December 16, 2013
I sold my Uppababy G-luxe to buy this stroller and I am so happy I did. The G-luxe was missing so many things that this stroller has including; one handed steering, peek-a-boo window, smooth ride. I highly recommend this stroller, especially for the price.
Pros
  • One Handed Steering
  • Peek-A-Boo windows (2)
  • Reclining seat
  • Bucket seat
Cons
  • A little heavier then I would like for a second stroller but since the fold and handle are so convenient I don't really mind

Best compact umbrella stroller! I love that it is super easy to fold up and takes up very little room. My favorite thing about this stroller is that it reclines so your baby can sleep but yet it's still a compact umbrella stroller!!!

Best all around
November 6, 2013
We have four strollers, all different brands and sizes and purposes. I was very tired of a heavy stroller and no trunk space now that we have all three rows in a midsize SUV filled with carseats. A standard umbrella was still long and not substantial at that. I did my research, quality, prices, dimensions and finally decided on the Micro. I am so thrilled, it arrived today and opening the box took longer than the assembly, which was popping on the wheels and visor. The wheels are nice and a good size, not plastic and flimsy, bigger than most umbrella strollers, even the pricier models. The visor is great and will really be perfect for when they are napping on a sunny day. Yes, they, all of my boys can use this stroller since the weight limit is 50 lbs. I am so happy with this, that I am searching for the micro double, discontinued, just in case we need to stroller two. We love to walk, but sidewalks here are bumpy, but this micro will go right over them. The seat is roomy. Handlebar is very cushy. I recommend this one after two months of searching, folding, unfolding, test driving, and price comparing.
Pros
  • The folding system, nice wheels, compact but roomy
Best Uses
  • Shopping, walking, travel, compact trunk spaces
Cons
  • Handlebar could be adjustable, a little high, but not a big deal!

We were looking for something between a full-size stroller (we have an UppaBaby Vista) and a cheap umbrella stroller. The City Elite is perfect - convenient around town, folds up easily, good canopy, decent storage, comfortable for us and our son, takes up less trunk space, etc. It's about half the price of the City Mini for probably 75% of the functionality.

This was a gift for my daughter to replace the same stroller that was 4+ yrs old. The improvements are GREAT! The material is nicer, the shade cover is great and the under-stroller storage is MUCH easier to access. I am very happy I bought this stroller!

This is our third stroller for our 20month old boy. He was very excited as much as I was. The good thing about is that he can easily climb into it. The material is comfy, easy to glide and the sun don't get into his face. Summary of all---- we love it!

So far the only real problems I've seen are the ventilation when the seat reclines is Zero...it folds easy but doesn't lock into place (from what I can tell) when loading it into the car. Otherwise, great buy for your buck!

Perfect for a mom on the go. I can hold my son in one hand and fold and put the stroller away with the other! The sun shade is also great it shades his whole body. This is such a great umbrella stroller alternative and compared to other sites this is the best price.

Good stroller
August 31, 2013
Nice stroller. I especially like how easy it folds. Can be difficult to open though, not one handed. I am glad I bought it, my newborn baby rides comfortably in there without her carseat because it reclines so far back and the sun shade is so large. Good buy, Albee Baby has it for the best proce, can't be beat. Oh yeah, I tried it out in the mall today, pushes so easily, not like those other bulky strollers, I was able to carry my baby in one arm while pushing the stoller with the other hand in and out of aisles.
Pros
  • Light, easy to push, large essily accessible storage basket.
Best Uses
  • Shopping and long walks
Cons
  • No cup holder or places to place parents personal items.

Love this stroller! We travel a lot and really needed a stroller that was lightweight, comfortable to push, could easily be configured to fit both of our kids (2 1/2 years and 4 months), has a useful basket and folds easily. We have run through several other strollers- The First Years Jet which is basically one step up from the $20 generic Walmart umbrella stroller and the Joovy Kooper which was actually a great stroller except for the fold because its locking mechanism was CHEAP and barely worked which made for high anxiety every time we had to collapse it at the end of a jet way. Here's what I love about this stroller- it is lighweight, pushes easily even with our 35lb toddler in it (the Joovy definitely felt harder to push with the big kid riding), the basket is a decent size for storing a mid-size diaper bag plus some extra supplies, the handles are comfortable for me at 5'6" and I do not kick the back wheel, the sun shade is HUGE (like, can't even see my kid's face when it is fully extended huge!) and the one-hand fold with auto lock is a dream! We haven't been on a trip with it yet- we will be flying to visit family in a few months- but I can already tell that it is going to be awesome for our trip. I love that it is fully functional for real world use as well as lightweight and convenient for running through airports. Some reviews have complained that this model feels "cheap" as compared to the City Mini. Guess what, guys? It is cheaper! But that is kind of what makes it great. Sure it isn't quite as nice as the City Mini, but how can anyone complain about that considering it has all the best features of the more expensive stroller at practically half the price?!

