Lovely!
November 16, 2020
We bought this travel system for our first child and love how easy it is to travel with. The ease of being able to collapse the stroller with one hand is lovely! The only thing that I wish was different was the basket size at the bottom, wish that was bigger because it barely fits the diaper bag

One glaring flaw
October 20, 2020
I was so excited for this! I hated my Graco stroller so I convinced my husband we needed a new one. I ordered this and assembled it. Everything looked great until I tried to put my diaper bag in the bottom. It didn't fit! I don't have a large bag, but I'd like to put it on the bottom because I have a bad back. I'm considering returning because we haven't used it yet. I love everything else about it. I'm so bummed. Please don't be fooled by the advertisement of a large basket. It is tiny. If you don't need to stash one, this stroller is great.

Harness broke and could not get any help
October 17, 2020
Not quite a year and a half and both the harness buckles broke. The plastic was very flimsy. Called and emailed, but could not get anyone to advise where to buy the replacement harness straps. Extremely disappointing. Not what I'd expect coming from a major brand.

Lightweight and easy. Won't grow with a tall baby
September 12, 2020
It's an excellent stroller. It feels so lux and easy. It's super light for a stroller of its size. And very easy to maneuver. Folding is really easy even for me who is 5'4". The only down side I can see so far is, I , like many others wish the storage basket below was bigger. It fits a medium nappy bag but you have to really force it in there. The back wheels are a bit wide and I also have a tall 7 month old baby and I don't think this will last him past 2 years. We will see. I am hopeful because it's really nice and we paid the price tag for longevity but also they can't help my baby is tall. Great stroller.

We have the traveling system and can't say anything bad about it. It's smooth for runs and roller blading, quick and easy to take with us and the car seat fits and locks into place fast. We are an active family, this meets all our needs to stay active outside. I really wanted the uppababy products but so happy we got this system instead, I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone.

Can't wait to use for Baby #2 too!
May 7, 2020
I purchased this for my first born in 2018 and loved how easy both the carseat and stroller were to use (and wash). With one hand I can do the following: maneuver the stroller, fold the stroller, unfold the stroller. The infant seat lasted us about 10-12 months, and by then I felt more comfortable upgrading my baby to a convertible, rear facing seat. Otherwise, she was getting too heavy for me to hoist up into the car already strapped into the infant carrier. I also purchased the deluxe pram to use with the stroller, which worked for us for about 3 months. We're expecting Baby #2 in a few months and happily, I plan to reuse the travel system. The only drawback I have with the stroller itself is that the seat doesn't let my 1-2 year old sit upright enough. Now that she's older, I pad her back with blankets so she can easily reach the snack tray accessory.

Smooth ride and great features
May 3, 2020
I have the city mini GT2 and it has out done itself. It is compatible with my infant car seat (Chico key fit 30) and the strollers uses are easy and convenient. Its is made very well and I enjoy the tubeless tires. It reminds me of the cadillac for cars but as a stroller. I highly recommend this stroller to anyone looking for a long-term stroller that they will use in various places.

Comfortable and roomy
April 25, 2020
I have purchased 2 Baby jogger strollers, the most recent the city mini GT2. The strollers are easy to handle, comfortable and spacious. The 5 point harness design with the option to use either/and or shoulder and lap belts is a good idea. However it is not easy to slide the shoulder clip into the lap belt with a squirming toddler. The design could be improved if once put together the clips would stay locked in place. A simple button could be pressed to unlock. The feature causes frustration each time just to get the child buckled into the stroller.

Great stroller, perfect for disney
April 21, 2020
I bought the GT2 last fall for a trip to Disney. My 44 in 38 lb child loved it. With the full recline and foot rest that can be raised, she was was even able able to nap in it with no problem. her head doesn't hit the top, and the seat is deep. After walking a total of 87 miles it handled just as it did on the first day. The compact fold also makes it easy to travel by train and by air.

Buyer's Remorse
February 19, 2020
I received the City Mini GT2 as a gift from my baby registry. A good friend recommended it. I loved it in the store but in the real world, it stinks. The self-standing fold is a joke. It only self-stands if the front wheel is properly aligned, which is next to impossible to fix if you're holding your baby in one arm and trying to maneuver this. You need two hands to unfold it to use, which again is IMPOSSIBLE if you're already holding your little one in one arm. The handlebar gets dirty when it is standing up. Admittedly, the ride is great. The storage underneath might as well not exist because I can barely get my small-ish diaper bag in without a struggle. The straps are annoying to adjust and kept popping open when I was trying to readjust them to get my growing child into it. It also seems heavier than they say in the specs. I so regret taking this on the road and using it and discarding the box. If I could, I would return this stroller and spend the money on something else that was a better fit for my needs and lifestyle, not matter the price. It makes me not want to use it, go for walks, or run errands at all.

Easy to use
November 21, 2019
The City Mini GT2 travel system has a lightweigh, streamlined design that I love. Both the car seat and the stroller are excellent quality and appear to be both comfortable and safe. The car seat was very easy to install in my suv, both with and without the base. I was happily surprised that it installed nicely without the base, as it will be used in more than one vehicle. Once installed, it felt secure and safe. Likewise, it easily attached to the stroller. The car seat appears to be comfortable, my baby falls asleep in it every car ride. My 3 year old decided she wanted a turn testing out the stroller, she loved it! She said the seat was comfortable. The straps were easy to adjust to accommodate her, and seemed comfortable as well. I love how easy it is to fold the stroller. Just pull the tab on the seat to collapse it down. It goes down small enough to fit easily in the trunk of our car or the back of our suv. Overall, I'd have to say that my favorite part of this travel system is the ease of use. Out of the box, it's easy to put together. It's lightweight, so I don't feel like I'm lugging around a heavy piece of baby gear. Plus, the stroller is incredibly easy to maneuver over various terrains. So far, we've used it in a store, on the sidewalk and on a dirt walking trail, all with no issues. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system.

