat helps big time with allowing you some time for yourself while soothing your baby.

This product lives up to it's expectations. My son really does enjoy it and gets entertained while I go and do chores. The mamaRoo4 is a lifesaver for mommy's everywhere.

Love that it's machine washable, the motions and different speeds, and the contrast mobile. Easy to set up and connect. Would recommend adding white noise to sound, enabling the volume to be louder or the sound output to be at the top too, allowing the seat to lay back more and an app feature to save the baby's favorites!

Love the ease of set up, his minimal design and that you can control from an app too! My 6 week old seems to love it.

Awesome seat, my newborn baby loves it.

I used it for 2 months then I had to stop due to the fact that it started to squeak very loudly, it agitated my son and kept him awake. My son was only 10lbs and it said up to 25 so there should be no reason for it to squeak.

A MamaRoo infant seat was gifted to us for our baby shower. However, our baby has NOT yet arrived and the machine Is already not working. We tried testing the machine over the weekend and it only moves for about half of a second before shutting off/screen blinking.... After googling the issue, it seems like this is a common issue with these machines. For such an expensive piece of equipment, this is super disappointing. Our baby is due within the next week and we hope they resolve this issue ASAP.

Easy to put together, small footprint. Motions seems fluid. The accompanying sounds however are very mechanical sounding and seem outdated. This chair should be updated to be able to play music over Bluetooth.

I purchased this swing with high hopes that the negative reviews were wrong. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I agree with them. My son hates the swing. He won't stay in for more than 5 minutes asleep or awake. Additionally, after two months the swing squeaks now. Sounds like an outside playground! Disappointed to say the least..

My grandson loves his MamaRoo - from the soothing movement to the stimulating mobile! Great investment for baby & parents.

I bought this for my child and it jus stop working for no reason. Am a first time mom and I wanted the best for my child but I regret spending $240 at Target for this product that stop working.

At first I loved the mamaRoo4 and read good views on it, but after the 12 months, it started clicking and then it came to a point that it stopped moving up and down. I sent an email stating the problems, but since warranty was up the only option that was sent was to buy the bottom part again for $115. As much as I liked this product in the beginning, I think for the cost of the product it should have lasted alot longer and then the other option of paying another $115 didn't help either.

My little one loves it and I feel comfortable getting housework done while he is in there enjoying all the different motions and sounds.

I bought this a month ago and just put it together and it just turns on and off when I click the speed button. So disappointed that it does not work.

Haven't even been a month and it's making a noise every time it rotates.

Can't wait to see my new granddaughter in the swing. It looks amazing!

I think that this is a very helpful product but only had it running for a week with my now 1 week old and it is already broken... every time I turn it on it stops and the screen keeps blinking. I understand that it is under warranty but now I have a multiple hundred dollar product that is useless until I get it replaced somehow.....

Best purchase I made for the new baby. Wish I had had it with my older son. Easy to assemble, works like a charm.

My infant is comfortable in the mama room. However, she likes the color balls but get over them in 5mins. I wish it was possible change them, also which it could move on its own. Wish the swing went back to front. Which the seat was detachable for portability.

Great swing! I wish the cushion was a bit more comfortable. Since My new born loves my memory foam mattress It took a moment for her to get used to it. I eventually wrapped her up in this super soft blanket which helped her fall sound asleep 4moms+ memory foam= :D

I wish the speakers were better. For the price we pay their poor quality. The sounds could have been a lot better.

I am a first time grandma this year, 2020! My daughter purchased a Mamaroo for her son, and I absolutely love it! It gently rocks the baby to sleep and it connects to your device to play music! This was a great invention!  It is such a wonderful baby accessory to have, that I purchased one for my son's baby due in October! Double the blessing! I recommend the Mamaroo! It's a great investment!

I bought this for my nieces baby who is a month old and likes to bounce. She absolutely loves it!

I got a Mamaroo for my baby shower. After putting it together the week before I was due and testing it out the base suddenly stopped working. I contacted 4moms and explained what was happening and they sent me a new base to replace the broken one! Their customer service is amazing! My son loves spending time in this and I love that it has so many movement and noise options.

Bought this for my daughter's newborn. He loves it! Great, safe option for times when mama needs hands free time and allows baby to check out his environment contentedly. Also love the option to connect smart phone and play soothing music for baby! You've thought of it all!

We love this thing when it works. It's literally the only thing our infant will sleep in. It's been a godsend in that aspect. But this is the SECOND Mamaroo we have purchased and the base stops working after 10 seconds and flashes the number 2 with a clock symbol on the screen. It's literally the most disappointing thing we've ever encountered for such a pricey product. We are waiting on a reply from the company. For now, I guess we'll be having sleepless nights because our daughter can't enjoy the one thing she loves to sleep in. Bummed out. :(

I'm now expecting my 5th child this September and have wanted a mamaRoo since my last child who is now 3 was born and unfortunately had to spend 21 days in the NICU. They use them there and she loved it. When we brought her home I didn't purchase one because of the price, but I knew this go round that this item is a must! In my experience and opinion it's better than any swing or chair on the market!

You would think for the price of this thing the speaker would be better quality. I though the functions might mimic more things and in a better way. Not exactly what i expected.