Never would have bought this if I hadn't read a lot of reviews on it. Even when I ordered it I didn't have my hopes up. I really thought I would need to spend more than $120.00 for a good stoller. It is so easy to push and has a huge umbrella. I love how light it is and it is very easy to fold.My daughter is 2 1/2 so I didn't want to spend a lot on another stoller but was sick of the heavy one that I have. She is small for her age but I was still worried that she wouldn't be able to use it for too long but she will fit for quite awhile. It pushes great and is so easy to fold in put in and out of my van. Also looks great too! And SHE loves it! Wish the basket was bigger on the bottem and would be nice if it came with a cup holder but I order one with the stoller and it works great. But I won't complain about that.....the stoller and price are wonderful! This is my 5th child and this is by far the best stroller I have bought!
Pros
  • Lightweight, easy to fold, looks great, easy to push and turn, great huge umbrella
Best Uses
  • Going for walks, going to the mall and park.
Cons
  • Cup holder

I bought this without ever seeing it in person and I was not disappointed. Love the color and the weight. An added plus over older models is that there is a lock for when you fold it, and the straps are now padded. The sun shade is huge.

What a great stroller! It glides effortlessly and is so easy to maneuver with one hand. The black frame is very stylish and sleek looking.
Pros
  • Huge canopy
  • Two peekaboo windows
  • Full recline
  • Padded straps
  • Easy maneuverability
  • Quality materials
  • Compact close
  • Easy fold down
  • Large storage compartment
  • Rubber handle bar
Best Uses
  • Everything except jogging
Cons
  • Seat isn't backed with anything hard, my daughter kinda sunk into it and I had to push her bum all the way back for her to sit up straight. Not a huge issue though. I wish it was just a bit lighter but I can't really complain.

Love this stroller; we have been using it for the past month. It maneuvers perfectly, baby is comfortable and has slept in the reclined position several times.
Pros
  • Doesn't take up entire trunk of car, sleek design, light weight for stroller, entire unit collapses (no removing umbrella separately), provides excellent shade, easy to assemble.
Best Uses
  • Everyday errands, bike/walking paths okay too.
Cons
  • No cup holder and storage basket is small- wont fit a diaper bag.

This is the perfect little single stroller to keep in your car for outings. The easy fold is terrific! In reading other reviews, I was nervous that it wouldn't stack up to the city mini. It's pretty much the same thing with smaller wheels! I love it, couldn't be happier.
Pros
  • Quick, easy fold
  • So light!
  • Comfy for baby
  • Big canopy
  • Almost flat recline
  • Amazing maneuverability
Best Uses
  • Everyday outings (shopping, zoo, etc)
Cons
  • Lack of color options (not the stroller's fault!)

Such a great deal!

I just received this stroller today, and I am so very pleased. I purchased it as a compact stroller for an upcoming trip, with my primary stroller being a Phil and Teds Explorer. Out of the box this stroller was so easy. My four year old assisted me in assembly, seriously. I was immediately impressed with the huge canopy- it has two little peek a boo windows because it's so good sized. The black frame looks sharp, and the removable fabric is fine. In my reasearch I found conflicting information on the recline- this stroller is the version with an almost flat recline. The basket isn't huge, but is far larger than my four year old Chico umbrella, and the whole point is to be compact. I wanted a stroller that could be pushed/steered one handed and the micro certainly does that. It zips across smooth surfaces with either my 15lb child or my 40lb child riding. I feel like this stroller is a hidden gem- you could easily accessorize it to use as a travel system and it would be a bargain. I am also super pleased with Albee baby- quick ship and answered a question forme via email super quickly. Good luck with your search, but be assured this looks and feels like a fantastic stroller :)