The MVP of travel systems!
November 17, 2019
I was very impressed with this travel system! Couldn't wait to put my little one in the infant car seat first. It is perfectly padded, not too much where it's unsafe and not too little where he's uncomfortable, it is just the right amount. He looked so darn comfortable, cute and cozy in it. The adjustments of the harness are easy to use and the base of the car seat was a breeze to install. A quick click in and click out. I do love that you don't need the base so if you're in the city and using a ride share, the car seat will still buckle in safely. The stroller is very nice. It might be a bit heavier than I expected. Folding the stroller was easy peasy. 1 hand needed giving you an extra arm to hold baby with. It folds up to a decently compact size. The wheels are very well made, giving you ease on any type of terrain. Be it rocks, dirt or pavement. It maneuvers beautifully around turns and the break system is very easy to use. The pouch on the bottom of the stroller could have been a tiny bit bigger but really nothing to complain about. If I did have any complaints, it would be there is no cup holder for Mom. I almost always have a coffee or a water bottle and not having the cup holder is really inconvenient. There is also no tray for baby/toddler, but we can work with that. My little one is still too small to put directly inside the stroller but the padding looks like he will be very comfy and snug once big enough for it. For now, we attached the car seat to the stroller. Honestly, I wouldn't even call it "attach" it just clicks right in! There's an awesome canopy with a window so you can peak in and see your sweet baby. I received this travel system through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and am in LOVE with it. The quality is incredible, the look of it is so chic, and most of all, my little one is comfortable and safe in it.

Absolutely in love!
November 14, 2019
I am absolutely in LOVE with this travel system! My husband and I do quite a bit of walking, jogging and traveling with our two sons. I received this travel system as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and cannot be more thankful. The timing was truly perfect as we had been looking for a new travel system, had been very interested in the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 Stroller and City Go 2 Infant Car Seat and were very excited to get to try them out. The carseat arrived preassembled (such a blessing) and was very easy to install. It can be used safely with or without the base which is great for every day use in my car and periodic use in both my husband's and nanny's cars or in a taxi or Uber as needed. One of my favorite features is the ability to easily click the carseat into the stroller without waking up my son! The stroller was very easy to set up, is lightweight, can be folded/unfolded with one hand (definitely my favorite feature) and is extremely easy to maneuver. It stands on its own when folded, provides a super smooth ride for my baby boy and is perfect for taking along with us on all of our adventures. The updated tires and all-wheel suspension are great on all types of terrain. We take it with us walking and jogging on the pavement throughout our neighborhood and have also taken it on grass at several parks in our community. The stroller is very compact which is great because it can fit it in any trunk with lots of room to spare. The basket has plenty of room for my diaper bag and other belongings, and the large sun shade provides excellent coverage from the sun! An added bonus, and one of my many favorite features, is the stylish, clean and fancy look of the entire travel system. Both of my sons have ridden in the stroller, and my youngest son is currently using the car seat as well. Both seem to enjoy this new travel system as much as I do which makes for an extra happy mommy! I'll definitely be recommending the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 Stroller and City Go 2 Infant Car Seat to all of my mommy friends!

Great System for Parents on the Go
November 12, 2019
We live in a semi-rural area. I need to drive everywhere we go, so obviously a car seat is a must, but we also like taking the baby around our neighborhood on stroller walks. This is a great tandem system we received through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It allows us to both ride safely in the car and in the stroller with minimal back and forth. The car seat was easy enough to install and the stroller folds up compactly so it fits in the back of my hatchback when we're running errands but I actually found I just left it in there all the time so I had it whenever I wanted it. I was able to install the car seat by myself with and without the base, although I preferred the base so that I could easily use the stroller and just click and go. The option to use the seat without the base seems like a good urban option if you don't have your own car, but we don't travel enough for that to be a major consideration. The pros: this system came out of the box easy to assemble and use right away. The stroller handles beautifully and as we are already familiar with the baby jogger city mini GT, there was minimal learning curve (small things like the brakes being in a different spot, but nothing major). The car seat adapter is simple to install and uninstall and then the car seat just plonks right in. The cons: the car seat sun shade and the handle keep getting caught up in each other, which makes it frustrating to adjust the handle up and down. If the car seat base works with my latch system I couldn't figure out how, so it was not as simple to install as a car seat that works with the latch system, but I got it to work and I felt it was safe, just not foolproof. I would recommend this system to any friend, but especially any ones who live in the city, or who like to go on walks with their infant but also need to be on the go in a car.

Special needs 4 year old-City Mini 2
November 11, 2019
I have bought many many strollers over the years and the City Mini 2 is a great stroller! I love the one hand fold, easy turning, easy brake, nice size and easy to carry folded. The wheels pop off for easy airport TSA too. I would recommend this stroller because of these things. Cons-I have 2 cons that took off a star for me. First, the footwell is small, my son's feet don't fit so it is basically a little lip for his shoes instead of a true footrest. It is maybe 2 inches wide. The second con is it doesn't sit up quite enough. He wanted to be more upright even with it pushed as far as it goes upright. It needs about 3 more inches of upright. This is based off a small 4 year old who has mobility issues and our trip to Disney.

Sleek & Beautiful
November 8, 2019
This is a slick and beautiful travel system designed for easy maneuverability & a quick setup! I absolutely love how lightweight it is and the profile is slim making this so much fun to jog with. My 5 month old settled into the cushioned seat immediately and even fell asleep on one of our strolls. Setting up the car seat was a breeze with and without the base. I was also able to put the stroller together quickly despite being distracted by my toddler. My favorite features include the one handed fold option, the dual peekaboo windows, and the accessible basket underneath the seat. I've tried many strollers but this is definitely one of my favorites because it's so versatile. This is the absolute perfect travel system for moms that want it all! I received this travel system as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Great system from birth through preschool!
November 7, 2019
My experience with both the stroller and the infant car seat so far has been excellent! The stroller has a such a smooth ride and is very easy to maneuver, but my favorite feature is definitely the one-hand fold which takes no time at all and isn't super complicated like so many other strollers out there. The seat is very spacious and comfortable, and, with the two canopy height options, both my two-year-old and four-year-old fit well, so we expect to get use out of the stroller for years to come. We can also use the system with our newborn using the infant seat and stroller adapters, and really like having a system that is versatile enough to be used with all three kids. Both the stroller and the car seat have very large canopies which I especially appreciate on days with a lot of sun, rain, or wind, and the double 'windows' and magnetic closures on the stroller canopy are nice touches. At first glance, the stroller basket looked small to me, but it can hold a surprising amount; the stretchy mesh panel at the opening of the basket really lets you squeeze a lot in, so I found myself using the stroller as my cart for quick trips to the store with my infant. For the car seat, I love how easily and reliably I could get a tight install with the car seat base, something that will put especially first-time parents at ease. If you're in the market for a single stroller that will get you from birth through preschool, this travel system will get the job done nicely. There are only a few minor areas where I ran into issues or could see improvements being made. I found that the buttons used to move the handle back and forth were a little difficult to push at times and also a little loud (which was only an issue when baby was sleeping). I also have trouble getting the stroller to stand on its own and often put it on its side for storage. The stroller itself is also pretty heavy so that should be taken into consideration when selecting this over a traditional click-in type stroller meant only for use with an infant car seat that you might leave in the trunk of a car (though those get used for a much shorter period). Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending this travel system for me to try out!

