I read other reviews saying you can't use without having visor pushed down. It worked great for my 5 month old twins. Full coverage kept the harsh winds and bright sun off of them. We walked for an hour in 90 degree temperatures and they were not overheated.

The sun screen is a must-have for any Bob owner. It is quick and easy to apply. My twins are kept protected from the wind, rain and insects. A degree of warmth also is provided. Highly recommended.
