Quality All Around
April 3, 2019
I received this stroller as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel and I love it! My son crawled in immediately to go for a walk. The ability to make the whole stroller collapse and become very compact with the pull of one strap only using one hand was a game changer for me. Additionally, it is pretty light weight so makes for effortless loading in and out of the car. There are some clever designs like access to the basket from the front as well as an adjustable calf pad. My son often naps in the stroller while shopping so I like that he can have a pretty flat area to sleep and be comfortable. There are infant car seat adapters included with the stroller, however not compatible with all car seats so we will have to buy a different adapter. But it is a cost effective upside if you have a compatible car seat. Overall, I am pleased with the design, ease and convenience, and the smooth ride for walks and runs. Great quality and a worthy purchase.

Like-Love this stroller!
March 22, 2019
I registered for this stroller for my first LO after doing a bunch of research and after using many city minis with my nieces and nephews. I have been using ours for the last nine months and feel like there are pros and cons: Pro: - easy to fold - beautiful teal color - sturdy - the infant seat clips with my click connect car seat nicely Cons: - the front wheel keeps falling off!!!! - the seat belt top and bottom sections keep disconnecting from each other. Both of these Cons make it difficult for the grandparents to take my little one around. So sad. I would like to love it, but I only Like-love it

good idea, but only for your first child
February 18, 2019
The folding technique is great! We had bought the buggy for our first child. Unfortunately, it is already wearing after a short time. These buggies are made for a short time. Instead of a ball bearing, the wheels have plastic rings that wear out after a short time, especially in the city. Planned obsolescence? what a shame.

Love the system! Confused about other reviews.
February 13, 2019
We LOVE the travel system! It has been so easy to use! My sister and SIL both agree it is lighter, more compact and easier to use than their Graco travel systems. I am confused about other reviews of the car seat though. My daughter is almost 23 pounds and 32 inches long and still fits in the car seat (her feet stick out but her head does not). I am wondering if other reviewers haven't removed the newborn pad or moved headrest up? We also love that the pad for head isn't removable. It keeps hers from moving from side to side. It also seems very comfortable for her...we make 4.5 hour drives frequently to visit my family and she always seems comfortable (usually sleeps a good portion of trip). Would highly recommend travel system to others!

the bad outweighs the good
January 18, 2019
Pros: *lightweight *Easy to fold one handed and throw in the trunk of my SUV *Drives comfortable even with one hand *Large canopy to shade a napping kiddo *I didn't experience the handle grip coming off like some reviews, perhaps because my handle grip is rubber texture, not padded Cons: *Reclining back snapped after trying to lower it with my sleeping child in it (the cardboard inside the fabric) *Doesn't always lock open - huge safety concern! It's folded on itself with my son in it a couple of times! *The strap comfort is laughable - the "padding" is a joke and the straps themselves are rough on the edges, leaving little red marks *Basket is way too small to be realistically usable *The material isn't breathable, so my son's back and legs were soaked with sweat after being in it for about an hour in 70degree weather *Way overpriced for what is essentially an umbrella stroller with some added features ....review to come - what happens when we try to attach our second child's car seat to it using the adapters suggested.

Toddler still uses It!!
October 13, 2018
I like most did a lot of research before buying a stroller and I love my City mini GT. Downside the compartment below too small, but not a dealbreaker. Since birth I was able to use his car seat with adapters on the stroller and now my 3 and a half year old still uses it. He's almost grown out of it. But we took it to Zion National Park, Grand Canyon caverns, Red Rock in Las Vegas NV and the California Beaches. This stroller has been everywhere. Easy transition for #2.

Such a useful purchase!
October 1, 2018
We are an NYC family, but also do quite a bit of driving, so we wanted a car seat that could easily pop in and out of the car. I noticed that people are commenting about sweaty babies, but we've tried other car seats travelling, and babies just get sweaty in car seats. I don't think there's any breathable material out there that will eliminate the issue. Anyway, the stroller is super easy to fold with the one pull handle, and we easily carry it up one flight of stairs. It's not a feather, but it's not that hard to carry one handed with something else in the other. And i'm no superwoman. We used the car seat for our very chunky babe until she was 1. She looked a little tight and her legs were slightly folded, but she was totally fine. She loved sleeping in the car seat in the car, and sometimes kept going when we moved her in the seat into the house (although from a safety perspective, that's not recommended). We also took this seat on several flights and it was easy to strap in rear-facing. Overall, we really love this system. I wish the stroller bucket was bigger, but we knew going in it wasn't as big as others. What matters is the great recline on the stroller seat, easy straps, easy braking, and easy fold and carry. Recommended!