Good but not great
November 7, 2019
Thank you so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me the City Mini 2 travel system to review! First of all, I think that the style of the travel system is really nice. The "Jet" black fashion is pretty and very gender neutral, and the dark fabrics hide dirt and stains well. The new City Go 2 car seat is very sleek looking, and I really like how narrow the base is - it made it easy to install in the middle seat of my minivan, next to a large convertible car seat for one of my other children. Speaking of car seat install, I was very impressed with how easy it was to install the City Go 2 base. You just lift up the bar, thread the seatbelt through, and close the bar. It took maybe 30 seconds to get a super tight and secure install! My baby (4 weeks old) really liked the car seat itself. He's been in a couple of different infant seats, and tends to be pretty picky. He seemed really comfortable, and the infant insert added just enough cushion without being super tight and restrictive like in some other seats. One downside was the handle of the car seat - it was super hard to move the handle, because the buttons were very stiff and didn't want to depress, and then I had to force the handle forward or back to move it. It was super frustrating! Getting the car seat into the stroller wasn't as easy as I had hoped. First, you have to install separate adapters, which I found kind of annoying. They were stiff and difficult to click in and take out, and I had to push down on the car seat fairly hard to get it to click securely into the adapters. I did like how easy the stroller was to fold, though, and that it could be done with one hand. I included pictures of all my kids in the stroller so you can see how it looks with kids of different ages and sizes. The baby seemed like he was at too much of an incline, so I probably wouldn't put a baby that young directly in the stroller. I also found it very difficult to put up the foot rest. It was super hard to pull it out and click it back in, so I can't see myself using it regularly. My 2 year old is about 25 lbs and 32 inches tall, and she fit in the stroller well. My 3 year old, however, is only about 33 lbs and 36 inches, and she already seemed super squished in the seat. She said it wasn't very comfortable to sit in. And then my 4 year old (who turned 5 a few days after the picture was taken) just looked ridiculous in it. She is about 47 lbs and 46 inches tall, and she didn't fit in the seat at all. Overall, it didn't seem like a stroller that could be used long term, or with large/tall children. For the price, I expected things to work more smoothly (like the buttons and latches), and for the stroller to come with more accessories, like a snack tray for an older child at least. It's a high quality stroller and car seat, and overall I gave it a a 4/5 stars because although it was nice, I think there are better options out there.

The Highest Quality
November 7, 2019
I was given the Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 Travel System in Jet Fashion to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and let me tell you - it's AMAZING!! My 16 month old son loves to go running with his daddy around the neighborhood. We have another stroller that we used prior to receiving the City Mini GT2, and our son was not ever really excited to go on walks/runs. Safely securing him in our previous stroller became a chore because he would prefer to not be confined. This is an incredible jogging stroller that has completely changed our outdoor activity time for the better! It is durable, rugged, and provides an extremely comfortable and safe ride for our son. One thing that I really love about this stroller is the ability to easily navigate it on any terrain - we have no problem at all pushing the stroller on grass, over gravel, or up and down hills. The one-handed brake system is also an amazing feature. I also love that the handle to push the stroller is adjustable to accommodate the different heights of the individual walking/jogging with baby! The one-handed "pull to fold" feature is a game changer! I love that I can hold my son, fold up the stroller and easily put it in the trunk of my car all in one go - no more leaving the stroller out in the parking lot while I put my son into his car seat! The car seat was easy to install with and without the base. It is so convenient to be able to easily switch the car seat to a different vehicle without having to remove and reinstall the base each time - perfect for trips with grandparents and switching between our three vehicles! It did take me a couple of tries to get the car seat properly attached to the stroller, but once I figured it out, I didn't have anymore issues. The adjustable headrest and no-rethread harness design is not only convenient, but reassuring - baby will always have the head support in the safest position! I do wish that there was more space in the basket below to store his diaper bag and other items, but in reality, this is a jogger and not intended for storing tons of bags when you go shopping at the mall. Overall, the City Mini GT2 Travel System is AMAZING and I would recommend it to any parent looking for a new stroller, car seat, and base! It is high quality, safe, and provides a smooth, comfortable ride for baby! Our son has almost outgrown the car seat, but with baby number 2 on the way, I can't WAIT to be able to use it again soon (and purchase all of the accessories that I have discovered are available for the stroller)! Thanks again to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 Travel System in Jet Fashion to try - my husband, myself, and my son absolutely LOVE it!!

