Our baby is only 4mo old and I don't know what we'd do without the newborn attachment! Living in a small apartment in the city, this has been invaluable for numerous things: - having her with us during breakfast and dinner - having a safe place for her when we're in the shower (the chair itself is lightweight so we move it right on into the bathroom with us) - a place to chill when she has to sit in on dad's work calls The newborn attachment and Tripp Trapp have truly made our lives so much easier and we have used it since day 1 to help us around the house.

It's easy to install yourself just follow the instruction, I hope my child would love it too when he's born! Excited to start using it soon.

Our girl is a little small to be buckled in snug at 2 weeks old and 7 lbs. we've used it a few times though and is nifty to get dinner in. The toy hanger is a little low for any that we have, they always are right on her face. Hope to use it more and more as she grows.

Great product! I wish just it could adjust to have the baby a little bit more vertical.

Absolutely amazing! I put our little dude in this every morning while I have breakfast and pump, and then he sits in this at the table with us while we have dinner. He's 5 months and not quite able to sit up on his own yet, so we're getting lots of great use out of it. Also great for him to see me as I putter around the kitchen or watch funny faces/dances/etc as we work hard for those smiles and giggles.

A little bit pricey, but we are amortizing it! Perfect heigh, really easy to put the baby in, good quality and easy assembling.

This product has been such a lifesaver for our family that I had to write a review. As a parent of twins, feeding two babies together while on your own is no easy feat: usually you need to prop them up on a twin boppy-type pillow or in car seats/bouncers, usually on the floor, while crouching or bending over them. This is not an easy thing to do 6 times a day if you're recovering from birth, have a tired back, weary knees, or are a grandparent wanting help out their very tired kids. Enter this super graceful, wonderful newborn attachment, which saved my back, arms, and sanity. We've used it for just short of 7 months, and every single time I've used it -- over a thousand times by now for sure -- I've been so grateful to Stokke (and to my brother & sister in law, who gifted it to me). If you're expecting twins, able to buy the Tripp Trapp, and wondering whether to bite the bullet on this attachment, do it. I absolutely don't know what I would have done without it.

Our son and cats all love the newborn set. It allows our son to be involved when we're cooking or eating. It's lightweight enough that I even move it into the office every day so my little one can help me work!

This is our granddaughters favorite place to be in the first 4 months. She kicks. Plays with a balloon, chews on everything, laughs and babbles. We hate to see her outgrow it. We just mailed one top my nephew who had that chair but didn't know about this attachment.

We loved the concept of bringing our baby to the table with and were happy to invest in this somewhat expensive product that we could use for 6 months only, but 2 months in our baby has not been happy in it for more than 5 minutes ðŸ™. Great design and quality of fabric and finish is really good also.

We bought this for baby number 3 and I'm sad we didn't have it for our first two. It's worth every penny.

This is very nice for newborn but am having a hard time moving it up and down.

We love the newborn attachment - it is the go-to place where our baby hangs out when we aren't holding her, and it keeps her in our line of sight and next to us at the table, couch, etc.

He loves this seat, it is the only place he will drink a bottle.

I love that I can bring my baby to the table with me, to the kitchen counter, etc. And he loves it too!

The design is poor for the price. You can't adjust the position of the seat. You're essentially just paying for the seat.

Bought this for new grandson; Mommy and Daddy loved it. the chair base is great because the legs don't get in the way; they don't stick out. Grandson has already grown out of it and now uses the regular seat attachment. My son really likes the adjustable foot rest. He also likes how easily it was to assemble and how solid it is. Mommy loves the modern color look too. They are very happy with it.

Great idea but baby does not find it comfortable and fusses whenever he is put in it.

I had this for my infant and loved it. He did too until he was sitting up on his own and wanted to sit up vs. reclined. A much better alternative than having him on the floor in a bouncy chair, which we also had. He watched us in the kitchen, at meal time, doing laundry, even getting ready in the morning. I have since gifted one to each of two family members who registered for the Tripp Trapp and they also love this attachment. I had a shipping issue with one of the gifts and Stokke made it right, fast and with no hassle. Highly recommend.

We love this product! Our little one was a small newborn and this was the first chair that fit her right away. It made life so much easier that we could start her in safely and have her with us at table level when we were sitting down or easily accessible when standing up!

I'm glad I purchased it! I was hesitant in the beginning thinking we'll not be using it for two long. However, right from the first time we had our baby sit in this newborn set, she loves it. She happily sits on the table with us when we're having dinner and is a great company for me while I'm in the kitchen cooking :)

Our baby has not been born yet, but we love the quality of this newborn set, as well as the brilliant idea to have a place for a newborn to lie down safely while Mom and Dad eat dinner, etc. We love the quality of the Tripp Trapp chair and of the Stokke accessories we have received or bought. The one recommendation I would make is for clearer instructions, including text (in multiple languages).