Just a shame

For a stroller that cost 259.00-299.00 and you have to buy the tray separate is just a shame! Many better ones out there and they come with everything!

Best stroller ever!
August 9, 2018
We absolutely love our travel system, especially the stroller! We live in Chicago, so we needed a stroller that was easy to navigate, and this more than does the trick! The maneuverability of this stroller is unmatched, and we have had great success getting around tight spaces and large crowds! We were a little nervous about the car seat after reading the reviews, but we have not had any of the extreme issues others have complained about. Our daughter is going on 7 months, and still comfortably fits in the car seat with room to grow- we have just made sure to adjust the headrest as she has grown. I will say that she gets a little warm if we have the car seat attached to the stroller and it is hot out- but I have to imagine that would happen with any travel system. We have never had an issue of her being too warm or uncomfortable in the car. On top of the functionality of this awesome duo, we also really enjoy the sleek style. It has a very clean look, and it isn't bulky. The modern style really appealed to us. My only complaints about this travel system are that the basket under the stroller is not nearly large enough. We needed to purchase a separate bag to keep with the stroller instead of just using the diaper bag (which becomes a pain switching things from bag to bag). I also dislike that we had to purchase the tray and parent console separately. At this price point, they should be included. Overall, this is a wonderful, high quality product, and my husband and I are very pleased we selected this travel system!

June 28, 2018
I bought this stroller 5 years ago because of its size when closed - we have very limited space in our car and we travel a lot. I have used it for my first son and now for the second one. It looks and feel like brand new despite using it heavily every single day. It is spacious and seems very comfortable for the child to sleep. My kids used to sleep a lot in this stroller. It is very light. It is also very durable. I love it.

Wrong tires on my order
May 18, 2018
I purchased a City mini GT, anniversary edition of your site. The problem is that if you look at the picture on your website as well as the description it states: "all terrain tires" and also you can see them in the picture. The unit I received does not have this, it comes with the plastic swivel tires. What is this? Is this how you products are promoted?

I wish the legrest propped up.
May 17, 2018
Overall, I've been happy with this purchase. What would make it perfect for me? Two things: 1. Adjustable handlebar (I'm short - 5'2" and the height is not ergonomic for me, even uncomfortable if I'm pushing it after a while) 2. Legrest that props up so my baby's legs were't dangling when asleep. I think baby would've slept longer in it if so.

great for carseat, not for older baby
May 16, 2018
I've bragged about this stroller to COUNTLESS parents. That won't be the case any more. i bought this after HOURS of research and lots of recommendations. i have the *expensive* attachment that makes it work with my chico key fit 30 and have LOVED it. it is very well made, looks great, but has literally no storage (the basket underneath doesn't fit anything other than the smallest handbag)....we added a hook on the handle bar, a cup holder, etc, and we've enjoyed it in spite of this. Today, my baby boy sat in it without the carseat for the first time and we are soooooo disappointed. The back leans so far down, my baby is practically in a laying position even in the highest setting. Reclining and reclining even further are the ONLY POSITION OPTIONS. My baby just laid there and looked at the sky instead of the world and people around him. All I can think about is how angry this will make him in a few more months. This PLUS no storage is a deal breaker. It was great for 6 months, but now I'm really feeling like I wasted my money. I feel like an idiot for spending money on the stroller, the carseat attachment, and the accessories. I regret recommending this and I want to call them all and tell them how wrong I was!!!

Love everything about this stroller. I researched for weeks and it's exactly what I hoped it would be. Easy to fold, light weight but sturdy, narrow enough for mass transit and nice looking. It's too bad it tumbled out the back of my car down the driveway- so it's a bit torn up already.

New adapters
May 7, 2018
I purchased this stroller and the car seat adapter for the Britax. My friend had the same travel system. I LOVE the stroller, but due to the fact that the Britax Car seat adapter is for the retired model car seat, I cannot convert into a travel system. Is there a plan in place to make an adapter for the Britax B Safe 35/35 E?

DO NOT BUY! Car seat won't last past 25 inches!
March 27, 2018
This car seat worked until my baby was 5 months old. I was told that the headrest was removed as most normal car seats are. But it is not! The car seat states that it can hold up to 35lbs but no baby over 16lbs or 25inches long could ever sit in the car seat! The head rest will squish the babies head and will be so uncomfortable. My family and I bought three extra bases and now have wasted over $1000 on baby Jogger products due to this poor design of a car seat. The travel system seems like a great idea but there is no way possible baby could grow with this product and she will not fit in it after today. Also the car seat is so hot! Often I take my baby out of the car seat and she is sweating so bad. I have to drive with the AC on constantly to try and keep it comfortable for her but she still is so hot in the car seat. Other reviews say you can adjust the headrest which is true but you can only push it up so far until the next baby's shoulders are so uncomfortably jammed under the headrest.