Smooth as Butta
November 7, 2019
The City Mini GT2 Travel System is an elite product. The upgraded fabrics and materials make this travel system worth its's price. The easy RAPID LOCK install is something of a dream and will make life easier for Mom's and Dad's of all kinds. My two little ones enjoyed riding in the stroller. My oldest didn't want to get out and kept requesting to ride in it instead of walking. My favorite part of this travel system is the forever air rubber tires and all-wheel suspension of the The Baby Jogger city mini GT2 Stroller. We live on acreage and need a stroller that can be used around the property on all kinds of terrain. This stroller definitely handles it all! We have another jogging stroller from another brand, but the Baby Jogger Citi Mini surpasses the agility of the other name brand stroller with ease. You can easily push the City Mini stroller with one hand through any terrain including rock, grass, and mulched areas with little to no effort. I also absolutely LOVE the big canopy on the stroller that covers A LOT of my little one. I was highly impressed with the how extremely soft and padded the car seat was. What Mom or Dad wouldn't want to put their sleeping baby in this car seat. The only things I would like to see worked on for the next model, but wouldn't deter me from purchasing or recommending this travel system, would be the mechanism to lay the back of the stroller down, the access to the storage basket under the stroller, and the easy of adjusting the head rest on the car seat. But let me tell you, to list all the awesome things about this Travel System would make a novel and you busy parents don't have time for that with all the books you are already reading your little ones. Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for giving me the opportunity to show off the City Mini GT2 Travel System and recommend it to other Moms and Dads. My last wish is for Baby Jogger to make a double stroller with the same all terrain abilities as this stroller and my baby product needs would be complete!

Excellent travel system! I love it!
November 6, 2019
I was thrilled to receive the Baby Jogger City Mini 2 Travel System to test out through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We have 4 young kids between 8 years to 6 months and have been through our fair number of strollers and car seats. I'm always on the go and rushing around so convenience and quality is important to me when it comes to picking out the perfect products to meet the needs of our busy family. The travel system comes in an over-sized box which includes the City Go 2 infant car seat, City Mini 2 stroller, Rapid lock car seat base and adapters for the stroller. The stroller needed some light assembly which took roughly 10 minutes. What's wonderful about this stroller is that it's light weight, maneuvers very well and closes easily with one hand. Our 6 month old loves sitting in it as does my tall 5 year old. It reclines all the way back and has a full coverage canopy with SPF fabric which is great for summer months. The basket underneath is not as big as I'd like but good enough considering the size of the stroller. Although the footrest is adjustable I didn't love that it needs two hands to adjust the angle as opposed to a one hand click. I'm in and out the car all day long doing carpools and errands so it's very important for me to have a good travel system since my baby constantly falls asleep in the car. The car seat is excellent and far better than the one we've been using up to now. The canopy extends fully which is an issue I had with my old car seat and it easily clicks in and out of the car seat base. What I love about the system is that I have options; if the baby falls asleep I use the car seat adapter with the stroller and if she awake she gladly goes straight into the stroller. It would also make a great travel stroller as the car seat can be used in a car without a base and stroller can handle all sorts of terrain. I look forward to using it everyday and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable travel system for all occasions.

Almost knocks it out of the park!
November 6, 2019
I was super excited to try out this travel system because Baby Jogger has a great reputation among all my mom friends. I have a tall toddler and a newborn, I needed something that could work for either one of them. The infant car seat is sleek and exudes quality. Its nicely cushioned so my tiny newborn isn't too slouched and her head was supported nicely. I enjoyed the fact that the straps do not have to be threaded each time she grows an inch or two, you just use the easy sliding head adjustment in the back. I think the actual sliding device is a little tough to squeeze due to its small size, but I managed. The chest clip does feel a bit flimsier than other brands I've used, and again, it feels a little touch to unclip because of how its shaped. Overall, the straps, chest clip and buckle all fit well and I felt my newborn was safe while in it. The canopy of the car seat is nice and big and has a UV rating of 50+. That's a nice extra! The handle of the carseat is rubberized which makes me feel even more secure while holding it. The base of the carseat was incredibly easy to install and with the new RAPIDLOCK base is really nice with the belt-tensioning technology which ensures that even after you've tightened it as much as you possibly can, once the SecureStop Anti-Rebound Bar is engaged, the belt gets tightened even more without anymore muscle power from you. That provided me with a very secure feeling that the base was installed as securely as possible. Now, onto the stroller! I have had bad luck with strollers in the past... The feel great in the stores but then when I actually put any weight in them (ie: my toddler), they become hard to steer or the wheels get sticky. This stroller is incredibly smooth whether I have the infant car seat snapped in with the included carseat adapters or I have my toddler sitting in the seat. I can actually push it with one hand with little to no effort! This is a HUGE plus for a momma of two who always needs more hands than she has. The seat is roomy enough for my tall 2.5 year old, the canopy actually provides coverage from the sun, even if he's fully reclined, and the foot step can be positioned up so that his legs aren't dangling downward while hes sleeping, they can be propped up so he's more comfortable. That adjustable foot step also allows you access to the bottom basket which is nifty! Folding it is super easy and it folds up flatter than any stroller I've ever seen! It is a little on the heavy side, but honestly, all the other pros outweigh the few cons this travel system has. I love that it works for both of my kids separately and that it's so convenient on space and ease of use. I received the City Mini 2 Travel System compliments of Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review.

Simple yet luxurious!
November 6, 2019
Do you like strollers that are a breeze to maneuver and pack? How about car seats that are SO comfortable and still extremely safe for your baby? Travel much or have to buy a second car seat base for another vehicle? If you answered yes to ANY of these than the City Mini 2 travel system is a MUST! I received this travel system as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and my biggest regret is not having one sooner! There are absolutely no cons to this gorgeous travel system so I'll tell you what I love most. Let's start with the car seat. The car seat itself is cushioned to form around your baby( think your most comfortable recliner) but designed to keep your baby safe. The base has an "anti-rebound" bar that helps keep baby from too much rearward movement in an accident or slamming on the breaks. This car seat is a breeze to put in the car as it just clicks into the base. Without the base you can just loop the seatbelt through and still be secure( a must when traveling)! Now onto the stroller. This thing was SO easy to fold and pop open! I was impressed at how compact it was compared to how large it looks when open. I have no problems maneuvering between store isles or outside on grass or rocky paths. The car seat snaps in to the removable car seat adapters and folds up with one pull of a strap(that doubles as a carry handle). I love that this is a stroller I can use for my infant or my bigger toddlers! My 4 year old even fit and rode comfortably. There is plenty of storage space below. Another plus is that the stroller has different rollaway panels, 2 up-top that you roll back if you want to keep the canopy closed over your baby and still see them ( this would be great for rain or colder days), and a roll up mesh panel that opens up a mesh vent in the back of the stroller (perfect for hot days when baby needs a breeze!). Everything about this travel system is amazing! Not to mention my baby LOVES it!

amazing stroller!
November 6, 2019
I received this product as part of the stellar product testing panel. I wish that I had been able to get it with my first child, because it has done wonders for me with child #2. The car seat is easy to install, and it can be used with or without the base which is great when she needs to go in someone else's car. The car seat easily clicks into the stroller base, and the stroller folds up easier than any others I've had. It's always such a hassle to fold and store a stroller, but I found this one to be the easiest of all those I've tried. It's less bulky than other strollers I've used and it also glides nicer over bumps on the sidewalk. I personally think my daughter liked it better too! I feel like she appeared more comfortable and her head bounced around less in this stroller than in the one I was previously using. I highly recommend this product!