Compact and Not Complicated
June 18, 2013
OMG I have no idea why they would discontinue this model. I think it's a perfect stroller for getting around. It's sturdy, easy to open, easy to close. It reclines. The shade provides good coverage from sun and for when baby sleeps. The shade has 2 viewing windows that you can open/close. Even though you're not supposed to hang a bag on it, I can attach our Skip-Hop diaper bag to it and it doesn't tip over (even with no baby in it). It's compact and fits in the trunk of our little car. It stores away flat when in the closet. I love this stroller. We also have a full-size stroller, Britax B-Ready, with all the attachments and amazing configurations. We used it a lot thinking that all the bells and whistles was the best way to go. I bought the City Micro for the grandparents to use because they were complaining that the B-Ready was too big and cumbersome. The Micro was on sale. It was compact and not complicated. Well, they love it. When I took my mother-in-law out to run errands, we used this stroller and it was so much easier to use than the full-size stroller. We have been stopped by other parents who tell us that they did not see this model when they created their baby registry. I hate to tell them its discontinued. We use this stroller all the time. The B-Ready stays in the closet (taking up tons of space). We use the Micro on our walks around the park. We use when we go to the mall. It maneuvers around tight spaces easily and handles corners really well. It doesn't feel like it'll tip over. We've taken it to the fair and festivals. I don't know if it's supposed to be driven on grass but it went through the grassy areas fine.I did purchase a liner for it, since it's not padded/lined. This was somewhat of a challenge because you don't want to cover up the handle on the seat which you need to pull in order to close the stroller. So I chose the Manito Breath Royal Plus Seat Liner for Strollers. It is nicely padded and is breathable mesh so baby doesn't get sweaty. The liner is open in the middle so you can still access the handle on the stroller seat to collapse the stroller. All-in-all, I highly recommend this stroller. For the sale price you get a lot of features that you normally find in more expensive strollers. I think this was definitely a great deal for a great stroller.
Pros
  • Compact - If you have small/limited storage space whether in your trunk or at home, this doesn't take up much space.
  • Easy to maneuver with one hand
  • Reclines
  • Full-shade
  • Easy to open/close
Best Uses
  • In the City
  • Malls/Stores
Cons
  • Not padded. I bought a pad/liner so it's a little more comfortable for baby when he's sitting/sleeping.
  • No cup/snack holder for baby. I don't know if this is necessary but it would be nice.
  • No parent cup holder. I bought the Baby Jogger Parent Console which holds my drink, cell phone, keys, and snack.
  • It's discontinued so limited colors and limited stock.

The easiest handling ever ...
June 10, 2013
This stroller is simply fantastic. The best features are:- You can fold it with one handed.- The sun canopy is huge and spends enough shade.- The seat reclines enough for a infant to lie in.- It is sturdy yet light enough to carry it in and out buses and subways. - You can steer it one handed- The ride is smooth for a lightweight stroller- The shopping basket is spacious and easy to access- It makes a compact packages that is easy to handleThe only minor complaint is that the handle is just high enough for me (5'11") and my husband (over 6') and that you step into the the bar on the bottom. However for this price, not to beat. Thank you Albee Baby.
Pros
  • - You can fold it with one handed.
  • - The sun canopy is huge and spends enough shade.
  • - The seat reclines enough for a infant to lie in.
  • - It is sturdy yet light enough to carry it in and out buses and subways.
  • - You can steer it one handed
  • - The ride is smooth for a lightweight stroller
  • - The shopping basket is spacious and easy to access
  • - It makes a compact packages that is easy to handle
Best Uses

This stroller is great!
February 26, 2013
This stroller is amazing! I was nervous about buying this since I couldn't find many reviews of it, but I am so glad I took the chance. My 25lb 18 mo old loves it. She climbs into to it and asked to go for walks. It folds up so small I can't imagine a car trunk it couldn't fit into. I am so glad I didn't pay the money for the City Mini.
Pros
  • rubber wrapped handle
  • very large sunshade
  • smooth turning
  • deep seat
  • reclines to almost flat position
  • sturdy fabric
  • medium depth cargo area (I have a large, overstuffed backpack that I use as a diaper bag and it fits fine)
  • tires will never need air
  • ONE HANDED COLLAPSE AND SET-UP!!! (it really is sooo easy)
Cons
  • no parent console or snack tray (can be purchased)
  • no suspension for smooth ride
  • back is fabric with no support (support panel can be purchased and there is a pouch for panel to slide into so it will blend in)
  • tires are rubberized plastic