Quality not evident for price.
March 19, 2018
I recently moved my daughter into the City mini and pulled the brand new weather shield cover. We have used it for less than a month and it is already ripping at the seams near the zipper. The plastic is so flimsy and unable to be repaired. This is a fairly pricey item and we cannot afford to purchase a new one which means we have nothing to cover my baby in this New York City rain/wind/snow. Very cheaply made and NOT recommended because it will rip almost as soon as you put it on your stroller. Extremely disappointed.

Disappointed
February 7, 2018
Being a first time mom I had no idea what stroller to get. I was recommended the citi mini travel system. In theory it's perfect but in reality not so much. Carseat: Honestly the carseat looks amazing and better made than many. However it's pretty small compared to many and the head rest doesn't come out making it extra tight for the baby. The carseat is also extremely heavy. Heavier than most others I have seen. The canopy also gets stuck on the handle of the carseat and the pin came out several times. Stroller: Again it really does look and feel well made however so many problems. First the carseat is so difficult to snap in. Sometimes it takes 3-4 tries. The strollers break sticks. Folding is easy but unfolding is super awkward. Often the little piece that holds it folder will close up again after you release it. It doesn't stand upright when folded so it always has be to laid down. Finally the two things that bother me the most about it are. 1. The front wheels are too close together causing the stroller to tip over anytime you try to go over a curb or bad sidewalk. 2. The basket is the smallest most awkward thing of all. You can't even put a small baby bag in there and if you can you have to be an acrobat to get under it. Also there is no good cup holder for this stroller! I was so excited for this product but it actually made it very annoying to travel anywhere with my son. I wish I knew better but there was no way to know before actually using it and now we are stuck because we cannot afford a bigger or better model.

February 6, 2018
I've been using this stroller for about 8 months now. I like that it is a three wheeler and it is easy to maneuver around. The recline feature is awesome and the wheel lock being on the side is a major plus for me. I also like that you can adjust the handle height. the canopy is nice and long so it covers my kiddo well and I LOVE the windows so I can keep an eye on him. The downfalls to this stroller unfortunately outweigh the pluses for me. First is undercarriage storage is a joke, nothing fits in there. It is nice that it folds in half but it is still very heavy. If you try to hang your diaper bag it becomes a tipping hazard. Not a fan of the foot rest, although I'm not really sure if you can consider it a foot rest. It is so small and narrow that when they get to that length they might be able to put their heal on it if anything but their legs will likely just dangle. I also am not a fan of how it does not sit straight up. Last but certainly not least the front wheel, aka my arch nemesis, it keeps coming off either when I take it out of my car or while he is in it if tipped back. This is so frustrating and embarrassing. Worst part is that I thought I loved this stroller in the beginning so I recommended it to a friend who bought the same one, now I regret it. Hopefully she doesn't have the same issues I am having. If it wasn't for the wheel coming off I would have given this product a much better rating but probably would still not purchase again in hindsight.

A great stroller 7 years and counting
February 3, 2018
We bought this stroller in 2010 for the fold and the canopy. Ours now has an under-stroller basket full of holes (it rubs on the front wheel if you fill it too full) and the rubber is split on the handlebar. We have replaced the front wheel with a new one. But other than that it's been our workhorse stroller in America and Europe, making at least 16 international flights (I lost count) and many domestic trips. We were stranded at the airport in Valencia - mom and dad slept fitfully on the floor but baby was happy sleeping in his stroller, like always. Back then there were no foot muffs so I made one from Polartek windblock fleece - light and windproof. We expect to use it, and this stroller, for the second baby arriving in about a month. I'd love to replace the basket somehow, and the yellowing windows, but we are otherwise still very happy with this product. Almost every happy photo of us out and about has this stroller in it.

Great stroller
January 10, 2018
We love this stroller and how easy it is to fold. We used the adapter with our Graco car seat and it worked perfectly. I do wish there was a way to move the seat up so our little one isn't always reclined. He tries to hold onto the sides so he can see out. Is there anything to do for this? The basket at the bottom is also not the largest, but we only bring what we need and can fit enough down there. Overall, we have enjoyed this stroller.