All Around Winner!
November 6, 2019
As a mother of three, ages 5, 3, and 1 month, the City Mini GT2 Travel System is designed so thoughtfully for on-the-go parents. First, it looks sleek, and stylish, even when the car seat is attached to the stroller. It looks seamless, and all goes together so well. Second, it is functional. The one handed fold is so simple to use, and it locks in place automatically. This is the easiest stroller to fold of the many strollers I have used or tried. The basket underneath is sturdy and can hold multiple items, and the seat-lift function makes the underneath basket easy to access. The car seat slight weight, and yet my child is secure, and comfortable, and the car seat was easy to clip into a cab on the go, or in my car clicked into the base. The infant insert supported my child upright, and he had no head wobbles. That is an amazing feat for my child! I love how easy the car seat attaches to the stroller, and I loved how I can fully cover my child up for nap with both the stroller shade and the car seat shade. The stroller is easy to push, has an adjustable handlebar so it fits my husband, me, and even my oldest child can adjust it for her to help push! I am a big fan all around of this City Mini GT2 Travel System, and I love the Jet Fashion (looks all black) color. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system!

Lightweight Versatile Travel System
November 6, 2019
The City Mini GT2 Travel System is perfect for our family. We have owned 3 different travel systems over the last 5 years and this is by far our favorite. The stroller is lightweight and so easy to fold. I'm able to fold and load it into the back of my van with one hand while holding the car seat in the other. It also folds up very compact and is extremely easy to maneuver. It works great for our older daughter as well who is still within the weight limit and loves to ride in it when the baby is not with us. The reclining footrest is one of her favorite features. The infant seat is also very lightweight and a breeze to use with the stroller. One of our favorite features by far is the ability to safely and easily put it into the car without the base. This makes riding with the grandparents so easy and convenient. Overall we are delighted to have received the opportunity to test and own this travel system, thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Easy to Use Travel System
November 5, 2019
I was so excited to receive this travel system as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The design of the Baby Jogger City Mini 2 travel system was sleek and easy-to-use. The initial set-up was fairly simple. The instruction manual is mostly pictures, which I found made the set up simple. The one drawback was that the answers to some of my questions were more difficult to find in the text. The text is a few pages of useful information, but it is all together, so you have to read through things which may not be what you're looking for at that moment. The car seat base is easy to install, and the baseless install makes the travel system useful for families who may have their child in multiple cars regularly. My son rode comfortably in the car seat in the car, and as a part of the stroller. Strapping him into the car seat was easy. I needed to adjust the strap height in the car seat. I love the ease of this- instead of having to re-thread the straps there is a slider which allows you to easily move the straps up or down. The car seat was very easy to use with the stroller. Make sure that the stroller back is laying down as shown in the manual picture; I could not get the car seat to latch to the stroller. I realized that the back was not down all the way and was blocking the seat from snapping into place. Once I fixed that, the seat snapped easily in place. The car seat was easy to latch into the base. It was a bit harder to line up correctly on the stroller. As soon as the seat was lined up correctly, it also snapped easily in place. The seat releases easily from base and stroller. When we set up the stroller, we initially put the adapters on the wrong side. They are labeled left and right, but I initially installed from behind the stroller. The manual does tell you to stand in front, but I missed this as I followed the pictures. The best part about this stroller is the fold. The first time we folded it, I was looking at the manual, instructing my husband to find the handle that says pull to fold. I was looking at what to do next, and when I looked up, I realized it was folded and ready to go. The latch catches on its own, so pulling the handle is all that needs to be done. The fold is so easy, and able to be done one-handed. The drawback would be that this stroller doesn't have a standing fold, so once you pull the handle, you will need to hold or lean your stroller until you put it away. Unfolding was also easy- there is one latch to unhook, and then the stroller unfolds. The push of the stroller was very good. It is easy to maneuver, even one handed. Because the back lays down when used with the infant seat, I found that my thighs occasionally bumped into the stroller as I walked. My husband, with his longer arms, did not seem to have this problem. The lock is easy to access in the middle of the back. The front wheel has a lock as well if you do not want it to pivot. Additionally, the wheels remove easily, which would make it easy to pack and stow this stroller for travel. The stroller has a large basket, and a generous canopy. Overall it has nice finishes and practical functionality. It was much easier for me to get it in and out of the back of my van than other, heavier strollers. This stroller is definitely a win for portability and ease to fold and unfold.

Lightweight & Filled w/ Features
November 5, 2019
This travel duo is beyond amazing! The stroller was extremely easy to put together and is surprisingly lightweight. A breeze to open and close thanks to the "one hand compact fold". Easily fits into my trunk, with room to spare! The carseat is well made and provides much needed head support and overall comfort. I like that the straps move w/ the head support, no more needing to unbuckle and flip over to adjust. At 5 months my wee one also fits into the stroller w/o the need for the carseat, due to the almost flat seat recline. I was impressed w/ the pop-up calf support vs dangling legs + this also allows you to access the storage basket from the front. The canopy has a pano view to peek in on your wee one and I also love that it's rated to block rays at SPF50 (magnets vs velcro would be preferred though). I only wish I had purchased this sooner to have had use of the infant insert, I can tell that it's a well constructed / comfortable addition to the carseat. Interestingly, the carseat is outfitted to work w/o the base, for taxis and other ridesharing uses, bonus!

