Our baby uses it to sleep next to me at night. He doesn't like sleeping flat on his back but the dockatot has helped him adjust. We were using the pack n play, which has them sleep at a slight incline. Next step, crib! Wish us luck. We love the arch and toys! He lays in the afternoons for a long time just starting and laughing at the black and white animals. The only reason I gave the dockatot 4 stars is because the white cover gets dirty extremely fast and since you can't dry it in the dryer, it takes forever to clean. So just plan on washing it first thing in the morning so that it is dry by bedtime.

We love our dock a tot and so does our daughter. She sleeps so well in it and it's truly a fantastic product! However, our daughter spits up a lot, so basically I need to wash it daily which is a nightmare. The zipper that holds the bottom pad has frayed and now the zipper comes off... and putting it all back together after washing is a pain. We now put a burp cloth on the bottom so we don't have to wash it daily. The quality of the product could be better in terms of the zipper, especially for what you pay..

I bought this before my LO was born thinking she would sleep in it at night and during naps, well she has slept in it a few times at night and a few times during the day! Love the color, love that my LO will sleep in it sometimes! Overall very happy with the product.

I bought this for my newborn daughter. She didn't care for it much at first, but now it is a useful place for her to lay on the couch or for us to bring when traveling. Overall, the quality is great except for the latch, which pops open easily because it never fully closes. This is more annoying than problematic, so I've never contacted the company about it.

I hesitated to spend the money but this was by far our favorite baby accessory. He loved it and slept like a dream in it for short naps. We used it a few times to co-sleep when we felt comfortable with it. It was so easy to plunk him down anywhere, hand him a toy, and know he was safe and content. I got critical hands-free time for a hot shower, a quick yoga flow, or to cook dinner. He was much happier than his crib or play yard. We're just sad he's finally outgrown it! Durable, washes well, travels anywhere. Such incredible design and quality!!!

I had the hardest time laying my daughter down to sleep since she was 6 weeks old, she would always wake up. I decided to purchase the DockATot and our world changed. She would fall asleep in there on her own or allow me to put her down. We take it everywhere, grandma's house and even on vacations. I will be purchasing the DockATot Grand soon!

I decided to buy this product due the good things I hear about it online and trust me, I don't regret buying it one bit because my son loves to sleep in it all the time.

This item was one of the best purchases I made for my baby! My little one was in the NICU and the nurses had to place bumpers around him to get him to sleep. I love that he was able to get that same feeling with the DockATot.

I've used this every day since we brought out 2 month old from the hospital. Couldn't do it without it.

For such an expensive product I expected more to it. When I say this, I mean what it's made out of. It's literally just cheap stuffing inside of a "pillow case". I like the product but just don't think it's worth the price and would say that you could make your own pretty easily.

Perfect for co-sleeping. Our baby is 3 months and takes long 4-5 hour sleeps in this bed. We started using it when she was a newborn and are very happy with it. We have brought it on holidays with us too.

The only reason this isn't 5 stars is the price. I feel like for what it is it's not worth the price but it is beautiful and my babies have liked it. I never saw a significant change in sleep quality though when they were in it vs. not in it.

I bought this to use for the third baby. I am sorry I didn't buy it for my first two!! My third baby is the best sleeper yet! She has been sleeping 4-7hours straight at night since she was 1 week old and I'm certain it is because of the Dockatot! It's lightweight, portable, provides the snuggle factor she loves but refuses to accept from a swaddle. She can be fussy and fighting settling down for her nap, put her in the Dockatot and voila! she's out like a light! It works well with cosleeping and is super portable for travel. Just traveled to beach for a week and was so easy and convenient to have in the hotel. Looking forward to headed to the beach again this summer and using it not only for her bed at night but also at the beach for naps! You can't go wrong with a Dockatot!!

For the first five months of my daughters life the dock-a-tot was a lifesaver. It was so easy to have it by my side so could set her down anytime I needed both hands or she could nap next to me on the couch. I would recommend this to any new mom. I was sad once she finally grew out of it but it wouldn't have kept her contained once she started moving.

Our two week old daughter loves her Dockatot. She naps for hours in it! The print is beautiful and the item itself is beautifully made. We are so happy with our purchase.

This is my "go to" gift for new moms - every girl LOVES the DockATot - its east to transport babies from room to room (especially for new moms that have never been around babies before). The babies are unbelievable comfortable and calm while in the dock and it gives the mom comfort in knowing that their baby isn't going to roll anywhere!

We absolutely love our Dock-a-tot! We bought ours when my son was about 3 1/2 mo old after trying everything to get him to nap during the day, he would only nap if I was holding him... until we got this. He now happily takes naps and I'm sure it's because he feels nice and snugged up. Would definitely recommend this.

My daughter is about 6 weeks old and sleeps every night between 5-6 hours in her dock a tot! My only concern is her growing out of it before I am ready to transition to a crib-but I'll look into upgrading at that time.

I bought it for my newborn to see if she'd sleep better in this compared to a crib, but my baby did not like it at all. She is 5 months old and still doesn't love it. She plays in it for a little bit and that's it. Just another highly marketed baby item that doesn't work.

Purchased at around 2 months. This is the only place we can get our now 4month old to sleep aside from on our chest. The downside is that I don't think it will last very long with our above average size baby. He fits pretty snug in it now and I don't think it will last the 8 months which is a bummer considering the price. The zebra print is cute.

We bought this when my little guy was about two months old and he's been co sleeping in it since. I love that it's portable and my little guy seems to sleep very comfortably in it. I'm glad I purchased and would recommend it to others. The only disappointing thing about our doc was when we took off the cover for the first time to discover the flat pad had a small tear, and my little guy just turned three months this week and judging by his size he won't be able to use it for too much longer.

Bought this during pregnancy and prior to my baby being here, she's now 4 months and still loving her dock and sleeping sooo good in it. It's so simple and portable and even washing it and re-inserting the padding is easy to do. The only bummer is that her sweat stains don't wash out. It's possible I needed to wash it more often than I have (maybe once a week?), but it's a bummer that a good section of the dockatot has turned yellow due to her sweating during naps... maybe a darker pattern wouldn't show that type of staining? I've tried a few different things but it seems to be permanently yellow in the top third. It stayed unstained probably for 3 months.

I bought this a couple of months ago as my husband and I are expecting out first child in July - a little girl! We are so excited! I have not had the opportunity to use this product yet as it is not quite July. Based on other reviews, I cannot wait to be able to use it! :)

We don't use this as our preemie sons primary bed but it makes a great place for him to nap when we are up and laying right next to him. Or for setting him down in a safe place when needed. Was afraid I made a mistake buying this bc we ultimately went with the snoo for his bed but this had proven to be really helpful.