Love the adjustable handle, doesn't sit up enough
December 4, 2017
We bought this stroller (the travel system) for our daughter before she was born, and now she is 13 months. We love the maneuverability, and it still looks great even after having to take it completely apart to wash after a major throw up incident. We use it frequently - at least 3-4 times / week for walks, and took it to Boston with us for vacation walking at least 12 miles around the city. The biggest benefit for us was the adjustable handle - my husband is 6'10", so this was the main requirement when looking for a stroller. It works really well for him. We also love the sunshade and windows, and the back panel in mesh that keeps her cool in the summer. There are two major drawbacks though - 1. Like other reviews have said, the seat back does not sit up high enough. I love that it lies down almost flat, we've used it for nap times frequently, but now that she wants to look around, she holds herself up by the tray table, and gets frustrated after a little while. This is really a huge deal for us - and is probably what will have us looking for a different stroller for number 2. 2. Again, like other reviews have said, the storage is lacking. I can't fit a diaper bag easily underneath, only really small packages or a small blanket. I added hooks to the handle, but that makes it top heavy so I have to be really careful, not to mention awkward to handle. I could live with this, but it is frustrating. Overall, the quality and ride is awesome, and it still looks great. However, I want a stroller a toddler is more comfortable in, with more storage! Especially for the price.

Easiest stroller to fold, maneuver and clean!

Great Stroller but Frustration with Car Seat
November 6, 2017
My husband and I just had our first sweet baby girl four months ago and we live in a city so we knew that we needed something that was easy to maneuver and store. We absolutely LOVE the stroller, however, my little girl has already grown out of the car seat! I am very frustrated because the car seat wasn't cheap! We have moved the headrest up which has provided a bit more room, however she still seems so squished! It is quite frustrating that the newborn insert doesn't come out! Also, the arm straps are very hard to tighten! It makes me nervous that others who are not familiar with how to work the car seat (nanny, grandparents) can't tighten it properly!

RIPS
November 2, 2017
This is the 3rd winter that I am going into using the stroller. I am having to buy a 3rd one of this rain cover as I have not found a suitable alternative that will fit as snuggly... My rain cover does not last through a year as inevitably the clear plastic part rips at the seam where it attaches to the zipper (starting from either corner). Perhaps we are the rough kind of people and don't deserve nice things but I believe this could be designed better. My friend's weather shield for the Citi Elite seems to fair better. I don't know if it is because a different material is chosen for the clear plastic part.

I love this stroller however my 10 month old son always slides down and can't seem to see out over the bar. Because of this he doesn't like to spend much time in it. June 13, 2017
I love this stroller. I use it with a baby I care for part time and it's super easy to move and very durable.. fits through doors well :) It is a classy not kid themed stroller which is nice and love that you can put a car seat on it. Her car seat goes on it nicely!! :)) but I wish it could click in :( It kind of just sits on the adaptor. I wish that it had jogging capability, because if it did, it would be worth the price. I would still buy it when I have children, but it's very expensive!! I recommend being upper middle class before buying this product! lol

Pros & Cons
June 13, 2017
Bought it a few months ago, we are currently using it with a Chicco car seat... and first, the Chicco car seat adaptor is a big and pretty expensive (for anyone thinking of getting Chicco/Jogger combo). I didn't realize certain strollers go better with certain car seats, making them easier to connect. 2. As many people are mentioning, the storage compartment is way too small for any standard diaper bag (not to mention if you want to add a shopping bag or another purse). There is a ton of room in the back of the stroller so I don't understand why they didn't extend it just a few inches back. 3. I personally like the foot break much better than the hand break that's on this stroller but that's not a deal breaker. 4. I really wish the seat as removable so you can use it both facing in and out. 5. I didn't know this before I bought it and didn't realize how important it was when inside the house - but this stroller does NOT stand up on its own, you always have to lay it down, so for those with limited storage, be aware!

My Mini for a Mini
June 13, 2017
I originally purchased my mini for my first daughter and fell in love with the easy one hand fold. Being that I have rheumatoid, it made it very easy to be a mom on the go without any help. I also loved the large umbrella! However, I've noticed everyone had failed to mention the straps. My daughter complained about the middle strap bothering her since day one. At first I figured it was her wanting to just get out. Sadly, when she was placed in my sister's graco stroller she didn't make a sound. The same thing happened with my second daughter. Either I'm doing the straps wrong or the little cushions are cheaply made for being such a urban mom's stroller. I don't mind having to purchase my own cup holders. But at least provide my child with a comfortable ride.