Overall great travel system
November 5, 2019
I'm a fan of the overall design City Mini GT Travel system. A few aspects that were different from other strollers and make this one unique are the easy pull to fold handle, the ability for the seat to recline all the way, the three wheels, and the adjustable handlebar. Some things that I didn't love in regards to the design were the brake near the handlebar (not by the foot, just something you have to get used to) and the fact that it's difficult to put a diaper bag in the bottom storage area because there is a bar there. Installing the travel system car seat in the stroller and car were seamless. Folding the stroller with the pull handle was super easy and self explanatory. Opening it back up was also easy, but I did need to look at the manual to figure out how to unlock it and reopen it. My favorite feature is the easy to manipulate three wheels. It makes taking sharp turns easy. Another great feature is the larger sun shield with two peek-a-boo windows. I have a four month old and when taking walks in the summer, I'm always making sure he's covered from the sun and the large adjustable sun shield is perfect for that. I was given this travel system to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Great maneuverability!
November 5, 2019
The City Mini GT2 Travel System is wonderful! The box seemed a little intimidating because of the size and weight of it, but once I got the already assembled car seat out of the box, I could tell right away that it was high quality and would be very safe - I was sold! The stroller was very easy to put together and even easier to fold and unfold. We received the color "Jet Fashion" and the sleek black and gray design is very luxurious. There are so many great features on both the stroller and car seat. One of the main reasons I was excited to try the car seat was because it can be used with or without the base, making it very easy to travel with. I was able to take it in and out of my car with ease, as well as put it in my husbands jeep and my parents van. Our previous car seat I had to go to a fire station to get installed so this was great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because my baby is 4 months old and 18 pounds and a big boy and he doesn't seem to be the biggest fan of the car seat but I think he just needs to get used to it. It seems a little more constricted than the old car seat we were using but I also feel like the City Mini GT2 car seat is much more safe. I absolutely LOVE the stroller. It maneuvers corners and bumps so well. In the past, my stroller would get stuck when going over doorways but not anymore! The stroller also has a large canopy to block out the sun (my little guy starts crying immediately when the sun is in his eyes) and it has magnetic flaps to peek in at your child so it isn't at all noisy and won't wake them up. It folds and unfolds with just one hand and is almost flat when it's folded so it's easy to store. I received this travel system to review from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and can't thank them enough. I will definitely be recommending this to other parents!

Great alternative to bulky strollers for on the go
November 5, 2019
After using the Baby Jogger City Select stroller with my first, I was super excited to try out the City Mini 2 as part of the Stellar Product Testing panel and it didn't disappoint. As a baby gear nerd I am very picky when it comes to my baby gear. Here's what I loved about the stroller and travel system: - The stroller is very compact and lightweight! This is a big difference from my Baby Jogger City Select. It is perfect for throwing in the trunk of the car or traveling with. It's not bulky at all. - The travel system is so easy to use. By just adding on the car seat adapter, the car seat snaps in very easily making it super easy to go from car to anywhere without disturbing the sleeping baby! - The car seat is easy to install with the base OR without- another plus for traveling or going between cars. My son seems super comfy in it too. The infant insert works great for keeping him snug as a newborn right now. - The stroller has a smooth ride on most terrain and maneuvers easily. I also love that it has a 50 pound weight limit so I can use it with my toddler too. She's very comfy in it and it has a great level of recline for naps. - My absolute favorite feature is how easily it folds and unfolds! You can easily do it with one hand! A few things I wish were different: - Handle bar of stroller isn't adjustable which is fine for me but people who are taller may not be as comfortable pushing it. - I wish the canopy on the car seat can't down more. I wish the car seat adapters could fold down so I didn't have to remove them when I fold the stroller and don't want them sticking up or risk breaking them off. Overall I love this stroller as a great option for on the go during the newborn phase and I can see myself using it a lot for a stroller to keep in my trunk as well for being out and about!

Stylish and Easy to Use
November 5, 2019
I received this travel system from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I think it has nearly all the features a new parent needs for that first year of carting around a baby. I am only two weeks away from having my third little one so I know what's necessary and what are nice to haves in a car seat and stroller and this travel system has plenty of both. Car seat: First, the infant car seat is stylish, but not too bulky like some. And unless you have a tall/long baby, the seat should last up to a year. My newborn didn't make it here in time for a review, but I tried out the restraints with my daughters doll and I found securing them, tightening and loosening them to be not a problem. The no re-thread harness is also good as those little ones grow quickly! I installed the base with the LATCH system in my minivan, and it wasn't difficult (besides doing it while 35 weeks pregnant!). It felt very secure and easy to pop the seat in and out of the base. I also tried the seatbelt install without the base. It took me a couple tries, but I did get it so I can see how this is a convenient option while traveling though I'll likely just use the base in my car. Stroller: This is my first City Mini stroller, and I can see why moms like them so much. They are compact but have an extremely smooth ride like a full size stroller. The recline option and foot rest will be good for on the go naps. It's super easy to fold and unfold the stroller. My favorite part is the hand brake. Where have you been all my life!? I can see us using this stroller until baby girl is at the weight limit! Obviously, I think this this a great travel system. The only cons to consider are that the car seat does not just pop into the stroller as I assumed it would. It requires adapters which come with the system. It seems like at this price point and because they are the same brand, they should be totally compatible, no adapters required.

Lightweight, Sleek and Durable
November 5, 2019
The City Mini GT2 Stroller is lightweight, modern and the all black features make it very sleek. It is really easy to maneuver we've taken it over gravel and bumpy terrain and the air-filled tires make it a really smooth ride for my kids. I live in Texas and the sun here is brutal so the fact that this stroller has a huge extended canopy is a major plus and the double peekaboo windows on the canopy make it easy to check in on my son while we're on the go. My favorite feature is the one handed fold it's AMAZING and so easy you just pull up on the handle and it folds in on itself in seconds, and unfolds just as easy too!! My older sons favorite feature is the pop-up leg rest he loves that he can stretch his legs out on long rides it's a GAME CHANGER for kids ! I've had quite a few strollers and this is by far the best one we've ever owned. The padded seat is very soft and comfortable , The canopy is one of the largest I've seen on a stroller before, The storage basket is easily accessible through the back and you can also access it through the pop-up leg rest in the front . The City Go 2 Car Seat in this travel system is so sleek and soft I've had multiple people come up to me and ask me what kind it is. This car seat has a weight range from 4-35 pounds and up to 32 inches, My youngest son was just born, he is a preemie and just now weighs alittle over 5 pounds and this car seat comes with a super plush newborn insert with raised sides on the headrest that keeps his head from rolling around so I know he's really comfortable and safe in this seat. I love that it can be installed with and without the base so I can use this seat when traveling or just switching between cars without having to carry around the base we tried installing it both ways and we got a secure fit both times and each way only took a few minutes to install . This car seat like the stroller also comes with a huge quiet canopy that provides a lot of sun coverage and spf 50! The travel system comes with the adapters to click this car seat into the stroller and it's super effortless you just slide them into the slots on the sides of the stroller and the seat clicks right in. BY FAR my FAVORITE feature on this car seat is the no re-thread harness it's easy to adjust to get a perfect fit and I'm not constantly having to take the seat apart to adjust everytime my child grows an inch, you just flip the seat over push the gray buttons in, slide the lever up and you're done so easy and effortless! I love this travel system so much and know it will last us a long time 10/10 for design, comfort, quality and safety ! Thank you Stellar Product Testimg Panel for sending me this travel system to test out my boys love it!

Some Wow! Pros (with a few minor cons)
November 5, 2019
There are several features I like about the City Mini GT2 Travel System. As a mom of a 2-year-old and 4-month-old, this is not my first stroll around the block, you could say. I've used other travel systems before, and the City Mini GT2 Travel System has some big pros (and a few cons) in comparison. Setup for both the stroller and car seat was very simple with illustrated instructions to lead you through the process. For use, the stroller is fairly lightweight and very easy to maneuver, especially compared to its 4-wheeled counterparts. One-handed folding was incredibly easy. When collapsed, it doesn't take up much space, though it does not stand upright on its own. I have to lean it against something, but I didn't find that problematic. The car seat easily fits over the seat, so I don't need to remove and store extra pieces. The 2 magnetic parent "windows" allow me to see my child whether I have the hood only partially or fully open. Speaking of the hood, wow! The amount of coverage you get really shields a lot of the sun and rain! The car seat has that same great hood coverage, and it's QUIET! I never realized how important that was until I tried to raise the hood of our previous car seat while baby was sleeping, only to have the loud click-click wake her up! With this car seat, she peacefully sleeps against the comfortably padded cushions as I move her from here to there. My biggest downside of the car seat is that it's a little heavier than my previous one. On one hand, baby can fit into it longer and it offers solid protection. On the other hand (or arm, rather), I have to carry a grown baby in a heavier car seat. But I consider it a good arm workout, so it's not a deal breaker. What makes up for it and is worth its WEIGHT in gold? The super easy, super quick car installation, with or without the base. If you've ever wrestled with installing a car seat base, trying to contort your body in a small space while doing a tug-of-war with a seat belt, you understand how wonderful this feature is. The car seat base tethers took me a matter of seconds to install. Even without tethers, installation was quick. I also like that I can quickly secure the car seat in any vehicle without the base. Overall, I believe the pros outweighs the cons for this travel system, and I'd recommend it to new moms. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system.

Excellent and Stylish Travel System
November 4, 2019
I received this travel system as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, I really love this carseat and stroller. It has a lot of handy features and is very stylish. It looks and feels high end. My favorite part of the stroller is the hand brake to lock the wheels. I live in Hawaii so am always in sandals and it is painful to try to lock and unlock the wheels on my other stroller with my feet. The hand brake is so convenient. I also love that you can adjust the height/position of the stroller handlebar and the footrest for the toddler seat. Very cool! The stroller is easy to fold but it is a little wider than my current stroller, which I already thought was pretty wide. The carseat seems super comfy and has an easily adjustable headrest. It is easy to install in the car with latch and with the seatbelt (has a cool clamp on the base to hold the belt in place). The latch belt stowaway case on the base is very handy as the straps on another seat I have are always in the way. The carseat was easy to snap in the stroller once I found the right position and I love how I don't have to remove the toddler seat to put the carseat in like with my other stroller. I wish there was a way to connect the umbrella of the stroller with that of the carseat so baby can be fully covered, but I like how much coverage the stroller umbrella gives in general. And the roll up vent and window flaps are a cool feature. The wheels on the stroller rolled very smoothly and the shock absorbers were a good idea. All in all, this is my new favorite stroller/carseat for its stylish, high end look and feel and all of the cool, handy features!

Just what I needed!
November 4, 2019
I have three kids, so one of my top selling points will always be EASE and I can recommend this travel system for that reason alone. Installing the car seat correctly is simple and quick with or without the base. That's helpful for traveling or if you have to install the seat in different cars. Carrying an infant car seat is not easy, especially with my butterball, but the seat itself is relatively light. I like to be able to take the infant car seat out and put it on the stroller to run a quick errand, particularly if my little one is sleeping. The ease of getting the seat off the base and the huge sun shade really helps to keep her snoozing. The Stroller is really nice too. It has a smooth ride, it's really easy to maneuver, it is light weight, and it folds up with one simple strap pull. These are must have features for me right now. When the kids are crying and I'm trying to pack it up fast I want to be able to snap that thing shut and throw it in the truck without a problem. This does it! Thank you! I have one of the higher end travel systems, but it isn't always necessary or convenient to haul out. My four-year-old and two-year-old both enjoy riding in this stroller, they haven't fell asleep yet but when they do I'll be reclining the seat to keep them comfortable. Notably, my tall-ish husband finds the handle to be a good distance which he is a stickler about. My only issue with the stroller is the puzzle piece seatbelt. It's probably not all that bad once you get used to it, but with a baby strapped to me I'm finding that thing a bit cumbersome. I would also prefer a wheel lock function that you don't have to flip up, it's just not the easiest motion with soft shoes. Otherwise, this is a great travel system. I'm a bit surprised that not only did I like it, but I actually needed it in a lot of ways. I would totally recommend it. Thanks to the Steller Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system.