Great stroller/seat on the go/questionable on base
May 17, 2017
I was thrilled with the size and maneuvering ease of the stroller. It's much less bulky than the UppaBabyVista we used with our first child and easy to push with one hand. Our infant is very comfortable in the car seat and has napped nicely in it, and the sun canopy is by far superior to the Chicco Keyfit 30 we used. Biggest complaint is the car seat seems wobbly when installed on the base in our car. It simply doesn't get super secure; weirdly it's more secure without the base! And the seat straps don't tighten fully around him; the company says that a rolled up washcloth should be used to secure the straps but that just feels like a ridiculous suggestion. I'm sure it'll be more secure as he gets bigger but they should correct this.

Sleek Travel System
May 10, 2017
Baby Jogger has come out with a great travel system. The car seat is good looking and lighter than most. It also has an added layer of padding for newborns that makes it seem more secure than other car seats we considered. Both the car seat and stroller are pretty easy to maneuver, but also feel incredibly sturdy and safe. Living in a more urban area of San Diego, we spend a lot of time in our own cars but also appreciate the flexibility of being able to easily install the car seat in a cab / quickly fold the stroller and throw into a trunk. This has been a great addition for us, and we're glad we had a chance to receive it through the weeSpring Parent Panel.

I bought this for our newborn, but paired it with the Uppa Baby infant carseat. I love how it snapped together well, how durable the fabric is, and how smooth the ride is. I also love how I am short and my husband is tall so we can adjust the handles-that is HUGE. Also they have a lifetime warranty, so when we had an issue, they replaced the frame quickly! Downside: a bit heavy, somewhat cumbersome to manage the fold and unfold while holding a squirmy child, and it does not stand in place when folded, you have to lay in flat so the fabric sits on the dirty garage floor on its long side.

Nice Stroller =) terrible handle =(

I love the stroller in a general way, It's strong, easy to fold, very light and my super tall 4-year-old boy still fits in it! BUT (it has a huge BUT) the handle is SO unconfortable. By its round shape, the point of support is lost when trying to turn. A rectangular or, better yet, ergonomic handlebar would be the PERFECT stroller!! I beg you to consider it! If you push it for a short time is OK, but I need to use it so much more than that, Let's say it's the only wheel vehicle we have and I use it all day long, and I must say that the city is very well planned and there are no rough terrains... however I'm almost charging Baby Jogger with my wrist doctor bills! haha. I wish there were an accessory to make it ergonomic.

I just bought city mini gt 2016 from "babies r us" and the front wheel doesn't turn. It was a big disappointment since it was a brand new stroller and I had high hopes! May I make a sensible request and I am sure you've heard this before; could you please sell wheel replacements?

Amazing ride and light weight!

I purchased this city mini gt after returning an extremely bulky graco stroller and it was the best decision I made. It rides so smoothly and folds up nicely to fit in any of our cars. It is also a reasonable weight for a Mom on the go. I completely recommend this stroller to any new Mom. I also purchased the adapters to connect to my graco car seat and it worked out perfectly!

This was my dream stroller, I had only seen it once with a friend who raved about it. I wanted to jog with the baby and wanted convenience and easy mobility. First, we couldn't really use the stroller for newborn to six month old because she was constantly asleep in her car seat and we did not want to disturb her. We bought the city go car seat and had to buy a separate adapter (if its the same company why isn't it compatible already?) The city go does not grow with your child because the head rest doesnt detach, so we had to buy another kind of car seat and pay yet again for another adapter which this one was more expensive for the Chicco Keyfit 30 and was bulky, and now the stroller is hard to collapse and difficult to carry. For a first time mom,, we are nervous and over protective and bring everything with us including the kitchen sink. The storage provided under the seat is not easily accessible, and you cannot put a diaper bag under the seat storage, much less a sweater, a toy and a blanket or your purse. I had to sling the diaper bag across the handle bar and hope that someone didn't steal it if my back was turned. Lastly, it is not that light weight. I couldn't use this stroller for the first month as I had a c-section and carrying it and putting it in the trunk opened up some of my sutures. The Pros: It is easy to move around in this. My daughter loved being in the car seat attached to the stroller and enjoyed going over any kind of terrain. We took it on hikes and in the city and the suspension was great. Also love all the different colors it comes in, plus the extended canopy with the UV protection. The seat collapses well, but my daughter is at the age where she wants to sit up right and doesnt like the recline. We will probably continue to use this for another year because it was a gift and also because it is very expensive. Suggestions- bigger storage space or have the ability to create bigger storage space. There is a ton of adapters for the car seats, please have this convenience as well for storage. Smaller and more universal adapters for car seats. Why was the Chicco fit 59.99 yet the other adapters were $29.99? Thank you.