A dream to use and beautiful to look at!
November 4, 2019
Upon opening and easily unfolding the Baby Jogger city mini GT2 stroller, I was immediately impressed with the sleek and timeless look of the black stroller and infant car seat. I still am not over how beautiful it looks!! I immediately tested the stroller in my garage and then shortly after to toot around while shopping. I noticed how incredibly agile the stroller is, and how easy it is to use with one hand. One of my twin boys was in a carrier on my chest, and I was still able to move the stroller around using one hand with ease. The handle can be moved up and down to your own preference, and I was able to hold onto the side of the handle to walk alongside the stroller and still the stroller was easily maneuvered. The hand brake is located just below the side of the handle and has a safety feature to ensure there is not an accidental engagement while walking. To engage the brake, you squeeze tabs on both sides of the brake mechanism before you flip the "switch like" piece up or down. For baby and bigger kiddos comfort, the shock absorber feature on the wheels enable a smooth ride as you walk on surfaces that may not be smooth. The large canopies block out the light for naps too. For mommy's and daddy's convenience to check on babies, just lift up the flap to check on kiddo thorough the clear windows. You can quickly secure the flap closed by a magnet inside the material preventing accidental movement letting in unwanted light; or you can roll up the flap and use the toggle and elastic securing feature. There are two flaps on the stroller canopy as there is a wide range of coverage on the canopy. You can open one section of the canopy for minimal coverage, or fully extend the canopies three sections for maximum coverage. I also loved the big comfy foam feel of the padded newborn insert for the infant car seat. For parents' convenience, transport is made easy with the quick release button that allows you to easily insert or pull out the wheels, which may be helpful for cars that have small trunk space. Folding the stroller was a breeze too. Also the rapid lock on the infant car seat base enables you to quickly install the base in a car, and then cinch down the mechanism on the belt to ensure a quick but safe install. This is a great feature for grandparents that want to take the kiddo for the day but also have errands to run and need to snap the car seat in and out of the base. If you use a taxi or want a quick install without the base, there is a blue piece on the back of the seat where you can secure the seat belt for safety. Added bonus is the storage on the bottom that you can easily access by lifting the panel on the front (where the kiddos legs rest) and you can easily access items on the front which are usually buried and too much trouble to reach. You can also snap the panel in the up position and then recline the back so kiddos are in an almost flat resting position for a nap, or it makes for easier diaper changing. Speaking of easier, I didn't expect to not have to re-thread the harness straps when using the car seat with different kiddos. There is a button that allows you to quickly and easily change the position of the straps for different heights of kiddos. The versatility of this stroller enables use of an infant seat by using the adapters. Just click the adapters into the sides of the stroller and then click the infant seat in to secure. The only con is small. The harness on the stroller is not the easiest to get to for changing positions. Thank you to Stellar Parent Panel for giving me the Baby Jogger city mini GT2 to test and review.

Easy to use and great maneuvering!
November 4, 2019
I absolutely love the maneuverability of this stroller system. Buckling in the base was no problem and the carseat transfers from base to stroller so easily! It really makes a difference shopping with three kids 3 and under! The whole system works together flawlessly. It is so easy to push and turn one-handed! I have one other stroller that I really love, but this might be my new go-to! I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Sleek, Stylish and Safe Travel System for Your Lit
November 4, 2019
If you are looking for a sleek, well-appointed, and luxurious travel system for you and your little one, look no further than the City Mini GT2 Travel System. City Mini's GT stroller has always been a favorite of moms looking for a high-quality smooth ride and this new GT2 model continues to deliver. Starting with the car seat, the ability to use this car seat with and without the base is a key feature. Sometimes, due to work obligations, I am not able to pick up my little one from daycare, and someone else needs to help out; it is astonishing that I do not have a provide a base for everyone and I can still trust that my baby is safe in their car seat. Also, if we are out and about and want to take a taxi or rideshare, it is so quick to bring the baby along with no additional hassle or thought necessary. Overall, the baby appears comfortable, as well as solid and secure when installed with the base or the alternative belt method. This system is remarkable due to the ease of transfer from the car to the stroller. It is such a lifesaver to not have to worry about waking the baby when bringing them out from the car; the car seat effortlessly clicks into the stroller and we are ready to go! The City Mini GT stroller is by far the favorite amongst my mommy friends. The new City Mini GT2 stroller is easy to use, in fact, I would even go so far to say it is fun! Not only is it a sleek and luxurious looking stroller, but it also handles beautifully. With a 1-hand folding mechanism, it is simple to open and close which is so crucial when navigating life with the new baby. Being a suburban mom, I take this stroller in and out of the car frequently to do errands. I cannot tell you how many times I have been stuck standing in parking lots for 10 minutes, just trying to figure out how to open or close other strollers I have had. This has never been an issue with the City Mini GT2, and I can lift it in and out of my SUV trunk with ease. A new feature on the City Mini GT2 is the adjustable leg rest, this has made me the envy of all of my friends with older models! The only thing I would change about this stroller, is I wish the underneath storage was a bit bigger and more easily accessible. Yet, overall this stroller is incredible, it could easily be the only stroller you need to own. I know we will be solely using this stroller until our daughter no longer requires one. I would highly recommend this travel system to anyone! I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel!

Great system for getting around town
November 4, 2019
The design of the travel system is nice and sleek. Every part felt very sturdy. The car seat is very easy to install with and without the base. The amount of time to install without the base is very similar to installing with the base. I had no difficulty using the car seat with the stroller. My baby enjoys walks in the car seat when it is attached to the stroller. She enjoys being able to look at the sky while we walk. The car seat is very comfortable or her. We took her on a 6 hour road trip and she was content the whole time. The toddler loves the stroller too. Her favorite way to ride is with the back fuller reclined and the foot rest up. When she decides she no longer wants to lay fully reclined I can easily put the back up. The stroller is very easy to fold and un-fold. I can very easily fold it while holding the car seat in the other hand. My favorite feature of the travel system is how easy it is to transport the stroller and car seat in a car. Both the stroller and car seat are compact and lightweight. I can easily pull the stroller out of my car, lock the car seat into the stroller, and head into a store or off on a walk. My only real complaint about the whole system is the tightening of the car seat can be difficult. Otherwise we have really enjoyed using the system with both our baby and toddler. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system.
